Elena put up a gloved hand as she approached him, as to show she ment no harm. Like she would even be able to harm him, Cloud Strife! It wasn't possible.

" Whoa! Cloud..I'm not here to fight you.. Calm down.." Stopping a few feet in front of the taller man, she couldn't help but take a good look at him. He seemed, weak and injured. Did the spikes go through his head or did he not carry a healing materia with him!

"We'll get to that later.. What happened to you? " Sighing heavily, she reached into her pocket. A small jar of multi-colored liquid inside. "Here..Elixir, might help some. No, it's not poison!"

"Okay, first of all... You're friends are in Wutai. You should come along, get some rest, and catch up with them.." She noted the two small lion-like cubs now standing at attention and listening to the two.

"Hey! Where did they come from?"

Then she heard a rather strange accent from behind, the women turning to look into Irvine direction. Who was this, strange looking man? "Who are you? "

Kaia sat up at the sound of helicopter blades beating the air, and looked at Lucrecia for only a moment before rushing toward the beach. If Elena was back, then maybe everyone else was too! She tried and failed to keep her hopes from being too high, as she slid down the hill onto the sands below. She didn't see her father, or anyone else for that matter, but Elena was there. She had no idea who the guy with the spiky blond hair or the guy with cowboy hat were, but she didn't care for the moment.

"Elena! Elena! Where's Mom and Dad? Are they on their way back home with Aerith and Sephirea?" Her bright expression made her look a little too much like a certain ninja, though her stance was still her father's, even in her flip-flops.

Cloud visibly relaxed. He was much too exhausted for this. What he needed was a little sleep. Cloud waved away the potion and shook his head.

"Nothing.. and no thanks. They don't help."

He stared hard at Elena, almost seeming to look through her. He seemed lost, not aware of what was going on.

" It would be nice to see everyone.. "

Cloud stifled a yawn. An almost half smile crossing his lips.

"It would be even nicer to find a bed.."

He glanced at the little girl and his eyes flew open.

"Aerith!?" He knelt quickly in front of the little girl, holding himself back from grabbing her shoulders. His blue eyes blazed.

"Did you just say Aerith?"

"Alright then.." She shrugged, if he didn't want the potion, then she wasn't going to force it on him.Instead, she slipped it back into her pocket.

Elena's deep brown eyes came to rest on his own mako infused ones. The way he was looking at her made her suddenly nervous, though she didn't quite know why. She wanted to turn away, but it was then that she saw his own troubles.

"Yeah..I don't think you'll have a hard time finding a bed. I'll give up my spot in Yuffie's home. " She really didn't mind the idea of sleeping in her helicopter.

Then she Kaia, and the questions that flew out into the open. Maybe she should have mentioned that first to Cloud..

"Um...No, I thought they were here with you? "

Elena looked at the cowboy, blinking at his comment. "Hey now..The names Elena. "

She sighed heavily, Aerith and Yuffie were gone now too? That was just wonderful.. "This is turning into a real mess..Why would they go there?!"

Kaia shouted in surprise when Cloud hit the sand, and her disappointment was drowned by the worry for the stranger. She looked up at Elena and Irvine with a frown,"I need help moving him to my house," she pointed toward home. Hopefully the strange cowboy guy would help...he looked strong enough to... "Then Lucrecia could help him out too...You can come too, Mr. Cowboy."

Elena reached out to catch him, she just managed to catch him so his face wouldn't hit the sand, but she would definitely need help carrying him to Yuffie's house.

"Yeah, he definitely needs to rest. Poor guy.." She almost couldn't believe her own words. Who knows what the poor guy was going through, it didn't seem pleasant.

Then a thought crossed her mind. Aerith and Zack. How was he going to deal with -that- ?

Pushing her thoughts aside, she lifted Cloud up as much as she could, waiting for the Cowboy near them to give her a hand. Elena was strong, but not -that- strong! "A little help, please?"

Irvine walked over and helped carry Cloud to the helicopter.
