While not yellow, My previous laptop suffered the same thing.

What brand was it? HP?Hey look the lines went away. Huh. And I'm not sure what brand it is but it's a desktop and I've probably replaced all the different parts of it by now anyway so there's probably nothing left of the original computer. EDIT: Lines are back. >_>
