Fireworks are for any time. It's just traditional to use them on special occasions.

Or where you live? For us you could set them off whenever you wanted really. But now you have to get a permit if you want to set off fireworks. So as long as you have the permit, you can still set them off whenever you want.

So as long as you have the permit, you can still set them off whenever you want. Yeah where i live.. Well have to be 18 or older I think to actually buy fireworks and then.. oh I don't know anymore. XD ... goddamnit I want to watch the goddamned Death Note Live Action movie already

Yeah, you have to be 18+ to buy fireworks here, and I'd only assume the same for the permit.

Mizoko I've put off working for about 18 years... and now I need to find a job in a new town! gonk I did too. Then my parents were like "Oh, by the way when you're 18 you've gotta start paying rent" so I kinda needed to get a job. sweatdrop
