ALAS!!!

I spend three days at AX and get bearly any pictures. This is the curse I get for not bringing a camera and thinking my friends would. And yes, they are ALL MALE. Why the fleebity ferk they decided to go dressed like that is beyond me. Anyway, I don't have any pictures of me dressed as Ryugi at the moment, but when I get some, I'll put them up for your viewing, or mocking, pleasure. (Bless Rika for her bringing hers.)

Ok, here we go. I've got two pics of me to show and a little story behind each one.


Alright, this pic was fun to take. I just wish Rika would have tried to get a better pic though. We took two, and this one made the cut. For anyone who cares, I was trying to copy the pose Eva Unit-00 took when Rei was trying to throw the Lance at an Angel. You can't see him in the picture, but there was a guy dressed as Shinji in his school outfit who was carying the lance. We had a pic of him, but Rika deleted it for something else. I have to admit, I was really enjoying playing with the Lance, maybe a little too much. I'm almost considering, if I come up with nothing else, of going dressed with my NERV shirt and a nice Lance next year, that is, if I can't come up with a cool FMA costume or something else equally cool.


It almost made me cry to leave these girls. Well, the Rei anyway, though the Asuka had a walking Pen Pen she was walking with! It was awesome! Rika, her cousin, and I were all standing near this one booth where they were doing an open mic thing. Now, not many people know this, but I can sing Sonic's Theme from Sonic Adventure 2 pretty damn well, and I was tempted to give it a shot and maybe stardom would follow, or at least some clapping. I didn't end up doing it, but I DID catch a glimpse of these girls. I mean, how couldn't I? They're from my favorite anime. So, I go up to them and ask for a picture, and I get a yes. I thought about the pose for a moment and chose one. They seemed to like it, but Rika gave me a dirty look, and as you can see, named the pic "pimp". (I didn't bother changing the names.)

So thats my AX in a nutshell. I have a bunch more stories, but you guys can ask me about those in another thread. Read, respond, whatever.

EDIT: Its a damn shame I didn't get any pics with Enki. Though you guys aren't missing much. He was just dressed in his furry outfit most of the time I saw him. And we've seen it before. If you're reading this Enki, it was cool meeting you man, and you'll have to call me sometime when the cell minutes are free because I'm a cheapass who doesn't want to pay for over the minute limit charges. xd Which is why if you had Verizon I'd dance around happily.
