SqueakyEb so it feels like -7 outside and they turned off the heat in our dorm!!! Does anyone else think that's a little strange? Um, I believe that it is illegal to turn of the heat in a persons home during the winter season, in the U.S. Maybe they just turned it down, a lot?

Shadroth Heh, I can't find my name on the list either. Anyway, welcome, and I hope you learn a lot while you're here. What do you mean by denial? What I mean is kind of what you said: people would say "I need proof of God." Also, people these days rarely admit that they have a void in their souls that they just can't seem to fill no matter how hard they try. These people don't think they need anyone, and they cut themselves off from everyone. I used to be like this. It involves much more to change this than what is happening around here at the moment... But, if you look at the parable of the sower(Mark 4), you'll see that you can't force people to change; there will always be someone who doesn't want to turn 180. Changing hearts is God's job. One can argue, shout, give testimonies, but can never force.
