Fyrin gave a groan and summoned a rather powerful gust to propel them further into the vent. He was surviving.

Paul sat on his bed, staring at his hands. He'd done a little practice and discovered he could pull a few new tricks with the sigils he'd gotten inscribed into the software of the iPod. Particularly pleasing was an earth grappling hook and a pair of gliding wings made of air. He hadn't worked out how to control them into flapping; once he'd done that he'd be able to go airborne. In the meantime he'd also been doing research into what Fyrin's men's ammunition was, and he thought he'd happened upon something. The ability to place a magnifying spell on the ammo, basically just energy waiting for an outlet. A little evoking or thaumaturgy would turn the round into whatever the user wanted it to be. Brilliant.

He also needed more ammo, for everything, thinking on it. For Athena, for his handgun, for all of that.

A job would probably take care of that. He stood up to find a terminal from which to get a job.

((Ohhh, can Marco go too?))

Marco was at the terminal. "Fancy seeing you again," he said, glancing up. "What are you up to?"

((Sadly, I have to leave in like twenty minutes.))

Something appeared to him. "Front-line combatants, building-clearing experience idea." Paul gave himself a nasty little grin. Perfect. "Contact... Terris Jones?" A raised eyebrow was the proper response, but shrugging it off, he checked his magazines. Ah, crap. Two full, one with three rounds in it. He seriously needed more ammunition. Or to rely on magic more. Maybe the magic idea was a better one in the end.

"You interested?" he asked Marco, checking the address. It was very close. "Come with," he suggested, and they went to the location offered.

((He should have dreadlocks, Venom.))

Jacob took the ticket and followed Joe, he was glad to have more knowledge on magic, now all he needed to do was practice, practice, and practice.

Marco looked at the man with a raised eyebrow. He decided to let Paul do the talking.

Joe led them through the airport. How do I get you through security?
