Harky: Final Verdict: Denied. I'm sorry. I really like the concept and the techniques for the style itself. It just needs to be toned down a little.
First issue, your stages aren't divided by rank, and they need to be in order to limit just how much of the style a shinobi can learn at one time. [Basically: Stage 1 => Genin, Stage 2 => Chuunin, etc.]
Mind Block: Now, I really don't like the fact that it basically makes you undetectable, but that's a personal quirk. You sacrifice a lot by using this technique, but at the same time, the chakra cost is way too low for a technique that grants you THAT much. On top of that, I'll need a duration and a cool-down period before I look at it again.
Amplify Vision: I can allow the aura reading part, but I can't let you have an ability that's shared with a bloodline like that, especially one like the Sharingan. That part needs to be taken out.
Amplify Speed: What is the point of speed augmentation if it doesn't increase by a whole rank?
Amplify Strength: See above.
Enhancement:. I can't allow a passive technique that increases a character's strength, speed, and endurance by one rank.
Manipulation: What is the point of this one? It seems to do the same thing as Conjuration. It creates objects from aura that can be used in combat.
Transmutation: What is the point of this technique? What does it do combat-wise?
Specialization: Firstly, I can't allow someone who isn't crew to be approving custom abilities, even if it IS your personal style. I also can't allow it to be passive. Nor can it be used to create combination techniques. That's what the Combo User shinobi type is for. NOR do I have any jurisdiction over custom talents. [Edit by Tosatsu: Nobody is getting multiple talents.]
In: A stronger form of a weak technique that negates the vulnerability of the weaker technique while completely hiding the user from sensory abilities? I'm sorry, but no. Unless you can compromise between the two, just take it off completely.
En: Way too much range. Lower it.
Ryu: I'm not accepting any techniques that augment and are passive. There needs to be a duration and a cool-down period before I look at it again.
Ken: See above.
Ko: "Equal to an S+ rank jutsu"? Bring the power level down to S-rank.

iShay-chan Harky: Final Verdict: Denied. I'm sorry. I really like the concept and the techniques for the style itself. It just needs to be toned down a little. First issue, your stages aren't divided by rank, and they need to be in order to limit just how much of the style a shinobi can learn at one time. [Basically: Stage 1 => Genin, Stage 2 => Chuunin, etc.] Well I thought that there might have been a ranking system used as a general system already. I'll throw one in there.Mind Block: Now, I really don't like the fact that it basically makes you undetectable, but that's a personal quirk. You sacrifice a lot by using this technique, but at the same time, the chakra cost is way too low for a technique that grants you THAT much. On top of that, I'll need a duration and a cool-down period before I look at it again. Well this completely shuts down the ability to do anything when using the technique. I'll edit it to last for a minimum of three posts or so and it can't be turned off once activated. After it ends, how about a five post cool down?Amplify Vision: I can allow the aura reading part, but I can't let you have an ability that's shared with a bloodline like that, especially one like the Sharingan. That part needs to be taken out. Well I can take out the part about Sharingan, but I must ask about keeping the movement tracking and such. It's just a way to track and keep tabs on the opponent, mostly.Amplify Speed: What is the point of speed augmentation if it doesn't increase by a whole rank? Well I made this for my own guild, where I don't allow simple techniques an increase by a whole rank. If you'll allow me a whole rank, may I add that?Amplify Strength: See above. SameEnhancement:. I can't allow a passive technique that increases a character's strength, speed, and endurance by one rank. Is half of a rank okay?Manipulation: What is the point of this one? It seems to do the same thing as Conjuration. It creates objects from aura that can be used in combat. Conjuration make a weapon or something that you can hold. Manipulation is basically a range form of it where you can control items constantly from a distance. Like I could make tops or something on the ground and then hit the opponent with them from all around as long as I maintain the jutsu.Transmutation: What is the point of this technique? What does it do combat-wise? You know how a samurai or whatever can run chakra through their blade? You can run elements through hand or even arc the element between your limbs. Imagine just being able to conjure lightning between your hands and randomly set fire to your body and go human torch on someone.Specialization: Firstly, I can't allow someone who isn't crew to be approving custom abilities, even if it IS your personal style. [Edit by Tosatsu: Nobody is getting multiple talents.] Meant to take out the part where I approve them. This was made in my own guild, where I am the captain. I'll edit it that they have to go through customs. Also, I'll just make it so they cannot gain this unless they have not used their talent yet, if that's okay. In: A stronger form of a weak technique that negates the vulnerability of the weaker technique while completely hiding the user from sensory abilities? iHarkyInferni-kun Mind Block: Well this completely shuts down the ability to do anything when using the technique. I'll edit it to last for a minimum of three posts or so and it can't be turned off once activated. After it ends, how about a five post cool down?Duration of no more than four posts. Aside from that, everything you mentioned above is fine. Amplify Vision: Well I can take out the part about Sharingan, but I must ask about keeping the movement tracking and such. It's just a way to track and keep tabs on the opponent, mostly.I guess that's fine. Amplify Speed: Well I made this for my own guild, where I don't allow simple techniques an increase by a whole rank. If you'll allow me a whole rank, may I add that?Amplify Strength: SameA whole rank is fine. Enhancement: Is half of a rank okay?A whole rank is fine, but the user will have to choose between one of the three, and only one may be augmented at one time. Manipulation: Conjuration make a weapon or something that you can hold. Manipulation is basically a range form of it where you can control items constantly from a distance. Like I could make tops or something on the ground and then hit the opponent with them from all around as long as I maintain the jutsu.Put a range on it and it's fine. No more than 30 yards. Transmutation: You know how a samurai or whatever can run chakra through their blade? You can run elements through hand or even arc the element between your limbs. Imagine just being able to conjure lightning between your hands and randomly set fire to your body and go human torch on someone.Needs a duration and a chakra cost for each post it's maintained. Range is melee touch. Specialization: I also can't allow it to be passive. Nor can it be used to create combination techniques. That's what the Combo User shinobi type is for. NOR do I have any jurisdiction over custom talents. [Edit by Tosatsu: Nobody is getting multiple talents.] Meant to take out the part where I approve them. This was made in my own guild, where I am the captain. I'll edit it that they have to go through customs. Also, I'll just make it so they cannot gain this unless they have not used their talent yet, if that's okay.It still can't be a passive ability. This technique is something that would need to have a limited number of uses per battle, and I mean limited to like 2. Aside from that, I guess as long as they haven't created their talent yet, it's fine. In: I can make them vulnerable to attacks and such, but I would like it to have no cooldown period like the other form does since this costs so much more chakra.Cooldown of one post and vulnerabulity to physical damage, and it's fine. En: For an S-Rank technique? Mother fu- .... Okay. How about 25?That's fine. Ryu: Can I give it an activation and sustain cost? That's what the duration is. It still needs a cooldown, but I'll let you slide with a cooldown of 3 posts. Ken: See above. Ko: "Equal to an S+ rank jutsu"? Bring the power level down to S-rank. DoneRe-evaluated. Mind Block: I want it to be only three posts. That way, you're not so vulnerable as long.
