Zero reappeared inside the upper ring. He was floating in a large lake. It was quite a nice place, but in Zero's opinion its beauty was nothing compared to the middle ring. The green coloring of the roofs and smaller area they took up, gave it a great look. This place however was full of taller buildings and brownish-orange tiled roofs. Just a waste of space for the small rich families to enjoy themselves with their eerie snobbishness. "I like the middle ring better, but this will have to do." Zero sneaked around the building, making sure to avoid anyone from seeing him. His clothing was torn as revealed the large Fire Nation emblem burned into his chest.
