She took another step back from him, still not wanting to trust. How many times had she seen this play out in her head believing it to be reality? She could not be too careful. "You do not understand .. I have seen this so many times .. every day .. every day since I have been gone .. it is not easy to trust .. it has been so long .." she said softly, her voice wavering as her emotions begged her to crumple in to a puddle, to succumb, to be rescued. What little strength she had left of her logical mind was still over ruling her emotions, demanding that she remain strong and see through this. "There is something here .. it is stopping me from gaining magic .. I cannot feel .." she paused, looking to him with wide, apologetic eyes, though the hint of mistrust was still very present. "I cannot feel you in my heart and my head .. I cannot trust what I cannot truly feel." she said pointedly. Sure, she needed to get out of here, to get to a place where she could get herself balanced again. And yet .. "I wish to destroy this place. This awful place should not exist, it is causing so much pain .." she said softly, looking to him for answers. This was the point where she would finally be able to know, to believe or know if this was another lie or if she were truthfully on the path of getting out of here.

"The only reason this place is not in ruins is because you told us before you left, that was the reason you didn't want us to go with you. Because we have a habit of...destruction and chaos. There are people here, people like you who doesn't deserve death. Would a lie really be telling you this? Or would a lie be trying to convince you to destroy this place so you waste what little magics you have left?" Yawgmoth said taking another step towards her. Hoping his logic and understanding of what she'd really want, what was said before she left would penetrate this haze of confusion and allow her to trust him. Truthfully, if when she regained her sanity she wanted him to wipe this place from existence he'd be delighted. Their arrogance offended him, weaklings had no right to bear arms like this, to imprison those stronger than themselves. Insects, all of them.

"This theft must stop .. do you know the source?" she asked softly, staring at him still with a glimmer of hope hiding behind her fear and mistrust of everything. "I do not know where it is .. I do not know what to trust .. I have seen this day over and again .. I have seen so many different ways of trying to escape .. all I know is this place should not exist, those who pretend to be responsible have no idea .. no idea what they are doing to us .."

"No. But if that's what it will take. Stay here. Do not move from this spot." Yawgmoth commanded looking around for any sign of a larger building or something that contain the magics of all these people and one powerful enough to siphon his own. Wait...wait that was it he thought. Grinning to himself at his own genius he raised his hand into the air and let the shadows crawl up it releasing into the air. Surely the machine would siphon the magical energy. All he had to do was following the shadows, follow where his darkness was being drained to. Finding the direction in which the wisps of dark energy were being pulled he used his senses, his control of them to follow and began walking. Hoping Ziven would actually listen to him and sit tight. Long enough for him to destroy whatever it was draining him. Besides, it was starting to become an annoyance.

"I want to see .. I need to know .." she said softly, demanding to come with. Wanting to see what this was, she needed to know what was doing this so that she could stop this in the future, could prevent this from happening again. Withdrawing her gun also, she showed him that she was on her guard and would stay out of his way.

"Very well then." he said grumbling. Luckily the fear he'd inspired by slaughtering those prisoners and guards foolish enough to try and assault him along the way to finding her was enough to deter most from getting anywhere near him by this point. He came to the front of a very large building, not quite the largest so it wouldn't stick out so much but still one of the bigger ones. "This is where our energy is going. The shadows tell us its inside.." he said raising his foot and kicking the doors off causing them to collapse inside. Stepping in he looked straight ahead at whatever was draining them of their magics.

She followed, staying out of his way, watching, waiting. Once they entered the room, there were a series of panels, which gave the appearance of computers, before them. They were rather crude, however, and did not truly seem to run from electricity. "I do not understand what this is .." she said softly, placing her gun back under her belt as she wandered around. Finally she came upon something that looked familiar, a word she remembered seeing before but in a language she did not know. Just above this word, there was a button. Taking a chance, she decided to press this button and hoped that it would end this.

A few moments passed before before the machine seemed to power down completely. All around them, there seemed to be a dull explosion, oddly shaped fragments and vapor moved outward from the machine, all through out the camp. Once the initial shock passed, everyone could feel their mana returning to them, giving renewed strength to all those who had been there for so long.
"What .. what is this?" she said softly, looking up to Yawg as if she were just noticing him for the first time tonight. She still looked mistrusting of everything and everyone around her.

As if she were testing the waters, she used magic to clean herself and conjure new clothes, dismissing her weapons. Soon after her eyes filled with tears as she realized this was the truth, that she would be able to go home. Unfortunately, her mind was still very clouded from the hallucinations and she was exhausted, having not slept since she left.
"This is .. the truth .. I can feel again .. I am still confused .." she said softly, looking to him with a bit of a pleading expression, hoping he would understand that she still did not want to be terribly close because she was still trying to convince herself that this was truly reality.

