Dunno, you'll have to ask Galv whether or not it begs a re-roll.

15,8,15,8,8,10 where my rolls and they weren't considered hopeless, if your scores don't apply try to balance your points in a good way, what class/race do you have chosen? And did you ask if you could use that prestige class?

By the way, a D20 is just as effective, its 5 sets of 4 so you just separate them then drop the lowest, then roll a D4 for the last stat, you know?

7 - -2
8 - -1
9 - -1
9 - -1
12 - +1
16 - +3
________
For a total of a -1 modifier. That should be a re-roll

I'm using a human character so I get my extra 1st level bonus feat: it's gonna help a LOT. I can live with one or two penalties anyway.

The D20 doesn't work always cause if you look at the two I rolled there is no way to divide that by four. Not to mention your max stat would be a 5. Yuck! I think that's how it works anyway, but my math could be better and I may not understand what you're saying.

Think I'll give Galv a PM 'bout now.....

KaiTenSatsuma rolled 20 6-sided dice: 4, 4, 4, 1, 4, 4, 5, 6, 4, 1, 6, 6, 1, 3, 6, 3, 1, 4, 6, 2 Total: 75 (20-120)

It would be like this, and sorry I mis-spoke, roll 20 D6 dice, not a D20 x_-

4, 4, 4, (1) = 12
(4), 4, 5, 6, = 15
4, (1), 6, 6, = 16
(1), 3, 6, 3, = 12
(1), 4, 6, 2 = 12

and thats SAD because i wish i rolled that instead of mine.

Your modifer was +1, the lowest it can be and not get a reroll. Which sucks for you, but that's the rules. Sometimes you get luck, sometimes you don't.

So yes, BookSage, you should reroll. Mind you, I haven't decided if I'm allowing new players yet, though.

Will get back to the game tomorrow, things are much better now.

*Edit, Mis-read*

Either way it would be too late to change my character now, twice ive re-arranged skill sets, feats and whatever saving throw bonuses I have, thats more than enough.

Though that time I rolled a 4 for intelligence was a precious, precious moment I will cherish for days to come, , my god how awful it would have been to play with that.

Alright, I figure I'll allow the two new people, but that'll be all for now. Now I need to take a couple hours to get links to all the character sheets in one place, then we'll continue the adventure ASAP!

Alright, those that have a few problems with their character sheets:
KaiTenSatsuma: Not sure why your longsword is small size, dwarves use medium size weapons.

Xanatavian Xavier: What language did you want to use Speak Language to learn? Also, are you aware that your character doesn't know how to use a b*****d sword?

jess0412: What feat did you select? Plus, since all your martial weapon proficiencies come from being a bard, could you change that entry from 'martial weapon proficiency' to 'bardic weapon proficiency'? Also, do you want to select any equipment? Your weapons use the damage for small versions, they should use the damage for medium versions.

For everyone: Make sure you've deducted the cost of your weapons and armor from your gold, and remember that the deities in this world are different from the ones in the PHB -- we're using the Eberron ones, which I listed a few pages back. Make sure you're worshiping the right god!

My sword is a joke, a dwarf wielding a 3 foot long sword is a bit....amazing to put it simply. (Average Longswords are 90cm long, coming in at about 2.9 feet.) But looking at my sheet I guess I overlooked the medium amount of damage, oh well, time to edit that.

Just a small joke. x_^ ok ill stop with the puns.

D&D has never been known for showing any degree of realism.

One of my pet pevees with it.

Thats true, roll a 20 and im most cases you win.

That and it would take too much time to overhaul the Rulebooks to make a realism based version.

Oh, that's hardly the worst offense.

A Game of Thrones d20 makes the best attempt that I've seen . . . there was going to be more in that series, but then the company folded . . . sad. The book series it's based upon is good, though.