Amplify Speed: Deal
Amplify Strength: Deal
Enhancement: Deal, but half a rank on sight, speed, and strength would be preferable to me if that's possible.
Manipulation: Deal
Transmutation: Deal
Specialization: Well the ability is listed as [Possibly Passive] because it was allowed to be used to mix two of the six types of Hatsu together if you wanted to. So if you chose Enhancer, then you would get a passive ability through using Enhancer at a lower strength mixed with a non-passive ability. It all has to be made custom, though.
In: Deal
Ryu: I can do that, but I just meant pay every post to maintain it for as long as you want. I can add a cooldown, too, though.

Jūken (Gentle Fist) Precise, Quick, Fluid

The Gentle Fist (柔拳, Jūken) or Gentle Fist Art (柔拳法, Jūkenpō) is a form of hand-to-hand combat used by members of the Hyūga clan. It inflicts internal damage through attacking the body's Chakra Pathway System, subsequently injuring organs which are closely intertwined with the area of the network which has been struck. To do this, the user surgically injects a certain amount of their own chakra into the opponent's chakra pathway system, causing damage to surrounding organs due to their proximity to the chakra circulatory system. Even the slightest tap can cause severe internal damage, hence the name "gentle" fist.
Targeting the tenketsu can enhance the havoc and control a Gentle Fist practitioner can impose upon an opponent's chakra network. These special nodes, 361 in total, are key gatekeeping interceptions in the chakra circulatory network, thus forcibly opening or sealing them in whatever manner the Gentle Fist user sees fit is a powerful tactical option to have. The user's chakra can either increase chakra flow in the opponent's body, or disrupt it completely, preventing them from using techniques as seen in Neji's fight with Hinata during the Chūnin Exams.
Neji Hyūga remarked that any chakra-based substance can be destroyed by this technique. As seen in his fight with Kidōmaru, it is done by leaking chakra from the chakra openings in one's hands and moulding it into a needle-like shape to slice through the chakra. However it is unknown if this technique can be done by any Gentle Fist user or just those who can see the tenketsu.
Because the chakra pathway system is invisible to the naked eye, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat.
The ability to inflict severe internal trauma with minimal external force, combined with chakra network manipulation, makes the Gentle Fist the most reputable and fearsome taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure.
Rules - Must be a Hyuuga clan member with the Byakugan - The Tenketsu cannot be struck without the Byakugan being activated - Branch family members are not actually allowed to learn the higher forms of Jūken, they can only be taught up to stage four of the style before they must either "try and develop their own style" (like what Neji did), or they could try and steal the scrolls necessary to learn the higher stages. - To proceed to the next stage, any abilities from the current stage the practitioner is on must be learned. - Unless otherwise stated, the techniques cost the same amount of chakra as a technique of that rank - One can only switch forms once per post, meaning that one could not switch to the 5th trigram in one post in order to attack two opponents with the eight trigrams sixty four palms, then switch to the sixth trigram to receive it's defensive bonus
General Fighting Style
Jūken utilizes open palm thrusts and precise strike with the middle and forefinger. The basic stance of the style is primary(the side you write with) arm outstretched, with the palm facing the opponent, while the secondary arm is cocked to the side with the palm facing towards the sky; the primary leg is positioned to the front with the foot cocked slightly to the side while the secondary foot is held back with the foot placed perpendicular to the direction you’re facing. Blocks and parries involve sweeping motions with the arms that aim to push the opponents strikes away from the body while opening them up for attack.
Training Methods
To proceed to the next stage in the style, one must learn all Maneuvers and Techniques listed in their current stage. (Certain techniques require that the user be of the Taijutsu class, these techniques do not need to be learned to proceed to the next stage of the style. Maneuvers require you train for the number of posts associated with that stages rank)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Genin | Stage One
The user is instructed in the basic forms of the style, from the basic stance, to the correct way to position ones fingers or palms for precise strikes. The user is drilled constantly in the forms, simply practicing moving from one form to the other in a very stylized and structured manner. At this stage the user is only slightly more capable than the average genin, not able to deliver strikes with the precision of those that have learned the higher stages of the style.
-Training consists of learning how to properly strike without breaking the fingers, and how to properly thrust to gain the maximum amount of force behind the attack.
Maneuvers Learned:
The First Trigram: The most basic form of Jūken, this form allows for the easiest transition into the others. The practitioner positions their primary arm forward, with the palm facing the opponent, while the secondary arm is cocked to the side with the palm facing towards the sky; the primary leg is positioned to the front with the foot cocked slightly to the side while the secondary foot is held back with the foot placed perpendicular to the direction you’re facing. As the most balanced of all the forms, the First Trigram provides no combat benefits, but almost all Jūken techniques can be performed from this stance.