Moving to another part of the room, she waved her hand, effectively cutting out a section of the device, disabling it from being able to be used. Looking back to Yawgmoth, she started moving, walking back out of the building.
"We should leave."

A flood of darkness surged back into him eager to return to its master. The shadows danced around him wisps caressing every inch of him. He held his hand out and let them dance up and down his arms before they slunk back down into his shadows with a gentle hissing sound. Gripping his hand into a fist he thought for a few moments. "Yes, before our desire to squish these insects grows any further." he replied moving over to her, placing his hand upon her shoulder just long enough to cause them to vanish, knowing she'd still be weary of him, skin contact was all that was necessary, even if only for an instant.

Appearing in what seemed to be a sea of grass on the edge of a thick wood, Ziven and Yawgmoth were now present in this place. So close to the home of the elves of this land, the home that had once rejected her, the place which would most likely come to see her as their queen one day, she began walking forward with her husband by her side. Having explained to him the importance of this conversation, she wanted they both to be present to explain what had happened that night. They were greeted by friendly yet slightly suspicious elves by the edge of the wood, wary mostly of his presence as they had grown accustomed to her being there. When asked if they required an escort, she replied softly and simply; "Thank you, I know the way." As they moved forward, she looked to her husband with a small smile, showing him her love and appreciation for his presence there with her. "You will let me know the moment you are no longer comfortable or content with the situation, yes?" she asked again, knowing that it would be better to keep a check on his happiness.

Yawgmoth's arms were crossed over his chest and his expression was that of solemn grumpiness. He did not want to be here and if his sex life and relationship wasn't in potential jeopardy he probably wouldn't be here and would instead be stuffing himself full with food and wine or sleeping it off like a big lazy bear. "That would be the moment we arrived until we leave and are back home again honestly" he said quietly hoping only she could hear it. It was clear he didn't want to be there to anyone, himself, her the elves hell. Even the birds and wildlife probably knew by now.

She showed him a more shy smile now, pausing in her step. Reaching for him, she touched his arm, hoping he would unclench his arms and allow them to hug for a moment before continuing onward. "If you truly wish to return home, I will not stop you. Though I still wish you would remain, we are united and I believe it will be beneficial for them to see that we are." she said softly, looking up to him with loving eyes.

Scoffing the titan did not uncross his arms or lighten his mood. "We will stay. Only because we care about you and we do not trust this land with you alone. Not after last time. We will slaughter every last living thing in this entire place before we let you wander here alone again." he threatened watching the elven people around them many of whom were still starring at him. Typical. He was an oddity, he was a large man with demonic figures only he didnt have the typical demonic aura of pure evil and instead carried a cold dark feeling like an empty void thus leaving those sensitive beings to guess just what he was. "Now, can we move and get this over and done with." he demanded in a gruff tone trying to avoid eye contact with her, else he'd feel guilty for being such a stubborn b*****d. He could not afford guilt right about now.

"That place, those people, are very far from this place and they are not these people." she responded softly but firmly, hoping her reply would set the tone that she was not going to let him be as grumpy as he wanted to, but was accepting of his upset. Turning away from him, she held her arms casually by her side, gliding through the town once more. Aside from the attention gained by his quiet outburst, they were revered with nodding and bowing from those they passed as they made their way pointedly to the royal quarters to see the queen. As the elves at the doors greeted her, she responded politely. "Mor'ranr lífa unin hjarta onr. My husband and I seek brief council with her lady, then we will depart once more." she said in a soft yet confident tone. This was her way of saying that they would be seeing the queen today and would not accept no as an answer. The guards looked at her husband with wary eyes for a moment before nodding and allowing them in, taking them directly to the queens meeting room. There they would have the opportunity to sit or stand for the brief time that they would need to before being able to speak with her. Once they were alone again, her eyes immediately turned to him, rather pleading for him to relax and be calm now that they were alone. "You may be at peace here, I assure you. It is only you and I in this room, there is nothing and no one here to pry in to our personal affairs while we wait." she said softly, moving closer to him again.

He unfolded his arms and rolled his eyes flexing his fingers open and shut "You can stop trying, we are stable. Unhappy, but stable. We will be fine. Just do whatever it is we're here for. Do not worry about us for once." he said giving her a slight grin hoping she would understand he wanted to be left alone from her constant badgering about his mood and just let him brood so they could get on with their business and go back home as fast as possible.

Looking crestfallen, she nodded her head, turning away from him. "As you wish, My Love." she said softly as she moved toward the window. Once there, her head lowered slightly as she looked outside to see all that was before her. The truth was that she was seeking comfort for herself as much as she wanted to also give him peace of mind. "The training grounds are not far from where we can see out of this window." she said softly, talking to herself mostly, but still wanting him to know this for some reason.
