LilChibiusa broken_bleeding_angel Yo! Ladies! We need to get things moving again! D:< I want characters figured out asap, meeting will happen if needs be. I was shopping for an Easter dress tonight. xp I'll be around tomorrow night though. I'll get my tektek ready, and I'll see if I can't make a glass looking one too! The deadlines just creep up on you, don't they! Please and thank you! I need all tekteks done asap.

Sorry I missed this. >.< We need to do a bit of work on our plot for days one and two since the main plot had to be edited and since a new character was added. Day three should still be safe.

Okay, I guess I'll get the ball rolling! Due to the request of the Gaia staff, we had to do a quick fix to our main plot. So, I replaced the Sandman with the glass lady from our plot since she was already an established character, and I had to give something to the staff. While it works well for the main plot, that means that our room plot for days one and two need to be completely redone. The problem, climax, and solution are out the window. Plus, I think it might be good to drag our cannonical plot out until the third day since all of the other rooms are doing that. So, let's come up with some ideas!
Here are a few ideas we discussed before:
- A quest that takes the guests all over the castle, and showcases each of the cast in turn
- A rose bush that produces the sands of dreams, and that somehow being the key to healing the land
- A labyrinth in the hedge maze
- Something to do with old magical tomes
In any case, we'll need a large, over-arching plot to cover all three days. It can be fairly simple, and actually, simple is probably best. Then, we'll need to mix in lots of fun sub-plots between characters. We can flesh some of those sub-plots out when we do our practice roleplay. That's when we'll really get to know our characters.
Does anyone have any suggestions for the over-arching room plot?

Maybe Chibi was suggesting that we have a hedge maze/labyrinth in the garden. When Chibi's guild Vetus Gaianus did a Halloween roleplay last year, we put a hedge maze in the garden of the haunted house where the story took place, so maybe she was thinking of something similar when she suggested the labyrinth for our room here. yum_puddi

I'm glad you can read my mind, Alv. xd But, to be honest, I didn't take very detailed notes in the meeting where it was brought up, so I can't remember how the person who suggested it envisioned it. Maybe it's a moot point now anyway, but we can shape any idea to suit our needs.
What if we had the guests enter the garden/labyrinth as the final phase of whatever they have to do to save our world? We can have riddles in there, mind games, and impish goblins to throw them off course. Or would all of that seem a little too copyrighted?