Techniques:
Palm Thrust Rank: E Type: Taijutsu - Offensive Description: By thrusting with the palm while taking a step forward, the user is able to put almost all of their strength to use, allowing them to push their opponent back several paces, and easily leave a bruise.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Genin | Stage Two
Once the basic forms of the style have been drilled into the student sufficiently the next level of training can begin, fluidity of motion. At this point the student is learning Jūken in much the same way the practitioner of Tai Chi would learn their style, utilizing slow and precise movements in order for their muscles to learn how to move instinctively in combat. In combat the practitioner uses these skills quickly, relying on muscles memory to react to attacks rather than having to think about the action. The user is much more capable by the end of this stage, though they would still have trouble against higher ranking shinobis.
-Training consists of transitioning from First Trigram to Second, and back again, as the practitioner improves, their instructor will throw attacks at them in order to learn how to learn how to transition smoothly from offense to defense and back again.
Maneuvers Learned:
The Second Trigram: The primary defensive form of Jūken, the user places their primary arm behind their back, while not actually touching their back, and places their other arm in front of their body, palm held parallel to the ground. The primary leg is positioned to the back, foot cocked slightly away from your self, carrying your weight on this foot, while the secondary leg is placed forward, foot facing the opponent. Though this form is next to useless if trying to act offensively, it makes deflecting attacks and then quickly counter-attacking significantly easier.
Techniques:
Sweeping Block Rank: D+ Type: Taijutsu - Defensive Required Form(s): Second Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Sixth Trigram Description: By giving up an attack action in the previous post, the Hyuuga can deflect any taijutsu/kenjutsu techniques below their rank. In addition Taijutsu class Hyuuga will receive a +1 temporary speed increase to deflect taijutsu/kenjutsu attacks of up to one rank above their own. (The stamina cost of the technique is equal to 1 rank below the cost of the technique blocked, to a minimum of D)
Chakra Needle Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu | Offensive Range: 50 ft / 15 m Description: After focusing chakra outside the body, it is then formed into needles and propelled at the target. By using Byakugan, this technique can be used to hit very small targets, such as bees. (up to two needles per rank of the user can be created)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Genin | Stage Three
At this stage the user builds upon their previous lessons by moving in the same fluid motions but at a much quicker pace. They generally train against dummies that are marked with small marks that pinpoint the pressure points of the body in order to teach the student the precision necessary to utilize the higher stages of this style. Most teachers will teach their students the hand-seals necessary to activate their byakugan at this stage, though some still follow the tradition of forcing the student to activate it out of desperation. By the end of this stage the user is truly formidable in comparison to others of his rank.
-Training consists of striking at dummies marked with small red dots to represent different pressure points. These dots are in fact much smaller than an actual pressure point and are designed this way so that when the student must actually use the techniques their strikes will be that much more precise.
Maneuvers learned:
Third Trigram: A primarily offensive form, the Third Trigram focuses on rapid and precise strikes using the middle and index finger. The student keeps both arms in front of themselves, with their arms positioned in a manner similar to a praying mantis, elbows cocked with hands curled at the wrists, middle and index finger extended downwards. (The Third Trigram imposes a -1 rank strength penalty when used. When a Taijutsu class shinobi utilizes the Third Trigram, the opponent receives an effective -1 rank penalty to evasion against the following techniques: Strike of Stone, Strike of Leaf, Strike of Pain, Tenketsu Strikes, Eight Trigrams 32 Palm, Hakke Rokujūyon Shō(Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms), or Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō(Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms.)
Techniques:
Strike of Stone Rank: D Type: Taijutsu – Offensive Required Form(s): Third Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description: Named for making an opponent as immobile as a stone, this technique is used to strike at one of three pressure points on either leg: the Wound of the Thigh, located roughly where the leg locks in with the hip; the Wound of the Lower Leg, located on the back of the knee; or the Wound of the Foot, located between the Achilles Tendon and ankle. Opponents successfully struck by this technique will be unable to move the affected leg for three posts, or at the cost of 5 stamina, the opponent may move with a -1 rank speed penalty, though this causes an excruciating amount of pain. If both legs are affected then the opponent still only pays 5 stamina but will suffer a -2 rank speed penalty.
Strike of Breeze Rank: C Type: Taijutsu – Offensive Required Form(s): Third Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description: Named for making the opponent as harmless as a cool summer's breeze, this technique is used to strike at one of four pressure points located on either arm: the Wound of the Shoulder, located on the inside of the collar bone; the Wound of the Upper arm, located in the center of the upper arm between the biceps and triceps; the Wound of the Lower Arm, located in the crux of the elbow; or the Wound of the Hand, located in the center of the wrist. Opponents successfully struck by this technique will be unable to move their arm or produce hand-signs for three posts, or at the cost of 5 stamina, the opponent may use their arms, but will suffer a -1 strength penalty, though this causes an excruciating amount of pain. If both arms are affected then the opponent still only pays 5 stamina but will suffer a -2 rank strength penalty.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Chuunin | Stage Four
This is the first stage that actually requires the use of the byakugan as it teaches the user to strike at the Tenketsu. The practitioner is taught not only how to strike with speed and precision at the Tenketsu, but they are also taught the precise chakra control necessary to cut off or increase the chakra flow of the chakra point struck. In order to train these skills the practitioner trains either on a live subject (though few masters still do this), or they train on a special training dummy that was developed by the hyuga. The dummy can be infused with a small amount of chakra by either the master or the student, and by doing so the dummy will mimic the Tenketsu, allowing the student to train freely on the dummy for hours at a time without having to strike a real person.
-Training consists of striking at the different Tenketsu of the body repeatedly while switching from form to form, learning to change forms in order to strike at different angles.
