Razu sent a healing spell though his own body healing the wounds created by the attack. He then sent the power through Gabe making sure he was alright. Reassured by Gabe's good yet frightened condition Razu murmmered,"You'll be ok Gabe. I'll protect you just like your mommy will." He petted Gabe's head and held onto him tightly.

Layna's hackles rose, snarling at the figure before her. She hadn't really quite been all there since Ceon had died. She had been crazed, on the edge of insanity. All she was now was a wolf...An angry Lycan. She snarled, her teeth bared to max, gums showing pink. Crazed, she truly was. Her eyes showed it. Silver all the way, no white.
Gabriel on the other hand, whiffled quietly in Razu's arms, clinging to him with little arms, trying his hardest not to be afraid.

Ceon stood there, not wanting to attack Layna. He couldn't...he loved her too much to even think of harming a hair on her head. "Layna, I know you're still there! I'm not going to hurt you!"

His wound healed completely now Razu sat up and linked back up with Layna. He sent her a message only for her, 'Layna please stop? Come back to us. For Gabe sake....and mine. Please?'

Layna snarled once more, her black fur standing on end. What was he saing? Where were we going? Nowhere... He nearly hurt Gabriel! Her head screamed at the fact and she slowly stalked forward, black claws digging into the ground. Pained, even her mind could only register Razu's message in minute portions. It was garbled.

Ceon gave Razu a look of sorrow and regret that said PLease Razu.....help me....... He then turned his attention to Layna and walked forward, hoping that Layna would somehow remember him.

Razu stood up and screamed both aloud and in her mind,"Layna! Please stop this! Weren't we gonna take a walk? Please Lets go have fun!" His voice ended in a begging tone.

Layna felt her mind crack, and she stumbled, falling to the ground, her body still. Her eyes were wide, and unmoving, her mind blank, uncertain, pained beyond measure. She was screaming beneath a layer of film that would not move. She was stuck trying to find an escape, trying to escape the anger. But her sanity laid there too. If she rain from the pain and anger, she would leave herself behind, to keep from harming those she knew.

Ceon took that moment to run up and hold Layna by the shoulders. He leaned in and whispered in a gentle and loving voice, "Ask yourself, who was it that protected you? Who was it that loved you enough to ask you for your hand in marriage? Who was it that gave you a son? Who was it that promised you i'd be back if I died? I love you Layna, and our son. I promised you I'd come back and I did." Ceon then hugged Layna's wolfish form tightly, not caring if she bit him.

Razu got closer holding tightly to Gabe. He watched with concerned eyes," Layna? Are you okay? Are you back with us?"

Layna did not move, her wolven head just laid wherever it was moved. In her mind, cold assailed her, numbing, biting, destroying. What better way to lose the pain than to remove the part that hurt? Her body hung heavy in Ceon's arm's, her silver eyes staring at the ground. Insanity...Sanity. Small borders. But which was more comforting? She could not find her voice to answer Razu nor Ceon. Was she back? Where was she anyways...?

Ceon rubbed his hand along Layna's lycan back, and held his head against Layna's. "I'mm here Layna. I won't be going away from you. I'll be here for you and Gabriel."

Razu layed a gentle hand on Layna send a calm, soothing wave of healing into Layna. 'It's okay Layna. It'll be okay.'

Layna stared on, her eyes focused on the ground. She felt rather empty for a strange reason. She heard voices,that much she was certain of, but her mind was just a buzz of nondescript sounds. She heard a voice crash into her mind, but it just echoed and fell into nothingness. She became deadweight in Ceon's arms, her eyelids drooping. The darkness...So comforting. She wanted to just closed her eyes and escape there.

Ceon continued to hold Layna tight in his arms as he continuously whispered, "It's okay, I'm here for you. I'll be here for you. We'll be a happy family again."
