Ka'rinth emerged from the floor near the corner of the dojo's training room furthest from the door, his red eyes blazed as he threw a rubber ball at the weapons rack across the room. The resulting clatter of metal being struck and on occasion knocked over was all he sought. He had forgotten to test people's reaction times on his last visit and had just finished his latest task. Once the clamor died down he leaned against the wall and began to count. He had little time today to experiment but he knew his turn would come with the setting of the sun.

Red glowing eyes regarded crystal as she looked into the room and a faint laugh rose up from Ka'rinth as he says, So none other than you explore? Superb. His eyes had little trouble piercing the gloom of the room and flashed softly at her appearence. His head nodded as he said once more, Not taking well to losing your soul eh? Well, seek me out tonight and if you can't take it by force I'll make you a deal.... One a bit more straight forward than Shadow's dealings with 9. What do you say?

Ka'rinth laughed darkly and said simply, I like your spirit as much as your soul, just for your courage I'll show you what only one other has seen. Something within his coat began to writhe and suddenly his coat seemed to erupt into a spike from his right shoulder that slammed into one point eight feet above him while another spike of the coat's material shot forward from his left side and struck the ground six feet to his side. Both of the spikes seemed to then simply retract back into his body as though nothing had occured, the speed of the strikes was high enough that the motions blurred. Both spots that had been struck looked as though they had been hit with a war hammer until such a time as the renewel spell healed them. With that Ka'rinth laughed once more and fell backwards through the floor and into the ground, where he disappeared.

Finding a comfortable spot in the dojo wasn't a difficult task. She was easily pleased by a high rafter in the back right corner across from the stairs. She had a clear view of the back and front doors that way and could also see anyone who decided to come out of their room.

Her back was rigid as it pressed against the support beam that held it up, one of her legs straight out on the stretch of wood that made up the rafter as the other left leg dangled down below. Her tail also found its way off her lap; flicking gently back and forth as if it was counting the seconds of time

Her arms were neatly crossed over her stomach as she observed the drop she would take if she screwed up.

"Twenty feet.."

She guessed to herself before noticing crystal. She seemed dead except for her sobbing. Raven didn't exactly move or gesture to help... she decided keeping to herself was the better choice.

Even still, she looked on with slight curiosity; her ears standing on end were a dead give away.

Raven sighed faintly before she shadowed down to the ground at a stand. Her tail swayed behind her slightly as she dropped her arms by her sides. Her back curved in vaguely as she stretched it; resting her right hand on her left shoulder as she slowly allowed it to lean back.

Matsuo appears from the darkness of a corner of the main room and looks around seeing that Crystal is already up she smiles and moves over to the table where a paice of paper sits. After reading it Matsuo quickly fades into a shadow to go after her.

*Phia wandered in, her nose in a book as usual, she walked over to her corner without running into anything, by now her feet seemed to on auto-pilot when she read, they brought her anywhere from memory*

Piling her armor neatly to the side, Crystal still wearing clothes, he gently treated her major injuries and let her rest. He sighed, covering her up with a blanket, and headed back downstairs. There was something bugging him, because after he left her room he seem to scurtinize ever shadow and look behind himself. He sat down in what had become his usual chair and tried to relax.
