Aryn had been down to this particular area, but he was curious. He had heard a lot of commotion from outside and he wanted to check it out. However, what he found and what he expected were two entirely different things.
In the middle of the pizza parlour was a dragon. No seriously. A big freaking dragon standing over some fallen pizza that looked like it had been crushed deliberately under foot and everyone looked pissed. Not that he could blame them, that pizza smelled good. However, now that he was here, he couldn't just leave again, not without helping. So the first chance he got, he fired the dual handguns, hitting the beast square in the chest.
Though just as the two bullets struck home, something replayed before him.
The commander had just given them the order to gather and offer themselves as tribute. To serve and aid him in this dire time when the white kingdom was at risk. None dared to ignore those orders, nor would they like to. They were all at risk here and they were all loyal. One by one they stepped forward, offering them self to their leader and he had been no exception
The memory faded but the his appearance hadn't. Once again he was dressed in the attire of the white kingdom. Like nothing had ever changed. Only now he was standing before an unfamiliar foe.

She walked in and remembered. Perhaps not the correct thing, but it was something.
Stormy didn't know what it was that had gotten her to possess these odd little weapons, but it didn't seem like there would be space to summon Thane comfortably. Plus they seemed to oddly fit into her hands.
"Your Majesty," she said in passing to the emperor, quickly bowing first (as was respectful) before moving to attack the creature.

Only then she kind of got swept back by a large tail.
Man, she didn't like being small. This was unbecoming of a peasant-turned-noble!

When they weren't at one another's throats for the sake of their kingdoms, Xiu quite liked chatting with (or perhaps provoking...) the other kings. However, she was--for obvious reasons--careful not to be too friendly with them.
She smiled wryly, glancing over towards the creature with a shake of her head. "Not to mention the fact that he expected all of us to kneel to him." As if he'd manage to get all seven kings to willingly to so without first trying to tear him apart.
As for the Black and White kings... "Shun--one of my knights, I'm not sure if you've had the...pleasure of meeting him--managed to retrieve the Black King's heart. The White King is just in the process of returning it to--...! Well, hello there, it's good to see that you're well."
The Green King's arrival was met with a smile, and she couldn't suppress the small laugh that escaped her lips. Sir Grumpflump la Dump. Gods, that was...
She gave Mengyao a look as if she were really considering it.

It was very difficult to not notice the cramped building that seemed to be having an extenstial crisis that came in form of a 50 foot dragon. It, also, didn't help that her head started pointing dully, flashes of memory starting to nag and invade her, making her remember a life that she had been part of. Like a sigh of relief, her questions were answered, and she felt like she knew who she was.
Finale was now, for this time, Lifen.
Seeing the little one, the noble from Gold get swep aside by the large dragon, she turned to quickly aid the girl, swiping the tail with her blade to deflect it from attacking her again.

"I kneel to nobody," said Mengyao irritably, casting a glance towards the imposter. "Least of all a coward who claims a throne he is not entitled to. And I doubt the other Kings would object to agreeing with me, at least on that account."
He did not really mind the other kings - at least, not when they were not in the throes of a heated battle - but he was most definitely wary of them, and Mengyao kept them all at a certain distance, as they did for him.
A nod was given to one of his subjects, the briefest look of curiosity passing across Mengyao's face before it disappeared entirely in favor of another emotion - exasperation mixed with annoyance.
"You," he said, as the Green King came waltzing into view. "Still throwing about ridiculous monikers, are you?"
He eyed the Black and White Kings again.
"How...generous of him." The word was laced with sarcasm.

