The light changed and they drove away without incident.

Fyrin had no idea where to find a... food room or corpse disposal area. Perhaps if he could obtain a map?
((Also, SirBayer, you may slightly hate me for what I'm going to tell you in your debriefing. 3nodding ))

Was there a visitor's center or something like that? A reception office? Something unmanned?

He would have to check to find out.

((Ha, "You're a tard"? Don't worry! Unless it's some mortal wound like "Your mother was an otter and your father an ant" then I'm not concerned. Fyrin has his self-respect. He knows he couldn't have done better. smile ))
Fyrin shrugged and tried opening the nearest door. Hey, what other options did he have?

((Oh wow. Sounds like a good debrief to me.))
Joe drove on. They were almost out of the city. From there, they would go to the nearest airport and get home somehow. How do we get back to the Dome? he asked the Fists.

The fists went totally quiet.
s**t.

Fyrin opened the door to find a targeting range. It was presently unoccupied, and there were no weapons there.

He examined the room for maps or even just a directory pinned to the wall. Surely somewhere in here...

He found a scoring diagram for the targets and general instructions, but little else.
((Also, "Fyrin, you're a retard" would generate less hate than what's on its way.))

((Hahahahaha, this is going to be fun or absolutely hurtful.
Out of curiosity, is there any hope I could've pulled it off some other way?))
Drat. He moved back out into the hallway and tried another door.

((It's the first way you had a chance to pull it off.))
The next door took him into a totally empty room. Weird.

((Wait, the way I did it? Otherwise it wouldn't have worked? Do I not have a hope now?))
Fyrin narrowed his eyes. What was going on here? This was suspicious. He started feeling around the room, hitting things with mana pulses to see if he could find something.

((You have a hope now. I'm saying, you had a really easy shot earlier that you missed.))
Mana pings picked up nothing in the empty room.

I really have no idea, the gauntlets said after a few seconds. Josh never seemed to have any real problem with it.

Fyrin, on impulse, tried detonating all six surfaces present in the room. All the walls, the ceiling, the floor. What might be behind?
