Hmm... Other than the whole Zane/David/Weird Mission mess, Suna has had problems for a long time as far as mission organization. Although I am rather proud of the fact that missions went pretty smoothly during the short time I spent working the mission hall. Anyways, I think I should make an NPC to operate the place. I also think it would be pretty awesome to use that guy, since neither of us is eligible for kazekage anyways. Thoughts?
And Misa, insanity does not always mean the person is going to snap and kill you. It could just mean they see pretty pictures that nobody else can, or they hear voices, or just act just plain weird. It does not in any way mean they HAVE to be a ticking time bomb.
I mean, look at David. Sure, he's a bit of a jerk and would probably kill you if he got pissed, but he's not gonna run around and kill everyone. His insanity comes in the form of the occasional freak out where he does something just to make people THINK he's gonna kill them.
That and random quotes out of nowhere that make no sense to anybody. His insanity is actually something that varies according to what I feel like making him do.

I was obviously referring to Grandmaster Fumio or whatever his name will be. I'd say Fuwalafuwalu but I don't know what that means and I'd be indulging in S5 too much.
