[I really don't know where everyone is, so.. I'm gonna patter!]
Renji walked down the hallway, he felt kinda sorry for the angered cat that unleashed into the hallway. Perhaps he would find something for it to eat if he managed to pass by the cafeteria while he looked around. Although, it would be hard to find a small gray tabby feline in such a gigantic school. Come to think about it, this was the first week that Renji has been in this school and had never explored through the hallways yet -- in fact, this would be the first time he has done so in his entire life!
In truth, Renji had always been home schooled by private tutors that his parents insisted that he learned from. I guess this would be the right time to do so, although it looks like the weather is getting worse outside.
"Interesting..." Renji said while yawning. "It looks even bigger than it does from outside."

[In that case, say hello to mister cat.]
The glowing eyes of a small gray tabby peered around the corner. Which was near the art room. The cat hugged the wall because it was afraid of his surroundings. Meow.. it cried down the hallways before running down in front of the art room. It stopped abruptly because he noticed two figures in the hallway. It paused there to make sure that it wasn't spotted or in danger but it was obviously in plain sight now.

((Ack! Sorry guys! Busy day....I gave my Senior Boards Practice Presentation (ok, it's called mock boards, but it doesn't make sense to some if I said it that way).))
Kiyoko was happy that Al was feeling better, but the situation turned for the worse as the gossipers passed by. A huge argument rose between the two siblings, with Ray actually angry. But, although hating to disagree with Celia, she agreed with him. Crazy as it sounded, agreeing with a semi-flirt, he was right. But the yelling made her shrink back; the loud angry voices were not on her liking list.
As she watched Celia leave and Al follow, it quickly became akward with just the two of them alone. She quickly got up and went to their aid, in case Al needed some backup on this. She saw them standing in the hall, and came up to them.
"Look. As much as I'd seem crazy for doing so out of context, but I agree with Ray on this one. I've had him in a few classes Celia; he's a complete perv!" she tried to reason with her. "He got caught for having.....er, beer bottles in one of those classes, and if I hear about him telling a few unasking girls about his 'happy trail and where it leads' one more time, I might puke. There's better fish in the sea, and those without a possibility of harming you, both physically and mentally." she said.
Suddenly, she heard a small meow in the hall. Looking behind her, she let out a tiny squeal; it was a kitty. "Aww! Where'd you come from?" she said, walking over to it. Did it happen to go into the building before the storm for refuge, or was it someone's cat?
((Sorry about adding stuff, Conall. Just trying to find some basis for her to be able to back them up...))
Mr. Kiyoshi could see the anger welling up inside his fellow teacher, and while it was sort of amusing on a deep level (since she was rarely angry like this), he agreed with her. "Look, we'll lock him up in a room for awhile, but we need to think of something that will actually get him to stop being a drunk." he answered her quietly, before turning to the boy again. He got a few ideas from the boy's last sentence......
Also I'd much rather be in isolation than having to be with the Carrots and all their little lapdogs..."
He knew it meant the cheerleaders (for he picked up on his slang), so it could prove interesing if he was....gee, mabye forced to be with them for some reason. "Well, being a counsler, it's my decision for the punishment you should have. For now, you will be locked in a classroom, but don't think you'll be comfy." he said. He took Conall across the hall to a small detention classroom. There were a few kids there (already? What the heck?!) and a strict teacher known as Ms. Barron.
"Conall again?" she sighed. "How long?" "Um, til we ask for him." he answered as Conall went to a seat. He went out and locked the door behind him, and returned to where Ms. E. was waiting.
"Sorry about that. That woman is a witch though, so he wont' be happy." he said. "However, now for a suggestion on what to do with him. He said he hated the Cheerleaders........as duh as it sounds, mabye a way so he's forced to be with them. It might be something he would think about in hte future that would turn him off of trouble. You're a woman; what to girls usually do that require the assistance of another person?" he asked. "N-not saying girls are weak, of course." he added quickly. "Just a reason that he could be with them for a bit............or if you have a better idea, then I'm all ears. I'm tried almost everything with him" He sighed, as he sat at a chair.

