Kirai smiled and shot off a blast off air from his finger. "No reason. I just want to know whats going on in this school." Kirai pulled out a map from his bag that he picked up on the way and headed off to the event. "Trust me, they wont know whats happening, because my powers and computer will be doing it." Kirai looked around the hall. "Now were can I find a paper."

Wufei's right leg was hanging down from the right side of the branch he was lying on, on a tree about a half-mile from the school. His eyes finally opened: It was already 9:00. He looked up at the sun, then down at the tree's shadow, and realized he was late. "I'd better get up..." he said to himself, "Don't want to make a bad first impression as a teacher..." he was already clothed, having washed himself that night. His fur shone with the care he put into it right before his first impression, and his green eyes opened widely now to take in the bright light, pupils shrinking. "Good morning to myself." he was used to not having anyone greeting him except for the birds and the squirrels. Getting up, about two or three birds flew off from him, and he stood up on the branch, the balance effortless. He was at a dizzying height, but he cared little, letting himself fall from branch to branch and catching himself, swinging down the branches like vines until he hit ground level, where he sped off at a speed at which it seemed he was skating rather than running. He loved running, it was the penultimate expression of freedom. The school came quickly in sight, with all its students, and even he hadn't been within its doors. Looking around in curiosity at the dull colours and stark cement, he walked in the door, wondering where everybody was. The only place he knew where to go to was the teacher's lounge, so there he went, finding a beautiful breakfast consisting of... confectionaries he hadn't seen much of. He picked out a donut curiously(He didn't really need to eat), and began to nibble on it as he walked out the door, plateless. His ears rose as he picked up some noise from a larger structure(the gym, where the rally is being held), and he walked toward the double doors, pushing one of them open with his foot. He came in to see Steve filling up several balloons at once. Showing off your powers for needless things was the way to succumb to their darker urges, he thought. He gave his philosophy aloud, "For every balloon you fill, your breath becomes that much deeper, and your stamina becomes that much stronger." he usually brought these proverbs out of midair. "So, why is everybody filling balloons?" he asked quietly, picking one up for himself and taking a deep breath, cinching it between his claws and blowing it up, forgetting about the donut in his other hand with the intricacies of the balloon, and accidentally dropping it onto the floor, where the dry food shattered into several smaller pieces. He sighed at the work he had caused himself.

She shrugged, picked up her purse (with Isabel in it) and followed him out into the hall. She glanced about, then noticed a announcment board. "Well, that might say something on it." Kiyoko said, pointing to it in teh distance. There were various announcement papers attached to it, and a bright pink paper ((AKA Mimi's gossip)) in the corner.
((Oh, and the assmebly starts at 9AM, so it can't be 10 yet. sweatdrop ))
Laura watched as the new person had come in, giving a balloon philosophy. When he had gone to blow his balloon up, the donut dropped to the ground, splattering about in dry crumbles. "I'll get that." she said quickly, grabbing a napkin (forgettign about checking the time) and started to clean the small mess. "I appreciate the help, but I think we're ok on balloons. I'm surprised that no one was been lost under them yet." she added with a small laugh while cleaning.

Kirai grinned. "I wonder what nonsence is found in the gossip." Kirai read over the page then suddenly turned deathly quiet. "t-this is complete garbage. How the heck did any one even think I did this!?" Kirai took a step back from the paper. Sora Kitty Announcements.....and Gossip?!

"Student Kirai, age 19, is hiding a deep dark secret from the world. He is actually a murder, meaning he actually killed a man! Oh, of all horrors, and a dramatic fight to the finish it was! Inside news (aka, his mother's cousin twice removed) spoke of how it was a deadly match on a rainy night between him and one who tried to hurt him. Obviously, it ended brutally, with the dead man's body being found 3 days later in a ditch. As he now is entering the school, we all wonder; is this dark secret true, and will it appear again?

zane had been busy for five minutes now, cleaning up smaller peices of trash and even haning stuff from the rafters by turning into a bird, he had found a way to keep himself busy but it didnt keep him from being bored
"things seem to be coming along" he said to himself as he swooped down towards the ground, transforming back to normal a foot from the ground and landing with a light thud
"might as well just hang around and see who comes in i suppose" he muttered as he looked at the various people.
he then walked over towards the wall and took a seat, pressing his back against the walland pulling out a pocket notebook
"might as well get some more ideas down" he thought as he pulled a pen from behind his ear and began to sketch some possible transformations he would eventually try

