No, I haven't read the actual fanstory that spawned the phrase, and thank god for that. I just found out about the saying at TV Tropes, where the phrase 'Draco in leather pants' refers to a trope where formerly evil and supposedly badass villains are turned pansies and objects of slash fiction/art. Snape could be considered a victim of this trend too, probably due to Alan Rickman's casting in the HP movies. ninja
