Matty looked around, spying his eldest having the same troubles as he was, and laughed as they both ended up on the ground. He reached toward a slime in a half-assed way, but of course it didn't do anything for the guy in helping him catch one.

Popple's eyes were narrowed as the glared at the slime that was teasing her. She growled at it, flailing her little hands toward it and succeeding only in making it wriggle further away!

Mai Tai smiled and butt-scooted as she followed the slime. Eventually she caught up with it, and it seemed as intrigued by her as she was of it. It even bounced closer to her, booping her outstretched hand with its would be nose.

Popple tried to grab for the taunting and wriggling slime, but she just couldn't get it! She stood up, stomping her little feet in a mini-tantrum. She was getting really upset right now over not catching the silly little thing!

Brilla dragged her name twin outside to help with trying to round up the little slimy invaders! She laughed and grinned as she let go of her bestie's hand, taking a chance to grab at one of the slimes. She missed, but went right back at it!

Tuila stumbled out as her bestie dragged her out. She was not a fan of the chaos or the idea of having something else of Brilla's to clean up after. All the same, she did take a chance to try and grab a slime as well...

Brilla was having quite the time trying to fly and work to get herself a slime! She began to think that maybe she should look into the flying class because she was far from graceful at this flying thing for sure! The little fallen took another try at flying towards a slime, wobbling through the air and crashing into the ground. She ended up in a mud puddle and pretty unhappy about it. "Ewww... So gross!" she said as she stood up, trying to brush off the muck from her sweater, legs, and wings. There was even some that ended up in her hair. Sigh.

Poor Mitra probably had no idea what was going on at the Academy. Ollie had to find her and check on her and make sure she was okay.

The halls were completely filled with slimes and students trying to catch them. Mitra could have been anywhere. In the cafeteria. In the gym. Maybe even in a classroom or the library. There were so many places his Naga companion could be, but Ollie had no idea where to look.

In truth, the bakeneko didn't know the naga exceptionally well. He was her translator -- someone who could sign so that the naga wouldn't be as overwhelmed if she couldn't communicate, especially with the cultural barrier. Ollie had been assigned to her when she was a bit younger. Ollie had always been a couple years older than her, but not too much older. Their parents wanted Ollie to be a friend if they could make it happen. While he had worked with her for some time now, there was still so much to learn.

Which was why ... Ollie had no idea where to look. If he was lucky, maybe Mitra was heading back to their dorm room so he could spare himself the rescue mission.

Florian continued to lurk up and down the hallways, seeking a slime to catch. Maybe he’d get a slime one of these days.

”If I said please, would you listen?” she asked the slime. It seemed hesitant. Maybe she was wearing it down. At least she hoped so.. Her patience was wearing thin, and she didn’t know how much longer she could do this before she’d snap!

Estys took the slime from Lumi to get a closer look at it. It certainly felt…slimy. She was having a hard time holding on to it! “A-ahh, what the…” she said quietly, desperately trying not to drop it accidentally. How did her children hold them so easily?

Florian rounded the corner, a big smile on his face to see…..nothing! He huffed, feeling disappointed. He was losing hope now. Maybe he should just try again a little later.

Phaedra kept digging in her backpack, trying to find a treat. She grinned triumphantly when she felt her hand touch one and enclosing her hand around it, she greedily tore it out her bag and ran back to the slime – where did the slime go?! It disappeared while she was getting him a treat! Oh no!

Estys continued to garden, not having a care in the world, when something caught her eye. What was that...?

Raa carried his little pink slime in his arms. He would have to come up with a name for it. Maybe if he was able to track down his siblings he could ask them for suggestions. It made him wonder if they too had managed to catch one of their own.

As the hybrid wandered down the hall, a particularity androgynous baphomet caught his attention. The boy's wings twitched slightly. They looked a little sour and out of place among the other scrambling freshlings in the corridor. They stood out so much that Raa couldn't stop his feet from taking steps towards them.

"What do you think of the slimes?" Raa caught himself asking, not realizing he had opened his mouth to speak. His own slime was bouncing a little in his arms, looking a bit dopey and sleepy with its eyes sealed shut.

What interesting creatures! What an interesting time! Falaya just HAD to be part of all the fun! They skittered around the room, grasping at the goopy globs, but to no avail, no one wanted to play with them and kept bouncing out of reach.
