Rhea smiles and yips, "Its okay...Arrras...Rhea is very strong." he said softly and watched her. He could see her useing the root mostly and nods. The he looked up and smiled, "Arrras...hold my tail.....good and tight and they will pull us up!"

Aras hesitated for a moment. She really didn't want to hurt Rhea ... but her arms were already beginning to ache from the exertion of holding all of her weight (as well as lifting Rhea first off), and she wanted to get to the top of the plateau as quickly as she could.

"I'm sorry," she winced as she took hold of Rhea's tail, holding it as tightly as she could with both hands and letting go of the root altogether.

"Good!" Armus exclaimed, grabbing Rhea by the wrists. "Ready? Up!" And she tugged on the children, bringing them slowly up to where she and Kanis were waiting for them.

Rhea nods though feeling the weight on his tail almost caused him to cry out but he didn't. "Ready..." he said and as he was picked up he tried not to move his tail to much keeping it as curved as he could to help Aras. "Good Arrras...almost." as soon as they both were up he turned and tackled Aras licking her cheeks warmly.

Kanis smiled, "You guys did so well!" she laughed and then turned over to look at their new home. She gasped and blushed. "Oh my, it is so wonderful. I love it!" she could live here the rest of her life and be happy.

Aras could feel how much her weight on Rhea's tail was causing him pain - she could almost feel the pain herself - and she felt simply awful about it. The moment they were up on solid ground, she let go of it, and she nearly fell backwards off the cliff when Rhea tackled her.

"We made it!" she cried in relief, throwing her arms around the boy and laughing as he licked her cheeks.

Armus grinned. "You did indeed. Now come on, look around, find a place to sleep. This may just be one of the most beautiful places on the top of the mountain."

Rhea giggled and nuzzled Aras' neck. He smiled then looked up at Armus looking a bit like a mischievous pup, though with a lustful glint, "Male and female sections?" He asked slowly and reluctantly getting off of Aras and helped her up.

Kanis was already walking with her bag and looking around. It was so beautiful. This place was everything she dreamed of. She really hoped she could stay here all her life...and maybe train the next generation.

Aras giggled as Rhea got off of her, and she took his hand and picked herself up, getting slowly to her feet. She was about to reach for her bag when she remembered that Rhea had it, and instead picked up Ruran's, preparing to bring it to where her brother would be sleeping.

Armus laughed. "Male and female?" she grinned. "No. This place is just for the girls. Ruran will be sleeping in a different area a little ways from here, and as for you, Rhea ... well, you'll be sleeping wherever you want, I suppose. After all, you are an unofficial trainee." She reached out and ruffled the boy's hair affectionately.

Rhea let go of Aras' hand after she was standing. He hated walking on two legs and he still had not been given a reason to do so. He smiled and laughed as Armus ruffled his hair. He winked at her and nods, "Any where I want?" He asked playfully and smiled walking over to the sleeping areas.

Kanis turns then, "Rhea will have to stay alone? That is not very fair is it?" She asked gently. She didn't think it was fair from either of her siblings to be alone. She just hoped he would be safe.

Aras left Ruran's pack with the others and followed Rhea curiously.

"Where are you going?" she asked him. "Where will you be sleeping?"

Armus grinned at Kanis. "Don't you worry, things will be just fine," she assured the younger girl. "Your brother will be sleeping in a place that's just as safe as this one. It's just that ... well, now that you've all grown, it's time that your brother sleep apart from you. Boys and girls, once they reach a certain age, shouldn't ... don't sleep together unless they're mates."

Most of the time anyways.

"Everyone will be safe," she grinned again with a certain nod. "I'm sure of it. And you'll still train together, don't worry."

Rhea shrugs and started to sniff around the sleeping quarters trying to pick the perfect spot for Aras. "Don't know." he smiled brightly up at Aras. His wolf eyes looked around and he could see that they would be just out of view from his mother and Aras' sister.

He moved towards Aras in his normal way then stood neck to her. He smiled sweetly and licked her gently but quickly across her lips. If she reacted in anger he would just act as if it were just a game, but it was his attempt at a kiss he had seen Corrah and Armus do. As soon as his tongue left her lips he dropped back down to all fours.

Kanis nods, "Oh I see...so Rhea should not sleep with Aras...though he does seem more wolf then Second." she said softly and nods, "Well as long as he will be safe that is all that matters." She smiled at Armus.

Aras giggled at Rhea's response, amused by how cheerful he seemed about not knowing where he was going to sleep. Then again, he did have a place with Armus if he wanted, so he probably didn't need to worry about it.

"You could sleep up here with us," she suggested as Rhea approached her. She reached out to stroke his hair, expecting him to pass by her, but she was surprised when he stood up straight right in front of her, and completely astounded when he licked her lips. She felt a strange tightening in her stomach area, and her face turned a bright shade of red ... but a slow smile crept across her face, and she couldn't hold back a giggle.

