((Yeah. I brought two bottles this time but I know it's bad to chug while you're still exercising in the heat, so I had to take sips. I'm working on cutting down my rests, so I worked on sipping while still biking. I took a good long break at the turning point and finished half a bottle, then drank two bottles when I got home, but I guess I sweated more than I thought.))

((I'm also working on riding with no hands. It's hard on hills, but on flat areas I can do it and that's when I sip on the bike. I want to bike more, cause I'm trying to lose weight, but I have to use my bro's bike, and he uses it to get to work))

((If I don't, my hands and arms hurt. It's the type where you lean forward on the bike, and I tend to put too much weight on my hands. I have to go for a little with no hands. I don't do it when tehre's other people around me, since I tend to weave when I don't have my hands.))

((I had high arches at the beginning, but because of ballet I've worked on them. My toes go past my heel. XD Like, an n with a longer side. like...a p. XD))
