Early the next morning Juuni began to stir. Streatching out her arms and legs before arching her back and giving a mighty yawn, exposing her neko fansg before curling back up into a ball and licking her lips. Unwillingly she opened her eyes and sat up slowly, yawning again before blinking a few times and rubbing her eyes with one hand whilst the other supported her.

"Nyuah..." she murmured sleepily as she looked over at Allwyn.

Allwyn rolled over, refusing to open her eyes to the morning sun, grabbed another handful of blanket to cuddle and let out a yawn.

Surely it can't be morining yet? I swear I just went to bed

Begrudgingly she opened her eyes to find a pair of gleaming eyes looking back toward her. Glancing about the room quickly she relayed the events of the previous night and remembered that there was no longer any danger to sleeping for long periods of time.

"Hola. I didn't fidget too much did I? I have a terrible habit of not sleeping that peacefully."

Juuni sweat dropped and scratched the nack of her head, laughing nervously, "Juunish does sleep like a rock! So she would not know!"

She paused, "But did chu sleep okay?"
PostPosted: Thu Apr 19, 2007 1:36 pm

" Yeah, it was nice not to have to worry about who would find me whilst I was sleeping for a change"

Allwyn chuckled to herself and stretched out in every direction possible. She looked about and saw her few belongings on the floor. Her satchel, bow and quiver were the only thigs she managed to keep whilst out in the forest. The satchel only contained food scraps now and a family portrait, the bow however was the one bestowed upon her on acheiving the rank of Head Archer.

There was no way they were taking that back when they pushed me out of the glade, Allwyn thought as she looked longingly at the bow

"Now, is there anywhere here I could use that without getting told off?"

Juunikyuu blinked and scratched thoughtfully behind her right ear, her tongue sticking slightly out of her mouth in a comical fashion.

"Hmm.. Me thinks there ish an archery range on the grounds but Juunish has never used a bow... And Juunikyuu-sama never practices..."

She too stretched out, arching her back and rolling her arms down the bed, rump up in the air before flopping onto her belly and rolling off the bed with a soft thump.

"We can go see~!"

"Awesome, you can use my bow? We'll get you up to elf standard in no time."

Allwyn pushed herself up onto her elbows, surveying her crumpled clothes

Oh the joys of having ironed clothes and washing not done in river water.

Running her hand through her hair, Allwyn arched her back and sat up fully. Yawning again and stretching her legs Allwyn let out a groan at the prospect of having to stand up again and slowly pulled herself to her feet.

"Right, onwards... Lets see if this elf still has it in her."
She grinned as she swept up the bow and threw the quiver over her shoulder.

Juuni sniffed towards the bow suspiciously before smiling and bouncing to her feet and towards the door, throwing it open with ease before skipping out into the hall, waiting for Allwyn to follow before shutting the door. As the some what funny looking duo stepped out into the bright morning sunshine Juuni's stomach gave a very large grumble and she blushed, looking up at Allwyn.

"Mah belly ish talking!"

Having returned from Latent with only a few detours, Kimiho sat at her desk, pouring over files and reports that had stacked up in her absence. Currently she was working on a progress report, tracking key individuals that GUARDIAN had taken an interest in. Currently they had agents accompanying,

"Laz... 1st squad's officer Amara is taking care of him, and her Seer Durranis is skulking through Eden in search of Hono and Silver... my girls are with Sunstrike and Vahn..."

She sighs wearily. It was a good start, but they had an unimaginable amount of work ahead of them. All of the afore mentioned were loose cannons at the moment... but GUARDIAN would do their best to change that.

"Three of these are candidates for GUARDIAN... Laz, Hono and Sun.... things are going to get really interesting soon."

Allwyn chuckled at the noises coming from Juuni's stomach.

"Now that you mention it, I am kinda hungry. We'll get you being a pro on the bow after breakfast. I've got a sneaking suspicion we'll both be better archers on full stomachs"

At this point Allwyn mimicked the grumbling noise made by Juuni's stomach and giggled coyly as she got to her feet and proceeded to follow through the now open door. The sunlight that hit the pair was almost dazzling and Allwyn shielded her eyes from the glare to get a good look at her surroundings. The hallway was quiet yet busy enough for her to feel uncomfortable about the number of faces she no longer recognised. Looking up to see Juuni bouncing down the hall Allwyn picked up the pace and followed her only companion.

[[Continued from Eden]]

A simple silver arbor formed itself on the center of the southern bridge, nothing like the beautiful elaborate arbour, formed of silver vines that meant the Gatekeeper was returning home. But one of the standard gate created from a GUARDIAN issued device.

Together the trio stepped through into a beautiful courtyard garden that seemed caught in the transition of Late winter and early spring. In the center of the courtyard, was a large cherry blossom tree, that despite being out of season... was in full bloom. These blossoms too, were unique in their colouration. instead of being the vibrant or pale pinks that was customary for this particular flower, They were a deep crimson, the very tips so dark that they looked black. Around the tree, carved into the stone ground in a mosaic, was an elaborate spell circle, with lines that extended from it, tracing through the cracks of the cobblestone paths.

Stone lanterns illuminated the garden, since true dark had set in now. Here and there, stone statues added to the stunning decor. The perimeter of the garden was edged in moat of sorts. It was like a tiny channel of water that ran about 4 feet deep and 5 feet wide on all four sides of the garden. In the center of each side, was a tiny Japanese bridge leading in the four directions of the compass.

