 Seeing the shadows move on their own, something flashed in Rieux's eyes. "Interesting." he murmured for bit. He would have observed the shadows more had it not been for Jace's shiver. " What, are you feeling cold now?" he asked him.

Jace looked at the doctor, "Yea...its weird I was hot a second ago...". He then hugged himself even more for warmth. Jace wanted to use his light manipulation but he was already using his shadows and if he used both he would surely die.

BLEACH_RAWKS Sorry, I normally wait until my character is addressed... Awesome Nerd ...so I can tend to lose track of the rp...
Water Elemental Michael watched the other two quietly while gently biting his lip and picking nervously at his sleeves. He really disliked interfering unnecessarily so he stayed quiet so the doctor could speak with his patient.

" Mmm, it could be another bodily reaction, but I don't think they would change that quickly." Rieux murmured more to himself than to the others. Scratching his chin, he looked over at Michael. " Get another blanket. It should be in the closet, and bring me my stethoscope from my desk." he said before returning his attention to Jace. " Is it just a temperature change or do you feel any pain with it?" he asked.

"Just a temperature change...hopefully" he said as he held himself tighter. Jace closed his eyes and waited for the doctor to do his doctor stuff.Jace's shadows just stood their and kept a eye on the two people that were in the room especially dr. Rieux.

Michael Dark-The Artist
Water Elemental Michael nods with a look of determination before he went to retrieve the items instructed, carefully bringing them back to the doctor with a sigh of relief. He managed to gather the items without hurting himself in the process. With a small blush, Michael handed out the items to the doctor, looking down at the ground nervously as his arms continued to reach the items out. He never did like looking people in the face for too long. "Your items Dr. Rieux."

Dr. Rieux literally snapped his fingers in front of Michael's face a few times. " There's no reason to be nervous, so don't be. Nerves can completely ruin even the simplest medical procedure. You can either get it together, or you can test out a serum I've been making just for this occasion." he offered with an almost evil grin. After taking his items from the boy, he turned back around and set the blanket at Jace's feet. Hooking an arm beneath Jace, Rieux helped him sit up then put his stethoscope on. " Now breathe in and out deeply. I trust that won't be too difficult for you." he murmured while setting the flat end against his bare back, listening intently to his heartbeat and breathing.

Jace looked at the doctor and started to breathe in and out, he was wheezing a bit as he took each breath. Jace then looked at blonde guy, "Why are you nervous?" he asked, Jace found it weird that he was blushing, its not like he was doing anything big.

Water Elemental Michael jumped when the man snapped his fingers in front of his face, his cheeks flushing slightly before he gave him a quick nod. At the mention of is red cheeks from the other, he turned to him and blushed a little more.. "O-Oh, I am just not very good at s-speaking to others....I-I can be very shy t-that's all."

" It could be that he has a good deal of amygdalas in his brain." Rieux pondered aloud. " They're the reason for many emotions in the brain, and with a lot of them the brain becomes very sensitive, and ultimately shy. Fascinating, really. I would absolutely love to study it further someday." Suddenly, the doctor put another hand on top of Jace's hand and forced him to look forward, his own face stoic the entire time. " Cough." he ordered.

Jace looked at the blonde guy then at the doctor then back to he blonde, "You should watch out, he might just break your skull open and look in your brain" he teased. He then looked at the doctor and started to cough, when Jace coughed it hurt his chest a little. His eyes then started to turn a little green, it always did that when he was feeling ill, it connected with his his heart problems.

M I C H A E L+ + +D A R K aspiring artist  Michael was unsure of whether the other was joking or if he found the truth of his statement to be humorous...either way, he grew steadily nervous by the minute, his hand unconsciously resting on the top of his head as he looked at the doctor suspiciously. Was he really allowed to do that to a student? Dropping his hand, he watched the other two as the doctor did his necessary "tests" on the boy to see how he was doing, the blue-eyed elemental wondering what use he may have for the doctor other than trying out his experiments to see if they were successful.

" Believe what you want." was all Rieux murmured as he listened intently to Jace's breathing. So far it sounded nothing more like that of a flu, but he had heard enough of these irregular heartbeats and clogged airways to know what was really happening, or at least that something much more serious was happening. " Your nasal passages are swollen. I'm guessing that this cold you've caught is the reason for your ailment worsening. Then again, that's just a guess. Now if you really want results..." The doctor strode over to his desk and pulled out a larger-than-life scalpel, the blade thick and shiny. Rieux examined it for a moment before looking back at Jace, a grin barely visible. " I could run a few tests. Make sure everything's working inside you just right. I could even give you an entirely new set of organs, if you'd like." he chuckled. He glanced at Michael and straightened his posture. " Well? What do you think? It's a good idea, right?"

Awesome Nerd Hmm...I would like to but it may be difficult without her character being active but if you want to, we can try it. M I C H A E L+ + +D A R K aspiring artist Michael quietly watched Rieux as he spoke, jumping slightly when the man's attention turned to him and seemed to have straightened. The look the man gave was unsettling but Michael reminded himself that the doctor was a professional. Giving the doctor a small smile, Mochael nods.
"If would help then it certainly is Dr. Rieux.."

“Singing songs of sleep, the wind blows you far away...” Coming to a halt at the nurse's office, Jacoby peeked inside the room only to knock on the door with one hand before tucking it back under Ezra's leg. "Excuse me. I'm looking for the school doctor with a request. I won't be surprised if you turn it down though just 'cause he's a seven-tailed spirit wolf," he called a little less nervously than when he'd approached that Markus Wilhelm guy. Spirits really couldn't shut up, speaking of names and things they needed to be done since they were deceased.