Maneuvers learned:
Fourth Trigram: A supplemental form, the Fourth Trigram is taught to teach the students of Juken how to more easily mold and control the flow of chakra throughout the body. Resembling the First Trigram from the waist down, the student positions both arms at their side, elbows cocked at a ninety degree angle at the waist with palms facing the sky. (When utilizing the Fourth Trigram, all Juken techniques of C-rank or higher cost 2 fewer chakra points)
Techniques:
Tenketsu Strikes Rank: C (see below for chakra cost) Type: NinTaijutsu – Offensive Required Form(s): First Trigram, Third Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description: The practitioner has learned to strike at their opponents internal chakra coil, and in so doing they can cut off or increase the flow of the chakra point struck. In addition because of the close relation between the Tenketsu and chakra producing organs, if the Tenketsu are struck it will also cause damage to internal organs. (When striking at Tenketsu when not using a specific technique, each strike costs 1 chakra point; for every five tenketsu points that are struck successfully, the opponent takes a +1 chakra cost modifier to any use of chakra to a maximum of +4, this effect lasts for up to four posts and is renewed every five successful strikes)
Eight Trigrams 32 Palm Rank: D (cost E-rank chakra) Type: NinTaijutsu – Offensive Required Form(s): First Trigram, Third Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description: It is essentially a halved version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, but seems to be no less effective. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through thirty-two chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for some time and causes moderate damage to internal organs. (Locks chakra of an opponent for 2 posts; three post cool-down, triggers 3 post cool down for all variations of the Hakke Rokujūyon)
Eight Trigrams Empty Palm Rank: D (Costs E-rank Chakra) Type: NinTaijutsu - Offensive Description: This jutsu is the basis of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, the user does a palm thrust, shooting a concentrated force of chakra out of his hand, to violently push their opponent away.
Burst of Chakra Rank: C (cost not reduced by Fourth Trigram) Type: NinTaijutsu - Supplementary Required Form: Fourth Trigram Description: [Restriction: Taijutsu Class]Utilizing their formidable chakra control the practitioners of Jūken can increase their speed and power for short periods of time. This technique gives a +1 rank bonus to speed and strength for one post. This technique takes almost no time to perform as it simply sends a surge of chakra throughout the users body, allowing them to quickly follow up this technique with another Taijutsu technique. (3 post cooldown, cannot be used in the same post as a Ninjutsu)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Chuunin | Stage Five
Once the user is comfortable with striking the inner chakra coil they can be taught the higher forms of the style. Up to this point practitioners of this style are only taught the basics of the style in order to develop the skills necessary to perform the higher ranking techniques. This stage teaches the user to defend themselves against multiple opponents while still maintaining a sound offense.
Training consists of practicing strikes against two dummies on either side of the student to practice offense, while practicing against two other real opponents to improve defense.
Maneuvers
The Fifth Trigram: A primarily defensive form, the Fifth Trigram is taught to teach the students of Juken how to effectively combat multiple opponents at once. Turning their body so that their primary side is facing one opponent, the user places their primary leg forward, turning the foot so that it is tilted at a forty-five degree angle between the student and the opponent on their primary side, while the secondary leg is held under the student's body, supporting most of the weight and acting as a pivot so that they can quickly turn to react to attacks from multiple angles. The hands are held aloft, the primary arm held at a slight downward angle from the shoulder, palm facing skywards, while the secondary arm is held at a slightly upward angle from the shoulder, palm facing the ground. (Provides a +1 rank evasion bonus when fighting multiple opponents. When a Taijutsu Class shinobi utilizes the Fifth Trigram they can use the following techniques against multiple opponents: Eight Trigrams 32 Palms, Hakke Rokujūyon Shō(Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms), Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō(Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms), True Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. The effects are split amongst the targets.)
Techniques:
Hakke Rokujūyon Shō(Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms) Rank: C (Costs D-rank Chakra) Type: NinTaijutsu - Offensive Required Form(s): First Trigram, Third Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description: This jutsu closes off sixty-four specific chakra points on an opponent's body with the gentle fist, effectively eliminating their ability to use chakra for quite some time and making it quite difficult for them to move. It begins with the closing of two chakra points, followed by four more, then eight, then sixteen, then thirty-two, and then sixty-four strikes. Each set of strikes is done at an increasing pace. (Cuts off Chakra use for 4 posts; 5 post cool-down, triggers 5 post cool down for all variations of the Hakke Rokujūyon)
Strike of Pain Rank: C Type: Taijutsu – Offensive Required Form: Third Trigram Description: [Restriction: Taijutsu Class] Named for the sheer amount of pain that this technique causes to opponents, this technique is used to strike at one of two pressure points located in the neck: the Wound of Neck, located on either side of the trachea; or the Wound of Face, located in the soft tissue behind the jaw lining up with the eyes. Opponents successfully struck by this technique must pay 3 stamina each post to perform any actions, and an additional 3 stamina if they wish to perform any Genjutsu due to the sheer amount of concentration it would take to focus through the pain. (Lasts up to 3 posts)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Chuunin | Stage Six
At this point in the practitioner's training they focus solely on chakra control, learning to release chakra not only from the tips of their fingers and hands, but from all of their chakra points. This level of chakra control also allows the user to increase the power and speed of their strikes by supplying chakra to their limbs in the proper way. At this stage the power of the practitioner’s strikes is significantly increased simply because of the precise application of chakra behind each strike.
