M o u r n ii n g W o o d Can I please be in charge of approving or denying Team Celestia profiles? As the boss, there are certain features and other such things that I want to make sure are upheld, as well as a level of literacy. I can't have all of my bosses being nincompoops, now can I? May I ask who you think is a "nincompoop"?

Although, now that you have posted.
Problems with that application:
1. Raikou is a legendary, so you can't have her.
2. You have some magical custom pokeball....
3. Your sample isn't really a sample. Too small. Nothing happened. He crawled and breathed.
4. Numerous grammatical and spelling errors.
But one good thing, is you didn't make the whole thing bold. I ******** hate that. -.-

We all may be working towards the same central goal, but that does not mean how we execute our OWN plans are the same. You say the only person you liked was Taurus. I'm guessing that is because said person put in a goal towards something logical. Others of us have been vague with what we plan. In my case I have my own plans off to the side with Aquarius. For now he is pretty much the hardcore guy to train the grunts, especially if they slack off. He's not about to let them take time off from training. That was why in my sample I had him being hard on the grunts for slacking off. By calling us out and calling some bosses 'noncompoops' isn't the best way to get yourself into a good spot either. It's just flat out insulting to some of us.

Forth, I know now I cant have Raikou and was on my way to change it. And last, I didn't wanna be in a group anyways. But I respect the owner of the guild and join one anyways.

Not really how RP's work. At least not the ones I've been in. I'm just working with what I see. That has nothing to do with it. But either way, it doesn't really matter. The team may be getting some big changes soon anyways.
