Daiguren watched her take off running then vanished fro m his spot leaving the two there. His figure appeared running beside her, "You can't out run me and you know that. Ceon couldn't and neither can you."
He stopped of several feet in front her seeing if she would stop again.

Diego never lost pace with either of them. He traveled a behind making sure she wouldn't get too harmed but other than that he wouldn't interfere. "I never met her mate nor do I know you. I've been gone for a very long time." Diego came to a stand still a few feet away from the pair.

Layna let out a yelp, skidding to a halt. Her breath was heavy as she stared at the Demon, before jumped upwards, grabbing onto the branch of the tree, hoisting herself upwards into the leaves. "Stay away from me!" She snarled, rattling the branches as she climbed. That was one thing she was made to do. Climb fast. Diego had never caught her in the trees, and he was the same species. She wanted to stay as far from that Demon's hands as she could, and she hoped she could.

Taking out one of the twin silver swords the he had he looked up at her in the tree. He jumped above the tree then swung his sword downward with such speed the it's tip broke the sound barrier sending the sonic boom down into the tree.
Landing the ground several feet from the tree he looked around to see if anything had feel out.He had no desire to cut down the tree.

He sighed slightly, "Always with the F-ing climbing." He sighed slightly. He wasn't going to climb. Too much effort and right at the moment he felt very lazy.

Layna let out a howl of panic, her arms wrapped tightly around the branch she had been about to grab. Her ears were ringing, and her muscles throbbed. She stared downward at the Demon, her eyes narrowed. She then looked at the tree that was clustered against the one she was in. With quick deft movements, she was was across the gap, and climbing again, switching between trees quickly, her movements as quiet as she could.

"Am I going to have to hurt you to get you to stop this game!" Daiguren launched himself into the trees, his sword in hand he matched her every movement but got faster as this went on.
Getting rather close to her again he tired reason one last time, "Those eyes will scare your child and tear him away from you."

Diego's eyes watched the movement's in the branches and leaves to stop where she was going but other than that he made no other movment. "Wow, cutting down the trees. I could have told you that wouldn't have worked."

Layna stopped briefly, her eyes wide. Her son would be scared of her? She closed her eyes, briefly, before she jumped forward once more, her claws digging into the bark of the tree as she went higher up and across the small gaps. Her heart was pounding with enough adrenaline to make her shake. She would not let this Demon speak lies to her.

"Fine have it your way." Daiguren jumped upward then vanished. Several spears came flying toward her in the tree. They were aimed at her arms and legs to get her down from the tree.
"Now if you child grow up without either parent it's not my fault." He whispered in her ear then vanished again before the spears got close enough to hit. He had not intention of killing her that would only make what he was trying to get harder.

Diego growled darkly and sprinted faster than his body should allow. "No one kills her unless it's me!" He said in a defiant tone even though he really wasn't part of this. His overly large form hurled into the sides of most of the spears sending them off course. Though he did miss only a few.

Layna let out a cry, feeling metal cut into her skin. She clung to the branch, her heart pounding. She could hear Diego, but did not look to see what had happened. She stared at the spears lodged in her legs with a mixture of pain and surprise. She grappled at the with her taloned hands, and yanked at them, pain shooting through her. Only one came loose before her arms refused to move. But still she clung. She wasn't going to be that easy. Hazed blue light coursed through her hands. and she placed them upon her legs, feeling Lycan muscle press out the one that had nicked bone. A healer was more advanced at being able to fix wounds, even the worse. But it made her feel tired. She didn't bother the ones lodged in her shoulders, she couldn't reach them. She stayed still on the branch, gasping, refusing to fall from her perch.

"I see you do have other powers but those have nothing to do with your eyes" He appeared right in front of her the seven demonic tails behind him and his hand out stretched toward her face. "Now then this will be quick and your body did recover quickly after you regained thought."

Layna growled, and dropped backward off the branch, her arms screaming as she swung downward onto the ground, her form swiftly changing. Her muscles contracted as her bones lengthened. She wasn't a large Lycan, but she was larger than a human being. Black fur covered her body just as fast, and the metal spears that had lodged in her fell to the ground with a clatter. She roared loudly, angrily, and took off once more on the ground, faster on four then two.

All the metal spears melted into another dimension as Daiguren started the chase after her. "Give up I can move faster then you can even see." He was right beside her his tails seemed to give of no drag behind him at all but they could still move even at great speeds. Two of them were jutted out toward her feet hope to cause her to trip or catch her and lift her off the ground.
