Satori more or less was a deep sleeper. She cajoled to herself that much of her prank ingenuity stemmed from her myriad dreams of wonder and excitement, though one may find that insinuation considerably subjective. Regardless, in her dreams, she typically took command of her dreams. Yes, at her tender age, she had the ability to lucid dream.
In this dream, Satori found herself in the world of Alice of Wonderland. That’s right, she had reread the story lately, so the descent was not abnormal. She cruised down until she landed softly on the soft ground.
After she got her bearings together, she noticed a nearby shrub rustle. It was accompanied by a muffled and frustrated figure complaining about being tardy yet again, that the efficacious girl is an utter menace, that her pranks were seriously a nuisance. If Satori could read minds or paid the complaints some attention, she’d immediately retort, “You’re supposed to enjoy it!” to that series of comments.
“Ah! It’s the White Rabbit! There’s no way you’ll outwit me this time!” Satori cried to no one in particular.
Ah, yes. In this tale, she’s no mere Alice. Rather, she is the one responsible who made the white rabbit tardy!
She raced after the white rabbit, who had apparently eluded her by taking a most lengthy way around all in order to avoid her pranks or annoying traps, as the White Rabbit sees it. Wait, was this dream-like world a continuation? Who knows, but it seems that deep down, Satori’s subconscious has made a great effort to present her a dream series that came with continuity. That’s convenient! Or was it inconvenient..?
Regardless, the further Satori chased after the white rabbit, the further away he got.
“Oh, what rotten luck,” Satori breathed. “I better figure out where the white rabbit’s going, and then test out new pranks with him.”
