Layna raised her head at the sound of approaching footsteps. She looked about for a moment, before her eyes settled upon one figure. Daiguren. She cringed, backing into the tree, hoping not to be seen. She hadn't wanted to confront the Demon, not so soon. She whimpered, her grey eyes wide. Fear was all too evident upon her. She was not acting like the Lycan she should have. She couldn't.

Daiguren's eyes looked straight through her into her fear. He didn't understand what she was doing, he thought that if anything she would have attacked him right away.
"You, your the lycan who boor the son of Ceon, correct?" he stopped several yards away from her keeping a good distance.

Layna continued to shake, but she raised her gaze to stare at the Demon. "Yes..." She whispered softly. She swallowed spasmodically, trying to clear the taste of her own acrid fear from her throat. Her own thoughts seemed to echo the Demon's. Why hadn't he attacked her yet? That was the first thing that she had thought would happen.

"What powers do you have?" Cutting straight to his point his gaze unending into her eyes. He stood there motionless only his chest moving. "How could one like you have the power to take the sight from a Tainted?"

"P-Powers?" She stammered, her eyes wide. "What do you mean?" She stared back at him, unable to glance away, like a bird trapped by the viper's garnet eyes. Except he did not have garnet eyes, and he was not a snake. "I-I don't have any..." She was almost positive that there was no powers that she had that no other Lycan had. How could that be possible?

He wasn't convince he knew that the lost of his vision had something to do with either this lycan or her child and since he was unable or even unaware of what it might be way even try till he was older.
"It was your child's birth that allowed me to regain my vision and your pain and feelings all of it had something to do with taking my sight. What lies in you that could do this or what is magical around you to take my eyes from me," his voice got a little louder then cut off.

Layna whimpered, shaking her head slightly. "I-I don't know!" She scrambled over her words, fear breaking her resolve and any clear thought she had had. She blinked for a moment, before she buried her face into her arms, trying to make herself small. What was he talking about? What about her son?

"You have no idea what type of power it takes to do what you and your child did." He looked away at the tree, "Funny spot you picked to try and hide."
He looked around again several memories came back to him. "This place, it surprises me that you'd even think about coming here again"

Layna shivered, and raised her head,a whimper escaping her lips. She looked around the area. Where were..... No. She couldn't believe where she was. Why here? She crushed herself into the crevice, her eyes wide, wild. Red. Her eyes were dark red, but not from crying. Oh, her head pounded dreadfully. She buried her eyes into her jacket, trying to stifle the throb.

He looked at her, she had obviously not noticed that this the same area where her former lover was struck down the very tree she sat under had a patch of loss soil on the other side of it where she herself primitively buried her mate. He looked at her again not noticing the change in her eyes at all.
"That night must have been very painful to you."

Layna felt anger ravage at her now instead of fear. She shot up, snarling. "You know nothing about what it was like! You didn't care, so why bother to ask? It makes no sense!" She snarled at him, wanting so badly to tear at the uncaring man. She wavered on tthe point of no control, before she stepped back into the civil part of her. It was so hard not to tear and slash, and bite. How instincts told her to destroy the person who ruined her life.

He looked at her a little shock at her sudden change in attitude. This was her lycan side the part of her that she feared to use and let lose. "You are right i have no idea what type of pain your going through and you have no idea what type of pain i've had to endure and survive with. So get over it." His eyes inter locked with hers again. He still didn't move from his spot and his attitude calm.

Layna gnashed her jaws together, her red eyes glowing briefly. She shut her eyes, and covered them with an arm, whimpering softly. Her head felt like it was going to explode. She sank back down, shivering. Her usually overheating body felt icy. She felt a memory tug to the surface. When had these pains first came? She stiffened. It was at the dock...and the unseeable angelic voice that had whispered so comfortingly to her, saving her from madness.

Looking at her eyes closer before she turned away he realized something and it was scaring him slightly. "What are you seeing? What do you hear and smell? Tell me!" He yelled at her getting closer but keeping out of arms reach.
"How id that you have those eyes?"

Layna growled briefly, standing up again. Her head was pounding so hard it was making her dizzy. "It's none...of your business..." She whispered, her breath heavy as she tried to see straight. She could barely tell where her feet were at the moment. She leaned backwards, and felt nothing but air for a moment, empty air. And then she was laying on the roots, huffing. "It's none..." She grumbled, throwing her arm over her eyes again. She wanted this pain to just end, and the stupid little flashes of pictures to go away. But of course, they didn't.