Celia slid down the wall, her knees pulled to her chest. She didn't want to believe what she was hearing. She rather be in denial. He acted nothing like that with her. Well maybe a little bit, but he didn't force her into anything, he didn't make her go with him, she was the one who actually talked to him not that other way around. She buried her face in her knees. "No..." she sobbed. "He's not forcing me into anything. He's really sweet to me. He told me he hadn't had a girlfriend in a long time..." She didn't know what to think anymore. Everything was happening so fast, maybe too fast. She didn't know what to do and she couldn't even talk to Conall. She kept her face hidden away. She didn't care about the kitten down the hall. She was in too much distress at the moment. He was good to her.
Ray sighed as he was left alone. He knew that he should probably go out there and talk to his cousin, but he couldn't. He was still too angry. Celia was much better than him and deserved better. Hell, he'd pick some of his friends over Conall. He slumped onto the couch and covered his face with his hands. Not only did he upset his cousin, he scared away the girl he liked. He groaned. "God, Celia... use your head." he murmured, to himself. He was upset at the fact that she'd choose some guy that she hardly knew and that was a total crackhead, alcoholic, player junky. Yeah, he smoked, but it was cigarettes. And he'd have a beer or two every once in awhile, but it was nothing he couldn't stop. He never came into school drunk and he wouldn't think of doing it either.

Conall sat down in the room, silently greeting his fellow prisoners. He'd been here a lot and he knew all the rules here. Conall sat in the desk in the far back of the room and leaned back in his chair. Ms. Barron looked up and glared at Conall. -"Sit properly." Conall sent a much more powerful glare back at Ms. Barron. -"Or what?" -"Or you'll be in more trouble." -"Whoop-dee-do. Like I care..." The teacher stood and walked to Conall's desk. -"Sit properly." Conall kept leaning in his chair and glaring at Ms. Barron. -"You can't do jackshit. You can't even touch me. So why don't you go back behind your little desk and get back to your pointless job in your pointless life." Ms. Barron stood shocked, and slowly went back to her desk. She sat down, and looked at Conall, furious. She began writing something down, probably for more detention or something.

Renji heard the cat call down the hallway. He ran towards the sound of the cat hoping that it had not been found yet. Renji didn't know how he was supposed to act in these situations. As turned the corner, he stopped. Hearing voices nearby, he hid himself around the corner and took a peak. Ah.. the cat was found...
The cat circled around Kiyoko and started snuggling against her legs, giving off a faint purr and meow as it brushed his whiskers. The cat didn't seem like it was very afraid of interacting with people, unlike Renji. The cat turned and looked towards Renji's direction.

Kiyoko began to pet the cat; it seemed pretty clean (no fleas), but she still had some Hand Sanitizer in her purse, so it was fine either way. It purred a bit in response. She had always liked cats, and her mom had recently been debating on getting her one; it counted as a pet, right? Of course it did.
As she sat down and pet it some more on it's fuzzy head, she slowly came to realization that she and Celia were in the same position. After all, Ray wasn't exactly a model....potential boyfriend. He smoked a bit, drank a beer once in a while (but many his age do drink at least a bit), and was a complete flirt. The preps would hate her more than they did now (for they craved his attention) and normal ones might think her just inexperienced/stupid, but......if she could get the good side of him to come out, it'd show people that he wasn't as shallow as he seems, thus a happy ending for all. Sure, there weren't rumors about him (unless they were good), and so were there of Conall.
However, there was two things Conall was that Ray wasn't: a criminal, and a constant drunk. She couldn't believe she'd want that troublemaking drunk, but, why did Kiyoko suddenly like Ray? Partly, is was because he showed her affection, real affection. And apparently, Conall did the same thing to her........
It made no sense; they couldn't be the same situation. She didn't know what to do or say, except this: "Look, just think about both the pros and cons, and see which way you want. And be careful no matter what you decide." she told her, while still looking at and petting the kitty.
As she got up, it snuggled against her legs, and it purred happily. Then she noticed it sense something in another direction. "What is it, ya see something?" she said, and noticed that there was a shadow against the opposite wall, the source coming from the corner. "Hello?" she called. "Who's there?"