Mimi was walking down the halls, and was surprised to see that there were now two people reading her gossip. Grinning, she pretended to be looking at the announcements, while waiting for a reaction.
Kiyoko took the paper and read it. Sure enough, it looked to be total garbage. Kirai, a murder? They had to be kidding. "Well, this obviously didn't have much work put into it. Relax, only idiots would really believe thsi stuff without proof; it's probably been shoved into the corner for a reason. Do you even have a twice removed-?"
But Mimi cut the girl off. In rage, it was as if she seemed to vaporize infront of the two, looking quite angry. Why would they want to insult her work? It's not like this was the same guy, right? "And WHY do we believe that?" she challenged the earlier speaker.
Kiyoko froze for a moment, afraid of the girl. Then she remembered her from before, and realized that she must have been the reporter in charge of that column. "W-well, why are you trying to start rumors about people you don't even know? It's not right, and it's quite insulting!" she responded, calm and collected. "Besides, why aren't you with the other reporters in the office?" she added, a sly look upon her face.
Mimi was taken aback at this girl's knowledge; she ahd a point....Wait, there was a meeting? For reporters? And they didn't invite her? WHAT THE HECK?! "ACK! Well, must've missed the memo....." she said aloud. "Anywho, I had a very valuable sorce for this-""Did you see this person at all?"
"We had a very intelligent conversation on the phone; she knew alot about his history, schools-"
"I'm sorry miss, but you didn't answer my question." Kiyoko said very quietly, at a dangerously polite level. "Did you actually see this person?"
"W-well, I-I....ok, mabye not. But-"
"Well, then there you go." Kiyoko answered polietly. "As soon as we see some physical proof, it's all let up to whether we let our imaginations believe it's real or not."
Mimi was enraged, but she wasn't going to lose it now. "Hrmph! Well, we'll see what the 'imaginations' think after a few days, shall we? Until then, TO THE MEETING!" she roared, as she thundered down thea hall papers flying behind her.

Kirai followed mimi and put his hand on her shoulder, his face emotionless. Kirai took a deep breath and emphasized every syllable. "Who-told-you-this-trash!?" Kirai stared at the girl, waiting for a response. Kirai came to this school because his brother said he could start fresh, and he would not let some rumor put a mark on his slate.

Mimi raised an eyebrow at this strange boy. She took his hand off her shoulder (in the daintiest way possible), and looked him square in the eye. "I never give away who I speak to; journalist promise to the speakers. Now, although I never saw this person, that dosn't mean I'm just gonna give away names in a flash. So, since this nothing to do with you, I suggest you not-ask-me-again!" she said coldy, mocking the last four words as he did to her.
Kiyoko decided to stay silent and stay back; this wasn't her fight. The girl was too dense to realize that it was him, and that most likely she really didn't get a name as to who it was. She sighed; so people didn't change after all. However, since this was the school for powers, what could Mimi's power be?

Rikku had taken the girls advice and soon became entangled in her book. Every page was like a miracle to her. RIkku had picked up the bad habbit of literally sticking her nose in a book. Hse barely noticed the world around her as she had become attached to her book. She continued to read to herself " The mind..a ticking time bomb of rage and insanity.. however the human mind has been tamed...tamed to obey the calls of its master..To acheive true control is to control the mind." Rikku turned the page but stopped as the voices began to fill her head agian. This time the voices were clearer...and to her surprise..they were the voices of some of the students. Rikku could barely make out a few words and she realized her power was changing. She closed her eyes and tried to focus the voices. Yet again...the radio static was heard. She sighed and began to read her book yet again.

Kyo sighed as he heard Laura say "I'm surprised that no one was been lost under them yet", because obviously he was. It happen when Steve came by and started making balloons at a speedy fashion. No one noticed, other than Flash, that all of those balloons and the ones already made were dropped on top of him. There was too much static to move, one move and a bolt of lightning my burst out from his body. He needed to release it, but he couldn't, not inside the hall. "Help..." Kyo said slightly, if he were to yell, he was afraid lightning might come out of his mouth.

steve looked over at kyo and saw a panicked expression on his face. he walked over and grinned widely. "so, it looks like you could use a little help there."

acarian looked at the clock and decided it was time for him to head into the gym. still in dragon form, he flew through the cafeteria, past two people arguing, said a quick hi to kiyoko, and slumped down in a chair in the gym.

Teroh finished his cereal and took his tray up. He the headed back to his dorm room and put on the only pair of semi-nice clothes he had. After he changed changed he took a short flight around the campus eventually ending at the gym. As he entered he noticed that not many students were there yet. He choose a seat at the far back and to the side, and contemplated spreading his wings, but decided for now it was best not to. Instead he simply leaned his head back and closed his eyes.

Rikku felt a little static shock and stood from her chair. She turned twoard kyo and her eyes opened wide. The air itself felt different from his charge. She began backing away a bit, the static-y voices were getting clearer.
" HELP!! HELLLPP!!!!"rang through her mind, rikku covered her ears and dropped her book. " HEEEEELLP HEEEELLLPPPP"she heard, Kyo had caused the voices to get louder and louder , she stared from afar wincing and trying to hear more.

Kirai sent off a blast of air, showing his fustration. "It has everything to do with me because your looking at him. Now unless you want to be sent flying, I suggest you give me the name of your source. Now!" Papers began to blow off the announment board as Kirai's anger grew.

Erin, the new PE teacher, was standing behind Kirai as he shot the air bolt down the corridor. "Anything you'd like to say for yourself?" He said while putting restraining hand on Kirai's shoulder. "Your coming with me... both of you!" He pointed down the corridor to an office about 8 meters from where they were standing.