This, was the heart, the very center most place in all of the DSBG Estate.

"Dark Cherry Blossom?" Hono waisted no time removing the concealing cloak, not liking hiding that way. "Where are we now?" sweatdrop

Durrian set Silver down carefully, uncovering his face for better air flow, now that there wasn't a need to hide him. Standing he stretches and lowers the hood of his cloak, facing away from Raven, slipping it off his shoulders. And rolling it back up, to place in the golden leather pouch at his left hip. Turning around, Hono would certainly get an eye full.

Durrian appeared to be human. Aging about 52 he only appeared to be 24-ish. An appearance he would likely keep for a good many years. While he showed no outward signs of being anything other than human, he had elven blood lingering in his pedigree. Too little to make him immortal, but enough to slow down the aging process to crawl.

He wore tight, white leather pants that were more like capris. Gold stitching running up the sides of his well toned thighs. He was lean, but not scrawny His hardened stomach was left bare as the sleevless white leather top ended at the bottom rib and zipped up the front. White, fingerless gloves reached from his hands up to his elbows, held in place by gold bangles, a bracer, the one that had opened the gate, clamped on his right forearm.

Soft soled boots hugged his well muscled legs, strapped multiple times, a good deal more than was necessary, surely... with straps and gold buckles , about his shins.

A wrap fell at his side, fluttering in the breeze as the golden stitching that was sewn into the fluttering fabric to resemble vines and blossoms, glinted in the sunlight. A gold pendant, the symbol of GUARDIAN, and of the DSG hung about his neck on a gold chain. Gold hoops lined his ears, a few chains connecting some of the piercings.

His platinum blond hair feathered about his face, streaks of gold highlighting it, his blue, blue eyes glittering.

There was no way he would have survived Eden without the cloak. That much would be clear now, he literally seemed to glow.

He smiles charmingly at Raven as he bows, able to do so now that he was unburdened.

Lady Minx

After the fiasco that was HoH, Fae had finally been able to deal with Meria...mostly. But more important was the dealing with Dante issue. And after that, the issues just seemed to pile up more and more, and she thought about the offer that Sierra had sent her. To join a force known as the Guardians. She wasn't sure about it, but it would give her something to occupy her time, since Dante was content being Mister Mom, and as much as she loved her children, that was not in the cards for her.

So instead, she made her way back to the place she had glimmered from Meria's memories; The Dark Sakura Guild. She only hoped that Sierra was still around. If not, she wasn't sure what to do, she could only hide the depression of uselessness from Dante so long.

Her hair was now her normal shade of brillant red, and the burden upon her shoulders seemed both heavier and lighter as she made her way to the guild. She still wasn't sure why she trusted Sierra, only that she did. Perhaps it was the Elf's connection to the earth, so similiar to her own, but whatever the reason, she had to find out. And maybe then she could help her with her Tellus problem. For Gabi had finally grown worried enough to call Faeriun in for help, and she knew that Tellus and Sierra had seemed to hit it off well enough.

"Excuse me..." She spoke when she got to the reception desk. "I know I left abruptly before, but I do need to speak to Lady Sierra or..." She tried to remember who else Sierra had said it was okay to speak to, but couldn't remember any name other than the 'child'. "Natalie."

"Sierra is away from the guild right now, but I'll page Natalie for you. Also, if you'll be staying a while, your room is still as you left it, Mrs. Decker."

The persocom typed in a pager number, along with a location number and not even 5 minutes later, Natalie, the little blond haired, blue-eyed bundle of energy, bounded into the Dormitories, flying-huggle-glomping Fae.

"Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaae-saaaaamma!"

She beamed up at her bright eyed.

"You came back!"

Rave enjoyed the eye candy of a man in front of her while she could, gods knew he was dressed better than most of the men in her life of late...then again most of them had a habit of rolling around in the dirt or getting cut or or shot every few hours xp

"Well, that is a what not a where... but I suppose it is nicer than where we were a moment ago." Hono stretched out one hand, towards Durrian and Silver, her ruby and onix striped nails gleaming softly as she hovered her hand over Silver's face double checking to make certain that she hadn't hurt him too badly and that Sun's spell was still in place. She had a bad feeling that the boy was going to cause serious trouble when he managed to get over his forced rest.

"You know my name, but I was a little short with you before. Introductions are very important at times... I am Hono'o Raven, and he is Silver Alexander, and I have no idea why you were looking for me!" sweatdrop Hell it was actually a surprise that even an oracle could find her, she hadn't known that she was going to end up babysitting the kid until Sun asked for her help.

Durrian smiled warmly at her and bowed, hinging gracefully from the waist, his back straight, his arm sweeping across his chest as his eyes never left hers.

"Durrian Goldwynd, pleasure to meet you... Again."

He winked flirtatiously as he had also already given her his name. But he enjoyed formalities, this gave him a small bit of pleasure.

Durrian wasn't an Oracle rank, but he would introduce Hono to one who was very shortly.

Rising to his feet he walks over to Silver and hefts him back into his arms. First thing first, Deposit the brat somewhere safe. He talked as he walked,

"I was given orders to find you. There are a few individuals we've been watching closely, but none so close as those involved with Babel. You my lady, were present at Babel yes?"

He of course, knew she was... so once she confirmed, he would continue.

"Which means you know about Victor... and a bit about Ra'kar?"