Maneuvers Sixth Trigram: A purely defensive form, the Sixth Trigram resembles the Second Trigram from the waist down, but the student places their primary arm in front of their torso, their palm facing in front of themselves positioned in line with the sternum, and the secondary arm is held at ninety degree angle at the students waist, palm facing the sky. This form, which is intended to direct the flow of chakra in the users body away from the center, restricts the use of many juken techniques, making it more of a last ditch effort when avoiding a blow is not possible. (When using this form a protective coating of chakra is constantly expelled from all the users chakra points simultaneously, providing an armor of sorts. At -3 chakra points per post in which this form is active, including the posts it is activated, deactivated, and everything in between, the user is protected by a layer of chakra, reducing the power of taijutsu and weapon attacks by one rank, and causing any weapon to be treated as blunt, and therefore unable to slice or pierce the skin. Chakra coatings on weapons or the Weapon Master's [ENERGY SLICE] skill negate the blunting effect, making them capable of slicing and piercing skin. While active, no technique requiring the use of chakra may be used, aside from Hakkeshō Kaiten(Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin), Eight Trigrams Palm Heavenly Spin Absolute, and Gentle Fist Art One Blow Body.)
Techniques
Hakkeshō Kaiten(Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin) Rank: D-B Type: Ninjutsu - Defensive Required Form(s): Second Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Sixth Trigram Description: A secret taijutsu that is orally handed down only within the main house of the Hyūga, this technique utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from all the chakra points on the user's body. It is also a defensive maneuver to compensate for the Byakugan's blind spot as the released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. After releasing chakra from every tenketsu in their body, the user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. Tenten mentions that the Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven is more powerful than any defense, including Gaara's sand. This technique is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack thus if they cannot spin, the user becomes vulnerable. (The user decides how large or small the chakra dome will be, and spends the appropriate amount of chakra, blocks techniques of equal or lower rank to the chakra spent; Reduces the damage of Ninjutsu techniques one rank higher by half, but is completely negated by Ninjutsu of 2 ranks higher, Taijutsu/Kenjutsu techniques of three ranks or higher completely negate the technique; 5 post cool down)
Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō(Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms) Rank: B (C-rank Chakra cost) Type: NinTaijutsu - Offensive Required Form(s): First Trigram, Third Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description: This jutsu is essentially a doubled version of Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. Like the former, it closes off the opponent's chakra points. Unlike the former, it closes off twice as many (12 cool at twice the speed. Alternatively, it can be used to hit a great number of targets very quickly. (Cuts off Chakra use for 6 posts, 7 post cool-down, triggers 7 post cool down for all variations of the Hakke Rokujūyon)
Shugohakke Rokujūyon Shō(Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms") Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Required Forms: Second Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Fifth Trigram Description: This jutsu is a combination of the Eight Trigram Palms Heavenly Spin and the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. In this jutsu, the user emits a constant stream of chakra from their palms, creating extremely sharp chakra blades. With the users amazing flexibility, they can reach any point around themselves, allowing them to hit any target within their field of vision. While using this jutsu, user moves extremely fast, allowing them to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much like the original Sixty-Four Palms jutsu. Additionally, they can control the size of the chakra beams in their palms, allowing them to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across her entire attack range. This creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Heavenly Spin, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. In this way, the technique can be used as both an offensive and defensive maneuver.(Shares cool down with Hakkeshō Kaiten)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Jounin| Stage Seven
By this stage of the training the practitioner is already a force to be reckoned with, they are even dangerous enough to pose a threat to shinobi of higher rank due to their ability to completely cut off the flow of chakra. This stage of the training focuses on combining the principles of defense and offense teaching the student to block and counter even more effectively.
Maneuvers
Seventh Trigram: A form which relies heavily on the user's speed, the Seventh Trigram is used to quickly chain together multiple attacks to unleash devastating combo attacks. (When using this form the user may use one more Juken technique in their post, but only Juken techniques may be used in the post. The opponent receives a temporary +1 rank to their evasion against all techniques used by the opponent when in this form [If a Taijutsu class shinobi, then the opponent only receives the +1 evasion for the first technique]. The user may not use the same technique twice in a row, and may not use more than one Hakke Rokujūyon Shō(Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms) or any variation of this technique in the same post when utilizing the 7th Trigram.)
Techniques
Hakke Hasangeki (Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher) Rank: B (Costs C-rank Chakra) Type: NinTaijutsu | Offensive Required Forms: First Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description: A more powerful variation of Eight Trigrams Empty Palm. The user hits the target at close range with a powerful wave of chakra. The strike sends the opponent back several yards and is powerful enough to break bones.
Hakke Kuushou - Eight Divination Signs Air Palm Rank: B (C-rank Chakra cost) Type: NinTaijutsu | Offensive Range: 40 ft / 12 m Required Forms: First Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description:Hakke Kuushou is a ranged Taijutsu technique utilized by Hyuuga Neji. Extending chakra from his body, the user will thrust his palm at his target. This will send out an invisible wave of chakra that can knock his opponent back several yards.
Sweeping Counter Rank: B Type: NinTaijutsu | Defensive Required Form(s): Seventh Trigram Description: [RESTRICTION: Taijutsu Class] Utilizing the basic principles of the sweeping block and the chakra burst, the practitioner can parry an opponents attack and strike multiple times from a seemingly impossible angle. The user successfully blocks and then uses an advanced chakra burst that takes up the same level of chakra as a Jounin level technique, to maneuver so quickly around the opponent that they can strike from behind their opponent. [Acts as an immediate Sweeping Block which takes up one attack action in the post used](5 post cool-down))
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Jounin| Stage Eight
This stage further applies the principle of building upon what the user has already learned, teaching them to use their amazing chakra control and advanced taijutsu training to perform devastating attacks that can be used both offensively and defensively.
Maneuvers
Eighth Trigram: One of the most difficult forms to master, this stance puts such strain on the user that it can only be maintained for a short duration. Facing their opponent, the practitioner places their hands near their waist, palms facing down and away. Placing their primary leg forward, the user bends their legs at the knees and stands on the balls of their feet. (When using this form, the user increases the power of juken techniques when transitioning from offense to defense. When a defensive juken technique is used, the user may use an offensive juken technique with a +1 rank power bonus. Alternatively, if an offensive juken technique is used, the user may use a defensive juken technique at a +1 rank power bonus. This bonus lasts for one attack. Unless otherwise stated, any juken technique may be used in the eighth trigram. Has a 5 post cool-down.)
