I've built up three builds here that work nicely, though I have yet to test the last out.
Chakra/Strength based Glass Cannon -- Akemi / Masaraku
Strength / Dex -- the twins
And I was debating on a Int/Wis/Cha focused character ... it would suck for the academy, and be even worse in a fight, but on missions it could be a great support character. Sweet talking people and using medical and genjutsu to wittle away at the opponent. Of course in order for it to work effectively you would also have to spread points into Chakra and Con, which makes it pretty far spread out.

My last character Rosie was like the last one.
I never got her past the academy before our village was over run and she was killed more or less xD

L-Let's assume... that Gwyn and Tarou /may/ be in the same team one day. If Gwyn = glass, then maybe I'd like to make a build that compliments 'glass' builds; high HP and ninjutsu?
High Con/Chakra? hm. This is hard.. 8/

Tenshi right now is heading towards the Chakra/Int/Wis type build. Eventually I'd like to get his strength up to a decent amount to do some damage when he hits, but we'll see how he turns out...
