iKaze Arashi Oh EFFFFF. Since Mist is now closed....I must find a new village that is either The Ushio clan hails from four corners of the Land of Waves. The rain village[Locked], waterfall village[Not a real village(?)], and mist village[Closed], and the moon village on Crescent Moon Island[Non-exsistant]. This clan always has at least four families stationed in these villages because the clan is said to have made a pact with the first Mizukage to forever protect the three main villages of the Land of waves. I'm doomed! The waterfall village is a real village. Shay and team 3 went there during the 2nd stage of the exams to get an artifact, before Shay died. It’s real, alright. It’s just… mini.

Sweet! Crescent Island Actually Exists in the Naruto Universe, it just isn't very well known at all. Oh, and joining the waterfall village would be futile because it's there basically to direct missions and what-not, not really to live in. In fact, it doesn't even have a kage so...yeah, sorry about that. It seems like you should either wait for the rain village to open and then maybe transfer to the mist village, or wait until someone in the mist village somehow screws up and ends up not being here *cough* possibility *cough*