She looked around to make sure no one could see them, then turned her attention back to her friend.

"Rhea," she murmured softly, kneeling down in front of him so that she was at his height now, "do you like me a lot? Like, really a lot?"

She bit her lip anxiously, waiting for his reply, her heart pounding in her chest so loudly that she was certain that even her sister had to be able to hear it.

Armus was occupied with Kanis at the moment, and she hadn't even noticed yet that the two other children had vanished from her sight.

"Well," she grinned at Kanis, "perhaps not ... but I do get the feeling that he's thinking about her in a special way. Who knows? Perhaps someday ..."

She trailed off, smiling dreamily, and then she laughed. "But what does it matter if he's more wolf than boy? I mean if Aras doesn't like him in that way, then obviously nothing will come of it ... but if she does, shouldn't she be allowed to? I think ..."

She sighed.

"I think your brother is a little too ... perfectionist," she murmured. "I mean ... he thinks nothing of anyone who isn't an elf ... but even he is not fully elven. I don't know if he doesn't remember this, or if he just tries to ignore it ... but he has to realize that even if he's a different race from others, that doesn't make him better. It's what's on the inside that counts, nothing else."

Rhea smiled watching Aras moving. He leaned forward smiling and pressing his lips to her just in a stop bitting your lip manner not knowing he actually got a kiss down. When he pulled away he nods, "Like allot. Arrras number one in pack...Rhea fight for her alone." He smiles his tail beating fast.

Kanis looked a bit confused at seeing the dreamily look Armus got. "Someday what Armus?" She asked softly. "Um nothing is wrong with loving someone if that is what your talking about...if there is love between both it does not matter what you are."

She found a nice place with a wonderful view form the bedding area. She lay her bag on it. "He does not like to admit that our mother is a human. In fact I think he hates her for it. Well elves are always told to be wonderful creatures in the stories."

Aras's blush grew deeper but she wasn't taken quite as by surprise this time around, and she let Rhea kiss her without flinching or pulling away ... though he pulled back before she had a chance to return it.

She felt warm from head to toe at his words, and her smile grew even wider.

"And I like you a lot too, Rhea," she told him softly, her teal eyes sparkling brightly. "You're my number one as well."

Armus smiled at Kanis, then giggled softly to herself. "Of course, of course, you're absolutely right," she told the girl cheerfully. She followed Kanis to where she put her bag down, then sat next to her again. At Kanis's confession, she grew serious once more, and she reached out and put one hand comfortingly on Kanis's shoulder.

"Your brother is a fool," she told her softly. "Your mother is a wonderful person ... and humans are no less wonderful than elves. You can be as proud of one of your heritages as you can of the other ... and in fact, I believe that it is a blessing to have two heritages to call your own. You are doubly blessed."

She paused thoughtfully. "In these stories ... are they just about elves? Or are humans ... looked down on?"

Rhea smiled and moved to tackle Aras nuzzling her chest and neck. "I knew it....you smell so good....I love you scent Arrras." He laughed and smiled down at her. "Rhea is Arrra' number one." he let out a happy little howl.

Kanis looked at the hand on her shoulder and nods,"I guess your right...I don'l really view race....I just see us as all living...and one should take care of those who can not taken care of themselves and work with those who can."

She shrugs, "Well there are lots of stories about heros. Rhea only liked to listen to the ones where elves were the heros...but there were wonderful ones about humans and animals and lots of other races."

Aras squealed as Rhea knocked her over, but she laughed and hugged him tightly to her. She loved the way he acted to spontaneously, the way he acted so wild. It was cute and funny and endearing all at the same time.

"Yes, Rhea," she giggled, hugging him and not letting go. "You're my number one!"

She held his head to her chest and lay there contentedly.

"Maybe you can sleep here with me," she suggested to Rhea, "instead of having to find your own place to sleep. It would be loads better than sleeping with Ruran at least."

Armus smiled at Kanis and squeezed her shoulder approvingly.

"You have such a wonderful point of view," she murmured, her soft blue eyes shining warmly. "Truly, you have a wonderful heart. I am proud to be able to know you."

She lowered her hand and looked thoughtful at Kanis's final comments. "I fear then that your brother is in a mindset of his own making, and that it may not be easy to change him, if at all possible," she sighed. "But some people can't be changed, sad as that is."

Rhea smiled enjoying the feel of his head being held to Aras' developing breasts. He allowed his tongue to flick out and lick over a part of the exposed skin.

"Will alpha allow it? He is keeping Rrrurrran away...." he growled slightly, "Rrrhea will never allow Rrrarran into Arrras' bed." He smiles and nuzzled her chest, "but I would love to sleep near you.

Kanis blushed at the praise and looked down. "My heart is not that great Armus." she said and then looks up as her trainer talked about her brother, "Yes you are most likly right...I don't think he will ever change..."
