Some people are just that gullible I guess. Step-daddy is a doctor so what he says MUST be true. rolleyes I'm tempted to direct her here so you guys can prove her statement wrong. xd

Nikolita Someone posted in one of the threads in LI saying pre-c** has no sperm in it because her step-dad is a doctor and told her so. She also said she's been with her bf for 4 years, and nothing's happened... and that schools tell kids that pre-c** has sperm in it so it will discourage them from having sex. Here's her post (name withheld): "My stepdad is a doctor and told my boyfriend and I that precum has absolutley no sperm in it whatsoever. He said that in class, the teacher told the students that precum doesn't have sperm in it, but it is best to tell kids that it does, so they don't have unprotected sex with a partner that doesn't know his body well, and risk pregnancy ( and not to mention diseases) My boyfriend and I have been together for almost four years now, and not once have I gotten pregnant from him. So rar. smile There is information backing me up on this if you search it, also. Something about precum coming from the prostate gland, and never having a chance to actually mix with the sperm." I don't know if she's right or not, but her post just irritated me, so pardon my venting. I've never heard a doctor say that pre-c** has no sperm in it. In my reply post to her post, I told her I'd been with my ex for almost 2 and a half years, and I hadn't gotten pregnant either. So just because she hadn't gotten pregnant didn't mean that there was no sperm in pre-c**. I also said that if a girl and a guy have sex, but he doesn't ejaculate in her, and she still ends up pregnant somehow, what would that demonstrate? Again if I'm wrong you can delete this post, and I'm sorry if I'm ignorant/uninformed about anything in this post. whee My teacher in school said that it can have sperm in it but that it is leftover so in most cases dead, i dont Know if that is true but I believe if you have sex 2 times in a row there is still some little bombers left in the shute that are expelled when a guy gets hard. I dont know I do think that anyone who isnt on birth control is less than intelligent and asking to get pregnant. Heck i was on BC and got pregnant anyways

I Getta Post a "Get Even" story about breast feeding xd
My sister had recently given birth and we were in a fast food place when her son started to cry because he was hungry. So she started breastfeeding him, and of course he was covered and such with a blanket, so there was nothing "risque" about it. These two women started glaring at her and giving her dirty looks, and it made my sister really uncomfortable.. she looked at me and was like, "Well what am I gonna do?" One of the women overheard her and was like, "You COULD use formula or wait until you're home instead of doing it in PUBLIC." Beck looked like she was gonna cry (love my sister, but she really is too quiet/kind sometimes) so, being the nice person I am I flipped them off and told them "How's this for indecent in public, b***h?"
Yeah they left in a hurry xd Becky was cracking up.. felt good though. I freaking HATE people who are all, "Take it to the bathroom" or "Don't go out when its time to feed".. or people who say just use formula. When I was a baby, I could only drink mother's milk because I was allergic as HELL to every formula my parents tried. scream Goddess, people can be complete asshats sometimes.

Bravo to you! biggrin I probably would've done that too, or something like it. I hate people who get on mothers' cases for breastfeeding in public. It's like, Get. Over. It. Stupid asshats. (go fark xd ) That said, my brother couldn't have milk at all when he was a baby, and I think I remember my mom saying he was raised on apple juice.

I won't lie, breastfeeding in public makes me uncomfortable, but that's MY problem, not the baby's or the nursing mother's. I don't like teal either. Doesn't give me the right to say one word. Still, how could anyone suggest eating a meal in a bathroom? Ugh. What ever happen to minding your own business? You were right to flip those women off.

It makes me uncomfortable sometimes, but I know the baby needs to eat, and I rather it got fed instead of screamed. xd Besides, I can just look away if it bothers me. No big deal. smile Doesn't give me the right to say anything to the mother.

Breastmilk is made especially for the baby by the mother's body ANYWAY so anyone who complains about breastfeeding in public is extrememly selfish. I feel guilty about not being able to breastfeed my children, so the thought is foreign to me that people could be that rude. Not that Ithink flipping people off is ok, but those two certainly deserved it and I think it got the desired effect xd 3nodding

The next day 25 women from her La Leche League showed up at lunch rush to have lunch in the mall food court with their nursing babies. It is a food court and kids have to eat too!

Sorry for the double post but I need to gripe somewhere! My daughter has made friends with a neighbour's child. My child is almost six and this lil girl just turned 4. Now my child has had her whiny moments, and is no perfect angel all the time, but I insist on manners and will not acced to a request the doesn't contain a please, or a thank you when acceded to.
This lil girl whines everything! She starts her first "request" for something with whining and stomping her foot! "IIiiiiIIIIiiieeee Waaannnnnttt a DwwwwiiIIIIIiiinkkkk!!!" stomp stomp "MooooOOOOommmmyyyyyyyYYYY Get me PooOOOOoopp! kick slap stomp!!
Now my lil one often forgets her pleases and thank you but quickly remembers when i say "I beg your pardon?" I have looked after this other child and in very short order she will say please and thankyou with the best of them if you do but turn around and say "I cannot hear whining, and you get nothing without a please and a thankyou!" This girl's mom has ASKED me for help with her child. But when I try and explain how to deal with the whining she turns around and says she is not bothered by it and it is too much trouble to do anyhting about. This behaviour is driving me insane! it is INFECTING my child (who has not whined about anything including a bee sting in over a year!) who has started whining again! I would hate to take my child away from her friend, there are so few lil girls in the neighbourhood, but this behaviour drives me batty!
Honestly am i being over sensitive here? Why ask me for advice and then tell me to butt out? ARGH!!!!

Well, the girl is older and it WILL affect your daughter, which can be so frustrating. I don't think you're out of line or oversensitive, you don't want those bad habits rubbing off. I have a friend who babysits a 7 year old and he's VERY whiny and it rubs off of her 3 year old.
My minor vent about stupid people. I went shopping with my friend. She has 3 kids and I have Logan. Well, she was holding her 20 month old and her 3 1/2 year old was in tow. I was pushing the double stroller with the 4 month old and Logan in it. My friend goes to hold the door when this lady and her family just cut RIGHT in front of me as I'm trying to follow out of the store. So I wait for them and I am stuck behind them from the back of the store to the front.
They finally get to the exit and just hold the door that my friend was holding and I went through. Mind you, I try to have manners but I was a bit overwhelmed by the fact I was trying to help keep an eye on all the kids in a HUGE crowd of people with cars not far from them.
The lady who cut in my way in the store and got in my way looks at me and goes "Isn't it rude when people don't say thank you when they hold the door?"
I turn around and look at the lady. "Yeah, if you're holding doors to get thanks, you're in the wrong department. It's equally rude to cut off people who obviously have a baby in the stroller who's hungry. Don't you hate it when people don't say EXCUSE ME?"
Lol I was just a little frazzled that day, but I thought it was amusing.
