See the chakra system in either the jutsu forum, or the New Members forum. Either way, it's the same thing.

I dont see it brother I saw the maximum they can USE per day but not the amount they can learn. That is what I am looking for.

Ah, sorry I must have skimmed over your post. Generally speaking, a genin can learn pretty muc has many genin level techniques as they want.

As for higher ranked jutsu there's been a new system implemented for it a few weeks ago, but I can't recall if there was ever an announcement for it.

Genin have the capability to learn 3 C-ranked, 2 B-ranked, or 1 A-ranked technique. Just as well, you can not mix and match these so that for instance you learned one C-rank and 1 B-rank jutsu. You can choose one or the other in this instance.

Ah thank you and this number does not change for High/Medium chakra level shinobi correct ?

Nope, this never changes. And that's mainly because if we're allowing a genin to know something that powerful, it should be enough for them. We just wanted to allow genin to have in their arsenal something that doesn't make the genin rank seem as if they are incapable of handling their own in a fight against even a chuunin...granted it would be difficult, but it could be done.

Is it just me or does it seem that by picking a class your ******** yourself in terms of learning anything that is not your class. Because the only way to make use of your class's reduction modifier is to train OUTSIDE your village's training area and no-one ever does that. Shouldn't the class reduction modifier be just one post higher. Because your class is what your character is good at and that should be reflected no matter where they do their training. I am not trying to piss anyone off but this is just bugging the hell out of me. It just seems kinda stupid and redundant to have all these training modifiers and the only TWO that is actually worth is is the tactical ninja's -3 modifier, and Elemental ninja's -3 modifier when training that element.

The point of the learning penalties for professions is so that you are more likely to try and train in a specific type of fighting, that's the entire point. Honestly I think the tactical ninja's bonus could stand to be reduced down to -2 considering the other benefit it gives, but now it's been like this for so long changing it would probably just be more problematic. If you are a weapon master, but want to learn ninjutsu, then the price is having to spend more time learning it, if you wanted a whole bunch of ninjutsu, you should have picked ninjutsu specialist. It's not as if you can't learn these things, it's just not going to be as easy for you. And while a lot of genin don't train anywhere but the training grounds, I know that a lot of the higher ranking people end up training away from the village relatively often.

Lance, What he is trying to say is that the Learning bonus of a Class does not stack unless you are a Teaching master and he believes it should stack regardless on the Basis that is what your character is naturally good at.

Hmmm, well if that's what he's trying to say, sorry if what I said didn't make sense, though even re-reading what he wrote, I'm not sure how you're getting that interpretation duck. But assuming that is the case, I would still say that that the -2 bonus should be more than sufficient from the training grounds, learning jutsus isn't supposed to be super easy, it's supposed to take shinobi weeks, or even months of training to learn a single jutsu, obviously this would be a little much, but a few paragraphs is not asking that much.

Maybe I'm in the minority in thinking this, but I see no need to increase the bonuses. Of course mine is not the most important opinion in the guild, so we can always discuss it further mrgreen

@lance That is actually what I was trying to get across XD. The class modifier should be higher than ANY natural modifier because that is what they are INNATELY good at. It should not matter where they do what they do as long as they do what they are good at they should have an easier time with it. I kinda understand why you have it the way you want it you want the jutsu people earn to MEAN something but having all these redundant reduction modifiers that dont stack so they just cancel each other out is kinda stupid. You also kinda proved my point a bit lance. You said that the low level people only train in the training ground and that the higher ups train elsewhere. The only people that I have see that are high rank were freaking auto ranked and already have all the jutsu they want to learn so we the ones that dont get autoranked kinda get screwed. Do you get what I am saying. I have not seen a SINGLE Jounin that EARNED it.

I have a question, can anyone learn Sensory jutsu? Or are they only available to the ninja of the sound? If so, that should be changed.

I am pretty sure there hidden jutsu developed by the sound village...

I don't agree it should be changed, Sound Ninja wouldn't teach sound jutsu to other nations, just wouldn't make any sense with how secretive they are...

However if they are already open to all then this is not me trying to change that.

As long as it's not apart of any weapon/taijutsu style, yeah you're fine.

Also, if I use a raiton Jutsu within the Hidden Mist jutsu, will everyone within the mist be shocked?

And do I need to learn the jutsu within the Chakra Mouth Jutsu? Like the C1, C2, C3 and C4 jutsu?

Oh, no, it is just almost all of the iron sand bloodline techniques are B rank and above >.< making it a perfect auto rank bloodline, but leaving a lot to be desired for genin rank ups. >.<

I have a question:
Do you have to be Chunnin rank before you can create a technique that is specific to your character?

another question:
Since I'm only a member and cannot see the inner workings of "The Crew" ninja , I was wondering if you all were working on an animal tamer profession, because I have an Idea for the rank benefits, that aren't specific to clans/bloodlines, and allow for greater usage of the animals.
