Hey i got a question about evolving. A while ago i evolved my Cubdrop into an UrsaDew. How do i keep evolving from there ? I thought you could only evolve a kin at LVL 15 ?

Does anyone know if the Jack's grab bags are still dropped in the most recent Halloween zone?