Renji was startled from being spotted. Stupid cat, now what? Should I walk out? Sigh... I might as well... Renji stepped out from behind the wall, at the same time, the cat walked towards him. "Hey there, I brought you something..." He smiled as he handed out a small piece of bread. He looked at Kiyoko that had been previously watching over the cat. "Uh... H-Hello..."
Great introduction idiot, good thing you had the extra five minutes there to prepare yourself. Otherwise you would have "really" looked like an idiot there. Renji noticed that he was spacing out and regained his composure.

As Conall leaned in his chair, his thoughts began to wander to Celia. If word had gotten out already, then probably by now her friends were trying to get her to stop being with him. And they only knew me by the bad things I did. Sure, I'm not the greatest student, but I'm definitely not the worst. Anyone could ask any teacher and they would all agree that I do my work. It's just what I do afterwards that usually gets me in trouble. And I love to joke around. Every time I speak out in class it's usually a joke. That or an answer to a question. It's all because I have a criminal record. I got in a fight, that was it! But no, no one here has a brain. No one here thinks for themself. That is, except for Celia. I just hope she doesn't get persuaded by everyone else.

Kiyoko noticed the boy come out from behind the corner. He looked extremely nervous, and even if he was trying to hide it, it showed. It wasn't until a moment later that she realized this was alot like her when she came here a couple days ago. The poor guy probably hadn't had any friends here yet; he looked new, and she saw that he moved in a house not too far away from them recently. What had happened to the shy Kiyoko, anyways?
"Hey, this cat yours?" she asked. "Relax, I won't turn you in or nothing. I'm not like that." she added quickly to clear the path, for that was a problem at the moment. "I see that you're new here as well; guess I"m not alone in that fact then. My name is Kiyoko." she said, kindness in her voice, extending her hand to the boy. "And you are?"

Renji ignored her hand and continued to play with the cat. "No, this cat follows me to school everyday" he stared at the cat for a moment. "He's seemed to have taken a liking to me." Renji paused there for a moment. Crap, I started talking formally again. He thought for a moment: Kiyoko? That's a Japanese name. He picked up the cat and started walking towards Kiyoko.
"Ah, yeah, it's my first week here, my name is Renji. Renji Hidaka." He tried to talk without wavering. He usually never had a problem speaking in public, business meetings or anything that his father would force him to do. There was one difference though, this was the first meaningful conversation he's had in English. He had studied English and has done many presentations in English prior (and removed his god-awful accent), but he had never talked face-to-face with someone before, let alone a girl.
"You're new here too?"

Al stared at the cat, thinking 'How the hell did that get in here...' but he ignored it after a few seconds and turned back to Celia. "It's only been one day. ... Hell it's only been a few hours. Even if it was someone else, someone with a better reputation, I'd say take it easy." He shrugged once more.
Al didn't really greet the new comer since he didn't want to ignore Celia when she was upset... Sorry Renji.
~...~...~...~
Ms. Espinosa started tapping her foot. "That stuff won't work against him anymore... Isn't there a nice windowless room?" She sighed. Listening to his idea, she tilted her head. "I'm not sure how that would work. Don't they really ... dislike Conall? And vice versa? And they have those big burly athletes to help them.... .... Maybe we can move them into a room together? ... That might be too cruel..." She rubbed the bridge of her nose. "I'm sorry. I can't come up with anything."

Celia took a deep breath and picked her head up. She wiped under her eyes to avoid running mascara. She closed her eyes and leaned her head back against the wall. She thought about everything that had gone on in the last couple of hours... a lot. All this clogged her mind. She did think of the pros and cons. There just seemed to be a lot of cons at the moment. But then she could remember all the pros. He was better than everyone said, he was funny, he was sweet to her, he pushed her for nothing. The only real problem with him is that he was into drugs and alcohol. That was a big thing, but something about him just made her attracted to him, dispite that fact.
Ray finally got in control of himself and headed outside. He sat next to his cousin, wrapping his arm around her shoulder. "Celia, I'm just upset. You're a smart girl and you can get any guy you want. You don't want to get involved with someone like him. He's always high anyways. How do you know he's even thinking straight?" he asked and sighed. He knew that probably only made her more upset. "I just don't want to see you getting upset." He gave her a gentle squeeze and got up.
Ray looked over to Kiyoko and saw her with a cat in her arms. He raised an eyebrow. "What did I miss?" he asked with a light laugh.