Techniques
Eight Trigrams Ultimate Wind Rank: A Type: NinTaijutsu | Offensive Range: 60 ft / 18 m Required Form(s): First Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description: The user uses Air Palm thrice on his opponent, sending them crashing into a large object or structure, before using it again to collapse the structure on top of the opponent.
Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists Rank: A (costs B-rank chakra) Type: NinTaijutsu | Offensive Required Form(s): First Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description: The user forms two large lion-shaped shrouds of chakra around their hands, then attacks the opponent with them. Though its full power was not shown in the manga, in the anime, it was shown that this technique has enough power to destroy Pain's chakra rods, as well as momentarily stunning the target after the attack lands.
Gentle Fist Art One Blow Body Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu | Offensive/Defensive Required Form(s): 4th, 6th Description: Using their ability to expel chakra from every chakra point on their body, a member of the Hyūga clan can send enemies that get too close flying back by releasing a massive wave of chakra from their Tenketsu. The technique can also be used to deflect projectiles and ranged jutsu (ex. fireball jutsu or lightning bolt jutsu) of B-rank or lower. This technique is effective out to a range of five-feet. (3 post cool-down)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Kage/Sannin | Stage Nine
The final stage of the style, at this point the user is no longer truly learning anything new so much as they have reached an understanding of gentle fist that makes them significantly more dangerous. They have come to a point where they can manipulate their chakra in ways they never thought possible, using all that they have learned up to this point to create one of the most effective and deadly styles in the known shinobi world.
Techniques
Eight Trigrams Palm Heavenly Spin Absolute Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu | Defensive Required Form(s): Second Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Sixth Trigram Description: This jutsu is simply a larger, more powerful version of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin. At a radius of nearly ten feet, the area that this technique covers is quite large, even making it a useful offensive technique in close quarters. (7 post Cool-down)
Eight Trigrams Crumbling Mountain Bombardment Rank: A Type: NinTaijutsu | Offensive Required Form(s): First Trigram, Fourth Trigram, Fifth Trigram, Seventh Trigram Description: The strikes the enemy's vital area while discharging their chakra within the enemy's body until it bursts from the back in the form of a small thin beam that rapidly enlarges into a massive mountain-destroying wave of chakra. This technique seals off tenketsu. (Locks the Chakra of an opponent for three posts, Four post cool-down, triggers cool down for all variations of the Hakke Rokujūyon)
True Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms Rank: S Type: NinTaijutsu | Offensive Required Form(s): First Trigram (cannot be used in the Eighth Trigram) Description: A combination of the original Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, the Chakra Burst, and the Eight Trigrams Crumbling Mountain Bombardment technique, the user leaps forward and strikes the enemy several times in the front before dashing behind them. He strikes several more times until using an Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin-like strike to launch the enemy into the air. There the user appears over the opponent and strikes them several more times before hitting them once more with a huge amount of chakra, blasting them into the ground with a beam of chakra. Assuming the opponent is even able to get back up after this assault, their chakra flow will be completely cut off for six posts.
List of Terms:
NinTaijutsu - A technique which uses both stamina and chakra. Unless otherwise noted, it costs the same amount of chakra as a ninjutsu of equal rank and an equal amount of stamina. For all intents and purposes is considered both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.

Mind Block: That's fine. Enhancement: No. Specialization: All of the abilities that you listed as passive are no longer passive abilities, therefore there is no reason for it to be listed as [Possibly Passive]. Ryu: I know. But because of the nature of the technique, it needs the cooldown. Repost once the edits have been made, please. Accepted!

Please also note the presence of the Tokubetsu Jounin rank, the rank that fills the gap between Chuunin and Jounin, otherwise known as the B rank. As of now, your style jumps straight from Chuunin to Jounin. You may want to edit your stages to accommodate this.

I am editing this style to give it a bit more structure, rather than it being a bunch of theoretical ideas
Butoukai Sono Raijin [Dance of the Thunder God]Fast, Effecient, Fluid Weapon type: typically a katana, but any weapon could potentially be used with the style This swordstyle, named for it's quick and fluid movements, is said to to be the fastest swordstyle in the world. Legend tells of masters striking with such speed that they rivaled lightning bolts. This is of course legend, but it is true that masters of the style are some of the fastest beings on the planet. The style originated in the land of lightning where it is said that the first practitioner sof the Dance of the Thunder God was born. some say he was the progeny of the Thunder God himself, and his name was Raiku Momuji. He was born into a family of samurai, but at an early age he showed such an aptitude for sword-fighting that he began creating his own style. After decades spent alone honing his body and mind, Raiku finally finished the style that would come to be known as the Dance of the Thunder God.
Stage 1 Academy Student The first stage of this style teaches the very basic concepts of the style, namely the fluidity of motion. Training does not even involve a weapon at this stage of the style, instead students of the style practice moving from the various stances, drilling into them how to move fluidly through changes of stance and simple movement.
Techniques
Flowing Sweep Rank: E Type: Offensive Description: One of the style's weapon-less techniques, the flowing sweep is a useful technique against an unwary opponent. Stepping forward as they lower their body, placing one foot under their center mass, the user pivots their body on their back foot and attempts to knock their opponent off their feet.
Stage 2 Genin The second stage focuses on speed, training students to move in the most effecient way possible so that they minimize energy use when traveling at faster speeds. From this point onward all students of the style will wear training weights, as the practitioners of this style become stronger the weights they wear will grow progressively heavier. Genin start off wearing weights that weigh a total of 50 lbs. These weights can be taken off when in combat to increase speed.
Weight Training: The user must spend a total of 10 posts training with their new weights, usually simply by running around or drilling in the different stances, to advance to the next stage. The weights must be worn constantly outside of battle in order to ensure that the students muscles grow used to the weight. (Confers a .5 rank speed increase when the weights are taken off)
Techniques
Artful Dodge Rank: D Type: Defensive Description: The practitioner places one foot forward and to the side, and as their opponent closes the distance, the practitioner pivots to the side, avoiding the blow and putting themselves in a flanking position.
