Yes it is. As basic as it is, the overall improvements to it in Windows 7 are good.AK was kidding. MS paint sucks for anything but like, spriting. and you can still use Photoshop to do that better.

Nomega Meta_Fish fjdaklfjasdfklj I tried gimp and paint.net a long time ago and kept feeling like it was like Photoshop but lame (hence GIMP), but I don't know. I don't even know what Vector Graphics are. Also I have Fireworks and Illustrator on my computer, but never really looked into them. I may just do that. wat.

This is the same line copypasta'd and manipulated with different sizes and strokes. It doesn't lose quality at all because vector uses math...

I've seen some godly things done in MS Paint. My stuff don't even compare.
Speaking of spriting, the animated .gifs I did of my MUGEN char were done via PShop. All it takes is layering each frame, and setting the time at which each frame is made visible.
