MiLynn Aiko  Akiko watched as metal hands appeared and lifted Rinie up, she felt as though Rico's 'gift' was quite interesting. She had almost forgotten that Derek was on the floor, untill he grabbed her wrist to get up. She was about to help him up but before she could, he had bolted out of the room. " I believe that he may have had his pride bruised a little." she said a slightly satisfied, then she added a bit sadly but at the same time she felt slightly amused..., " And I think he may be afraid of me now.." ((As my siggy says.. bump.. n_n; ))

 Reaching her room Jojo plugged in her iPod into her laptop. The scientist being the nice people they were, specially made Jojo a laptop that could be controlled by voice. Granted she memorized what each key on the keyboards were, but the voice command came very handy when she was feeling lazy. As her iPod began to charge, Jojo commanded the laptop to play something from her Alt/Punk/Rock playlist.

Fin tried to remember the way it he was suppose to go to get back to his room, but only being here for one day Fin hadn't had time to exactly memorize the layout of this whole building. Fin turned around and started to walk out of the cafeteria. He took six steps and stumbled over a chair.

Derek dashed out of the room and Rico watched him flee. In his mind, he chuckled, but on the outside he remained emotionless. "He might just be," Rico said.

 Rinie saddened a little bit. "That's not good." She sighed lightly and started to mess with the wheels on the wheel chair. "I'll go cheer him up!" She smiled trying to keep a happy mood. She struggle a little bit to get out the door but finally did it.

Akiko turned to Rico after Rinie left. "Sorry about that.." She was refering to her judo move on Derek. She didn't explain why she was sorry but she did it in case Rico might have been scared of her also.

Derek and the others were so drawn into the movie that only a total black out would have caught their attention. Fortunately and unfortunately the electricity suddenly went out plunging not only the lounge into darkness, but also the rest of the facility. A second later the red emergency lights came on flashing slowly and the PA system crackled.
"RED ALERT! RED ALERT! WE HAVE A PERIMETER BREACH! GUNMEN HAVE BEEN SPOTTED IN THE UPPER MOST LEVEL OF THE FACILITY! ALL SECURITY PERSONNEL RESPOND UNDER PROTOCOL ALPHA! I REPEAT: PROTOCOL ALPHA! ALL SOLDIERS AND SCIENTISTS STAY INSIDE A ROOM UNTIL A TRAINER ARRIVES AT YOUR POSITION! ALL TRAINERS YOUR OBJECTIVE IS TO KEEP THOSE PEOPLE ALIVE WITH YOUR LIVES! THIS IS NOT A DRILL! I REPEAT: THIS IS NOT A DRILL!" And it repeats.
By the second "Red Alert" Derek had already reached the Armory on the floor he was on and had equipped himself for the situation. Mk. 23 pistol, FN P90, ammunition, and non-lethal and lethal grenades. Then he grabbed a steel case with Rico's name on it. His first destination was obvious.

 Dr. Akiko Takahashi Akiko quickly put her hair up out of her face, she glanced at Rico and said, "Does this happen regularly?" She grabbed an emergency medpack intending to go with Rico to find out what the heck was going on and also in case there were any injured that needed attendance. She gave Rico a look that said, "I'm going with you." after she saw that there was the regular staff in the infirmary preparing for the worst.

"Ahh terrific." Fin said as he managed his way to his feet. "Do they consider the cafeteria a room?" Fin yelled out to anyone who might hear him. What a perfect life this was turning out to be. Fin could always just slip on his glasses, but they would only work for him for only one hour before they would have to charge. He might need to use them later. Fin needed to make a decision. "Soddit" Fin swore under his breath.