Stage 3 Genin At this stage of training students learn to utilize their speed and fluidity of motion in combat, learning how reach their target in the quickest most effecient way. They also learn how to dodge more effectively by utilizing that fluidity of motion, learning to move so that even when dodging they are positioning themselves effectively to strike at their opponents. By this stage the practitioner can use what he has learned to effectively fight without a weapon, though he still won't be as effective as taijutsu specialists. The weight of the practitioners training weights will be increased to 75 lbs.
Maneuver
Path of the Thunder God: At this stage students are taught to move quickly and effeciently, teaching them how to find the quickest path to their targets. Students will naturally move faster than other ninja (though not as fast as a speed ninja), even learning how to move through crowds and debris more effeciently than others. (Can traverse rough terrain with ease, able to see and follow the most efficient path through and over obstacles; This ability is passive)
Stage 4 Chuunin At this stage students are finally given their first sword. Because of their repetition of the the stances without the sword, it is fairly easy to integrate the sword into what they already know. The most important part of this stage is learning how to maintain the fluidity and efficiency of motion while wielding a blade. Once the student has learned to effectively integrate his blade into the style his potential greatly increases, making him much more deadly. Though they move quickly, their strikes are not overly powerful, but the efficiency with which they strike makes each strike a threat. Training weights will now weigh 100 lbs.
Weight Training: The user must once again spend time growing accustomed to their weights, spending 10 posts sparring with their new weights to ensure that all the muscles used in combat are being worked. (Confers a .5 rank speed increase, stacks with previous Weight Training bonus)
Techniques
Hamstring Rank: D Type: Offensive Description: Slashing at their opponents Achilles tendon, the user attempts to effectively cripple their opponent. Because of where the achilles tendon is, this is only effective when the user is on their opponents flank, or most effectively when they're behind their opponent.
Maneuvers
Flurry of the Thunder God: The user has learned to strike so quickly that they can strike twice as fast as your average shinobi, striking so fast that even a one tomoe sharingan would have trouble predicting their attacks. (Can perform one additional weapon technique per post; this ability is passive)
Stage 5 Chuunin The practitioner has now spent enough time wearing training weights that when he is takes that few could hope to match their speed, even moving as fast as Speed Shinobi of the same rank. Practitioners skill with the blade also increases as they become even more comfortable with the feel of it. Their striking efficiency increases yet again, their blade seeming to find its way into even the smallest of openings. The training weights now weigh 150 lbs.
Techniques
Flash-Slash Rank: C Type: Offensive Description: One of the styles most well known and devastating techniques, the user floods their arms and legs with chakra before rushing at their opponent at incredible speeds, appearing as little more than a blur as they close the distance to strike at their opponent. Even the Sharingan would have trouble keeping up with this technique. (5 post cool-down, the user suffers a -1 rank penalty to speed for two posts; costs chakra equal to a ninjutsu of equal rank)
Stage 6 Jounin The practitioner has reached legendary speeds, appearing as a blur to most other ninja even with the weights on and when the weights come off the user moves so fast that they can actually create after-images. Only doujutsu possessors with high level movement tracking skills have any chance of keeping up with the user with any real hope of success. The practitioner still doesn't have a huge amount of strength behind their attacks, but the momentum of their strikes makes each strike very difficult to stop. This level of speed cannot be maintained forever, and in fact most masters must wear weights in order to keep from moving too fast for fear of tearing muscles. The weights usually weigh anything from 200-300 lbs, depending on the user.
Techniques
Whirlwind-Slash Rank: B Type: Offensive Description: A technique developed to stave off multiple opponents, the user constantly pivots on their feet as they strike at their opponents, keeping in constant motion to avoid being struck. (Can strike at up to four opponents in one post, the enemies must each be within sword length of each other in order to strike at them.)
Flurry Slash Rank: A Type: Offensive Description: Flooding their arms with chakra, the user strikes at several vital spots on an opponent near simultaneously, striking at the elbow joints, neck and heart. (Cool-down of 5 posts; places a cool-down on Flurry of the Thunder God for 2 posts; costs chakra equal to a ninjutsu of equal rank)
Stage 7 Kage/Sannin Once this stage is reached the practitioner has attained true mastery of the style. Practitioners must learn to move effectively without any of their weights, a task that is much harder than it might sound. Because of the great speed at which the user moves their muscles are under constant strain of over-extending, simply because their mind cannot fully keep up with the movement in order to stop it. The practitioner learns to utilize this momentum by moving their blade in wide sweeping arcs, and quick thrusts.
Other movements are certainly possible, but the concentration required to move most effectively can only be maintained for short periods of time. Anyone that reaches this stage must constantly wear training weights which they must constantly replace with heavier and heavier weights, or else they risk tearing muscles accidentally with even the smallest of movements. Some masters must wear at least some weight even when utilizing the 7th stage, because they have simply become so fast that their mind cannot possibly keep up with their bodies. Legends say that the first master, Raiku Momuji, had to wear 1000 pounds of weight even when using the styles 7th stage.