Mort was, as per usual, quite unflappable--the Gold King's scowls seemed to fuel him on if anything. "Ridiculous? Oh, I missed your witty retorts, Sparkle~ Now, why wouldn't I be well?" he asked with an owlish tilt of his head, his hands still quite firmly on their shoulders because totally comrades, right? "All's well that ends well, yes? I only just logged on, after all, though it looks like the PVP started without me."
Sigh.
"Oh look: Revenge got cast down first. Again." The King of Creativity had a good laugh at that, finally releases the others' shoulders to push up his glasses. "It's so picture perfect; and White always did have a bleeding heart." So did Red, frankly, if their last little battle in the Tower meant anything, but one target at a time~
"So, Redrum, Sir Glumpfrump, do we have a strategy? Or are we simply ridiculing the boss with Power Word spells until it cries and gives up~? I am happy to do either, of course, though we need a good boss battle song in the background, I think, to really get somewhere . . ."

Vassou felt a surge of pain through his mind. The fog that clouded his mind began to fade away. "Sovasu..." He whispered to himself as he rose to his feet after being hunched over. . . . O-Oh gods, was that the queen? She must be dreaming. She had to be. Why would the queen care to remember someone like her?? Sldfkjlkdafja
"Y-Yes, madame miss queen!" Stormy chirped quickly, wincing as she was helped back up. Oh, did her new gold robes get wrinkled? She'd never forgive herself if she had been reckless enough to get it torn, or . . . or worse!
Of course then the tail had to snap back and prove her wrong.

 ((7 kings effect yay!)) ReDawn stepped too close to the battle field when he felt something different. It was as if he stepped into another world... he could no longer remember Redawn, no everything suddenly had color and in his hand was blue... blue guns? Where had these come from, they were not his brother's knife. But he felt power in them. This battle, it wasn't really, nothing was real. But they were all going to die anyway, it didn't matter. Still the power in his hands felt nice. One of his fellow members, one of the ones he had thrown his lot in with at the last moment was suddenly gone in a flash of light. That was what the voice meant by gift. The blessings where hard, and a bit explosive. He was weak with only a knife and the power bestowed on him from the blue king. They would all die, fall like the silver tower. But he wasn't weak now... but he did know one thing that dragon it was going down. ...Sometimes she really couldn't understand what the Green King was saying. Logged on? PVP? She turned and shot Mengyao a questioning look before shaking her head. Nevermind.
"Yes, well...our dear White King was actually sulking a little at the idea of returning the heart, but I hardly think that we should just let the Black King die here." Especially not to that thing.
...And there Mort went with the strange terms again. Boss battle music? She stared at him blankly for a moment before shaking her head. "I suppose that first, we see what happens to the creature now that we've taken the Black King's heart back. After that..." She shrugged casually.

"Lifen is fine, no need for formalities," She quipped up a little, giving the girl a soft look as the tail came back and lashed at them, letting her blade catch it's scales again in attempts to deter it. Looking to the girl, she kind of jabbed the weapon in it's direction.
"Any idea what started this whole mess?" He had been wandering around from place to place, and found himself ending up in the Ruins. It sounded as though a scuffle was going on, and Breuse headed there, weapons drawn, ready to battle.
But when he stepped in through those doors, he suddenly felt something, memories overtaking him, and he leaned against a wall gasping. Huge dragon be damned, he remembered now, and he saw his King right there.
He made an instant beeline to where his King and Queen were, determined to understand something, anything. She had been minding her own business, ready to head back to the Spire... when she suddenly heard a roar emanating from a certain part of the Ruins. With a sigh, Mnezara headed in that direction, and pushed through the doors impatiently.
And then, she was immediately overtaken by memories. Strange memories of shadows, of a home, of a kingdom and of a King... She raised her eyes to stare at the black dragon. Wha--?

She passed an uncertain glance over at the gold king just in case he was listening. Refer to the queen without a title? R-Really? That didn't seem right at all, though . . . Not for someone of her status. She wasn't exactly "born" into the court (technically all of them had been chosen, but nevertheless Stormy had a sort of inferiority complex here).
"I am not sure," she said with an apologetic look, forcing herself back up to jab the daggers at the dragon's scaly plating. "But it wanted one of the King's hearts and was talking about taking back what was his and also kneeling to the true king . . .?"
