I watched it in a bar and I was freaking out the entire game especially when the goal was off-sides. It was the best birthday present I could ask for! Viva Italia!

PyrohasADD I watched it in a bar and I was freaking out the entire game especially when the goal was off-sides. It was the best birthday present I could ask for! Viva Italia! OMG, when they "scored" that one, I started screaming for joy around the house. Then I came back to the TV and saw the score was the same. I was like, W...T....F? xd Today's your birthday, too? razz

I'm from Castiglione della Pescaia, a small place by the sea near Grosseto and the Elba isle - nice for turists..we're quite"rough", but not as the Romani! razz

Come va con lo studio dell' italiano?
Io ho comprato un nuovo cellulare che funziona in tutto il mondo (quadriband) e sono felice! Peccato per il vecchio cellulare, mi piaceva davvero tanto...ma è praticamente "morto" cry
Anyway, everything's giong quite fine; I had a really really stressful weekend, it got me VERY nervous, I was going to beat someone evil
But now I'm quite serene,I'm fixing up a thing here and there and getting ready for the "big travel" wink
How's your summer going so far?

Io ho comprato un nuovo cellulare che funziona in tutto il mondo (quadriband) e sono felice! Peccato per il vecchio cellulare, mi piaceva davvero tanto...ma è praticamente "morto" cry

It must be exciting for you. We're planning our family vacation, too. We may go to the Caribbean again, but I don't know. My mom gets very stressed and feels pressured when planning a vacation. I keep telling her that it doesn't matter, that she shouldn't get so worked up. (she has a fear of flying, ever since 9/11...) My summer's been ok. Since my birthday, I've found more things to do. I just don't like going to swim practice. sweatdrop And for you?

That's understandable - that day I heard of the first collision at the radio and as I switched on the TV I saw the second plane colliding live broadcast - I'm still shocked by those images...
but in Italy car accidents are far more likely to happen, so I thought that I won't let "danger" stop me - and on 9/11/2002 I took the plane to London
And now I'm going to spend 5 months in a land of typhoons and heartquakes - don't let my mom know that!
Mine is going quite fine, this heat is killing me and my grandma (who lives with us) takes every chance to get us on our nerves, but I feel better than the previous summers, maybe because I don't work a lot and I have the prospective of leaving soon - I may sound selfish but after 2 weeks here I get the physical need to go away; I feel like this since I was 8 so I guess it's in my blood wink

My mom, who grew up in NYC, trusted strange taxi drivers and bus drivers in bumper-to-bumper traffic. I feel the same way, danger can occur any minute, may as well live your life the way you want. wink It must be great to be in college. When we come home from vacation I hate it here. It's so boring, nothing beautiful about it. Plus, my family drives me off the wall. I've been wanting to get the heck out of here since I entered high school. I guess watching the seniors graduate in a hard thing to do. It makes me eager to flee. sweatdrop

Firewolfblue Magari l'avessi disegnato io! crying L'artista si chiama Chris Bachalo ed è uno dei più bravi disegnatori di fumetti insieme a Jim Lee, Leinil Francis Yu, Alan Davis, Barry Windsor-Smith.. (secondo me wink ) I drew a Wolverine image (copying "by eye" from a Yu's picture) 5 years ago but I can't find the album, I can't remember where I put it crying

I make (made) above all copies of photos and statues, then portaits (above all of faces and hands), then animals; I still have some problems with proportions sweatdrop I use often the chiaroscuro with pencils, charcoals and sanguigna, sometimes the pen and I'd like to learn to use the chinese ink and brushes - and in Japan I'll be able to do that, because the University offers a sumi-e course! mrgreen *jumps happily around the room*
