It's not additional chakra, the original rank is there to signify it's harder to learn. The guild description states how much chakra you spend to imbue said number of projectiles.
I also don't trust or go by Leaf Ninja at all.
Housenka creates fireballs that you can throw projectiles into, Housenka Tsumabeni lets you breathe fire into projectiles; it's very different.
And, neither one of them really belong in the Sharingan listing; most of the Katon there don't belong to the Uchiha.. Housenka's been performed by people outside of the clan, so it's more than likely people outside of it can perform Tsumabeni as well.
Edit: Mmm... the people outside of the clan apparently stole or imitated the technique.

Housenka Tsumabeni no Jutsu - E Rank Chakra for every 5 shuriken?
Pshhh you don't do anything with Naruto, stay off the wikia son.
But it does belong on the list:
It's NOT written as, "these are bloodline techniques or anything".
HOWEVER no other people have used the jutsu aside from the Uchiha currently~
And Wrong,
For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.

And, again, as I said, it was not I who put the guild description on the technique. I never said I wouldn't change it, I'm just trying to explain what you're looking at.
I also couldn't give less a crap about Naruto's Mary Sue bloodline, so I'll take your word on their need for Katon to be seen as adults. But that doesn't make those techniques any more or any less free for Uchiha children.
You're also not really killing me, we're basically just reiterating the same things to each other using different language. Also, that video didn't show anything important.

Ugh mister, Uchiha's just love fire alright? More or less it's a common chakra nature, not a bloodline agreed. But I don't see why you'd take them out, ALSO won't add in the Mangekyou Sharingan.
I've seen it mentioned before in here, just break each one down, so every Mangekyou Sharingan wont have all the same jutsu. Since apparently they are supposed to be different.
You said so yourself:

So can't you just patch it? IDK seems like you want to strip it down layer by layer.

Ok i have one more question and then a comment regarding a member ( Previous? ) First the question. How many elements do my pets get. I would assume one but hoping for maybe 2? Or is this some sort of joke. After reading up some of the current events, I thought it'd be nice to see these demons but my god......I'm at a lost for words. I'm guessing the demons haven't been updated since.....forever ago?
If you are serious about handing them out, all I asked is that you like.....spit shine these suckers into something attractive. And why does the nibi still fool around with spirits?
