Van runs down the tunnel for some time until it finally ends. You stop at a dead end but as you approach you see that there is a latter at the far wall leading up into a hole in the ceiling. You are only a couple of yards from the ladder when the opening at the top clears and light shines in from above. Suddenly something drops from the opening without even using the ladder it falls down the hole in the ceiling and lands with a loud thud on its feet kneeling in front of you. When Emu stands straight up she looks into your eyes and smiles “Oh, it’s you. What perfect timing. I don’t really need you anymore so I suppose I can get rid of you now. I have been meaning to get rid of one of you.”
Emu will engage you this turn. (Bellamin and Xi cannot help, they are too far away)
The other group continues along their path until they run into a dead with a brick wall at the end. The wall seems to filter into the dirt around the tunnel as if the tunnel itself runs into the underground wall.
(I’m taking care of army stuff the next week so I don’t know how much I will be on, I hope it will not have an impact but I do not know as of yet, I will post as much as I can.)

Lazarus awakens from his laps in consciousness. Looking around, he rushes to the tunnel, and leaps down into the depths, turning about to find a way. He rushes down the pathway, untill he comes to the fork in the way. Yelling into the darkness, "Which way do I go?" Lazarus hopes to find everyone in good health.

Xi looked dumbfounded, she turned to Bellamin.
"Errm, what now?"
She pondered for a moment.
"Okay then shall we head back or try to break this thing down?"

(er . . . well in that case!)
Before you, the two openings loom. You hear the sound of foot falls a little ways down the left tunnel, and the sound of a scuffle and then then some definite explosions. Suddenly Van's voice booms inside your skull, If it is not to much trouble I could use your assistance!
If you head down the left tunnel you will almost collide with Van right behind him is none other than the young girl.
(Is that enough? Your guy is pretty tough, hopefully you are powerful enough to finish her off.)

"Hearing" Van's cry, Lazarus turns, running in the direction of the young telepath. Mentally, he prepaires the motions for his spells, kissing his ring (rib of the crypt) he draws on it's magical energies, and twists his hands, ripping the ball of energy into twin orbs of destruction. Lowering his head down, he rushes forward, hands at his sides, and pauses as he comes into sight of the shadow-girl. "Take...This!" Lazarus unleashes the globes of destruction at the target. The tendrils of power play off the bolts, causing them to creat an orbital force, the blasts spinning around each other as they speed towards their target. Lazarus bows his head, praying that the backlash does not injure Van too much.

"Jeez! Who made this tunnels?" Bellamin readied himself, "If it doesn't break, we're gonna have to go back." He rammed into the brick wall with all his force. Upon impact, a jolt of electricity sparks from Bellamin and creates a miniature sonic boom, sending him backwards into the tunnel. Dust and smoke cloud his vision.

As the cloud of dust clears a new figure comes into focus. He was dress completely in black, with a cape and a strange hat. Over one eye he wore an eye patch and the other looked piercingly at Bellamin. It would be a familiar face to him. “Good lord, Bellamin was that you making all that racket? I was passing by and when Basidia ran into this tunnel investigate. Naturally I had to follow. Oh I don’t think you have met. “Basidia, this is Bellamin, Say hello.
A small face appeared from behind Kail. She then took a few steps in fornt of him. She appeared to be about 7 and looked as if she was wearing a hat shaped like a mushroom cap. Her skin was quite pale and she wore a dress that was made of leaves. Her gaze remained fixed to the ground, too shy to look him in the face. “Hello…”

Seeing her friend get pushed back by some unknown force she thought she would try her luck by throwing some magical energy at the wall.
Raising a palm to the wall she sent a small but powerful jolt of magic toward it, a cloud of dust surrounded the pair. When the dust settled the wall appeared unharmed.
"Hmmm, that doesn't look like it is going to work"
(('random mistakes' you can puppet Xi until I get back if you would like (see the going away thread) you can easily access her stats. I trust you. blaugh ))

Emu is smiling as she approaches Van only to look in supprise as two huge blasts of magic fly out from both sides of Van and smash into her. Inside the explosion you hear a roar “Stupid mage! Just die!” Emu explodes out of the explosion and streaks by Van and thrusts her short sword. The sword finds its mark and pierces Lav threw the chest. She retracts the blade and Laz falls to the ground. Looking over to Van she takes a step forward. Lifting her left hand Emu creates a ball of magical energy and lifting her energy sword up rams the spell into the crackling energy of the sword. The spell slowly merges with the sword and turns it into a white hot blade twice the length of the original. With one swift movment she lunges past Van, taking blows from him she strikes her power up’d sword by him and after words they bath fall to the ground, and Emu dissipates into the wind once again.
Those at the wall. You kinda posted your own failure, if you want to get past the wall you might want to at least give me the chance to let you. If you use actual attacks, actions and spells you can attempt to break down the wall, just post what it is you want to use.

(Err, that was kind of Bellamin's attack. Energy-burst is the soni... Oh... I forgot to add the little attack&Spell thingy at the bottom sweatdrop ))
"Kail?" Bellamin stood up and brushed the dust off of his cloak. "How did you get here? There's only one way to-" The spellsword bent down to look at her at eye-level. "Hello there... Say, you would happen to know of a plentiful and legal source of grade B fairy-dus... Nevermind." Bellamin turned his attentiion to the brick wall. Reaching into one of the innumerable pockets of his blue mages cloak, he drew out a vial of yellow and black liquids and threw it at the wall. Although the vial only cracked slightly, the small slice of ((Extra strength tempered alchemical-grade)) glass between the two liquids burst open and a new, purple, liquid came spewing out of the crack and onto the brick wall. A hiss and the acrid smell of stone-eating acid fill the tunnel. "So Basida? Where did you get the lovely mushroom cap hat."

Basdia giggles at Bellamin's remark. "It part of my head, silly. Why are you attacking the wall?" She asks innocently.
"Yes that is something I'm am curious about as well?" Kail chimes in. "What are you two doing down here?" Kail'igen had just noticed the other mage like character standing next to Bellamin. He was not a person he recognized.

As Lazarus falls over, he looks at his force-field, realizing how forgetful he was in not useind his life-saver. As he falls forward, he utters a cry, the last of his strength going into his lungs to scream in agony, hopeing the noise will echo the halls, and bring attention to their perdiciment.
