Koiyuki Ambular_boogerbutt *smiles* No...I'm alright. Before I came here I had a terrible break up with my b/f, whom I had dated for three years. We both made bad choices.....*tears in her eyes once more, she smiles* So...how about that sandwich?.... "You know I'm always here to help you Amber" She said as she took out a pack of White and wheat bread and said, "So you want Wheat or White?" *smiles* I'm alright...it was in the past, and I would like wheat please....

Chiku smiled at Seori. "Biscotti! I've always loved it, and I found the recipe for it in a cook book. Oh, I think it's about ready now." She took the biscotti out of the oven, and put them on a plate. "Wanna try some?" she asked, holding the plate out.
Then she looked up at the ceiling. "I wonder if Vyce is still mad at me..." she mused.

"Yeah, I got here fine Mom. Uh-huh. Clean underwear and all. Yeah. Ok. Bye." He pushed the "End call" button, and dialed in another number. "Moshi moshi! Donata desu ka?" Said a voice on the other end of the line.
"Um... Ms. Ai? This Ian Shaw, I was told to call this number once I had arrived in California..." He tipped his cowboy-hat back, and scratched the stubble that was growing on his chin.
"Ah, yes sir. Do you need directions?"
"Thank you, that would be great. I printed out a copy, but I can't seem to find it now... Heh."
A short while later, he set off to find a bus, directions written down on a piece of paper that he carefully placed in his wallet. "The one thing I'm sure I won't lose." He grinned to himself.
Finding one headed in vaguely the right direction, he wheeled his luggage into a seat close to the front, and sat in another next to it. He smiled sadly, staring out the window. "A month in the past, a month in the future, and I probably would have flirted with that girl on the phone..." He muttered to himself, "Such a pretty voice too. That slight accent..." He hissed softly in a sort of pleasure. "Hopefully, this trip away from home is just what I need to break me out of this slump. Maybe I can make up for missing that chance later..."

*Alex rings the doorbell, and takes a step back. Checking the address on the house, he looks at the address he wrote down.*
This should be the place.
*He waits around for a bit, and begins to shift his bag on his back.*
I hope my parents weren't right about this.

Seori took a couple and began to eat. She tried to maintain herself through her hunger.
" I think he just needed to blow off some steam. I saw him at the pool,"Seori smiled to herself at the embarrassing memory," and he looked really tired. He said he had gone to pick a room. Maybe you should go look for him when you done eating? I think he went to your room anyway, and when you two are finished, I should have a dinner just about ready. I need to go around to see how many people there are, and let Ai know I'll take care of dinner tonight," she paused to think, then began to name off the recipes to herself.
" Onion Focaccia and a garden salad for appetizers, perhaps some pan bread...hmmm...grilled duck breast for the main course, maybe with brown rice and diced tomatoes with green beans...oh! and homemade peach ice cream. That would be lovely for dessert, with a chocolate souffle!" Seori started pulling out pots, pans and ingredients.
"Koiyuki-san! How many people are in the house all together?"

Chiku nodded. Then, she ran upstairs to find Vyce, still holding the plate.
"Vyce?" she called out when she got to her room. He wasn't there, though, so she closed her eyes and thought about it for a little.
"Where could Vyce be? Is he...yes, I think he's in the shower. It seems like it. There's definitely someone in there. And everyone else is outside."
She put the plate down on her dresser and ran to the bathroom. "Vyce!" she called out when she got there, slamming the door open. "Ah, oh sorry, you're taking a shower. I wasn't thinking. I...I'll go now. Sorry, sorry." She turned to close the door and go back to her room.