Techniques
Embodiment of the Thunder God Rank: S Type: Supplementary Description: The user has reached the final stage of the Dance of the Thunder God, and have become true embodiments of the Thunder God, able to strike with the speed and force of a lightning bolt. However this power does not come without risk. This speed can only be maintained for 2 posts without risking tearing all the muscles in their body, however even then their muscles are so strained that the user will move at roughly half their normal speed for 4 posts. If the user wishes they can maintain the speed and power for 4 posts, but afterwords every muscle in their body will tear to shreds and they must spend at least 3 real days under close supervision before they can even move. After the three days their speed will be equivalent to roughly 2/3 their regular speed. After an additional four days after they are partially recovered the user will be completely recovered and they could potentially use the technique again if they had to. (Speed is temporarily increased by 2 full ranks, placing them well above the speed of even the fastest S-ranked Shinobi)

I have requested and received permission from BB to edit his style, the Phantom Blade Style, so here it is Bakemono Tsurugi no KataPhantom Blade Style Style Description: A style created in the mountains of the Demon Country. A young boy created this style in his ambition to surpass his own limits when it came to speed. This style creates an afterimage made a chakra to attack and speed to confuse the enemy, while attacking from multiple angles. Weapons are used because a clean hit from a weapon can usual take down most foes. It is known as the Phantom Blade Style because the user appears and disappears so fast you would swear you were being attack by ghosts. Style Basis: Any light to medium bladed weapon may be used, preference a katana sword. Training Methods: Weight training is used to help build up speed and flexibility, as well as chakra control to produce afterimages, finally sword training to improve attack. Each Stage takes 10 posts to learn, with 10 stages that is 100 posts to master this style. There is no training benefit or penalty when learning this, it takes 100 posts total no more no less. Movement: Attacking from multiple angles which are accomplished by speed and flexibility. Stage 1: Stage of BeginningsAcademyDescription: The first stage is muscle training; the user starts out with training with heavy weights tied to their arms, legs, and chest and weighing at least half their weight. This is because a high level of speed is needed though out the entire style so the muscles must be developed early. This also helps with sword swings, another crucial part. Training: While wearing the weights the user with practice shadow boxing by punching and dodging an imaginary opponent for at least 10 posts. StanceOne-Handed Grip Type: Passive Description: Wielding their blade in one hand, this stance is favored by Weapon Masters as it frees up their other hand to perform seals. Positioning themselves so that very little of their chest is facing the enemy, the user positions their blade between themselves and their opponent. (Provides no significant combat modifiers aside from freeing up one hand.) Techniques:
Blade's Shadow Rank: E Type: Kenjutsu | Offensive Description: Gripping the sheath of their blade in one hand and the hilt of their blade in the other, the user quickly draws their blade to strike at the opponent, but this first strike is merely a diversion as the user quickly swings their sheath toward the opponent following in the shadow of the blade itself.
Stage 2: Stage of Focus Genin Description: After the muscles begin to develop the user practices one of the key moves of the style, the Afterimage Clone. An afterimage clone is when the user releases a burst of chakra while moving and the clone will continue the movement of the user. This allows the user to continue with the attack for double damage, or allows them to attack from a different angle while the clone attacks from a different angle.
Training: With the weights still on the user continues attacking and dodging but while doing so they release bursts of chakras to create afterimage clones, they don’t practice combos with them yet just creating the clones, also helps with muscle training. Train for 10 posts.
Techniques:
Afterimage Clone Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu | Supplementary Description:An Afterimage Clone is a solid clone that cannot perform any jutsu and cannot be controlled. It is formed by releasing chakra from the users pours and holds what the user is holding; though because of the crude matter it is formed it lasts no more than a few seconds (1 post). When formed it keeps the stance the user was in when created and travels in the direction the user was going.
Sidestep Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu | Defensive Description: The user dodges an attack by making the opponent think they hit you, but really they hit the afterimage clone making a counter easy.
Stage 3: Stage of Dedication Genin Description: While at this point the user’s muscles are well developed the legs need more work. The cornerstone of this style is speed so the user will spend this stage developing that with running and heavier weights.
Training: The user will dawn heavier weights as heavy as the user themselves. The user will then jog though the woods, dashing between trees and swinging their arms to build up the muscles in their arms, but more so the muscles in the legs will be highly developed. The user runs for 10 posts.
Stance:
Two-Hand Grip Type: Passive Description: Using both arms with every swing, the user's cutting power is essentially doubled, though it requires a two-handed blade. The user grips their weapon with their primary hand on the upper half of the hilt, the length of their thumb on top, and their other hand at the base of the hilt, palm barely resting on the pommel and the length of the thumb on top. Placing their feet shoulder length apart, the user slides his primary foot forward and rises on the balls of their feet. Every slash is meant to use the power of the users legs as well by stepping forward as you swing your blade. (Kenjutsu and Nin-Kenjutsu techniques receive a +1 rank to their power. Because every swing requires so much power behind it, the stamina cost of all Kenjutsu and Nin-Kenjutsu techniques is increased by two. A-rank techniques gain a half-rank, making them strong enough to negate other A-rank attacks and push through them. S-rank Technique are unaffected by this stance.)
Techniques
Double Slash Rank: D Type: Kenjutsu | Offensive Description: A quick double slash attack that will leave your opponent surprised on what happened. As soon as the opponent is within range, unsheathe and strike with the sword, slashing horizontally. As soon as that is done, reverse the grip on the katana and forcefully sheath it, cutting into the target a second time.
Twin Fangs Rank: D Type: Kenjutsu | Offensive Stance Requirement: Two-Hand Grip Description: Drawing their blade and slashing horizontally at the opponent in one fluid motion, the user will then bring their blade up and grip the hilt with both hands before slashing downward for the killing blow.
Stage 4: Stage of Wisdom Genin Description: This stage doesn’t add anything new to the style but more of a test. The user puts together everything they have learned up to this point. The user will shadow box with the weights on and while punching and dodging create Afterimage Clones to combo and counter. This stage just makes sure the user can actually use the style the way it was intended, also so that the user can add weapons to the style.
Training: The user will shadow box for 10 posts attacking and dodging, while creating Afterimage clones that will do the same. Weights are stilled used to build up muscles.
Techniques:
Afterimage Burst Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu | Supplementary Description:The user releases his clones with such force that the expulsion of chakra actually gives the user a boost in speed and leaves a clone in their wake that confuses the opponent.
Afterimage Circle Rank: C Type: Nin-Kenjutsu | Offensive Description:Applying the Afterimage Burst Technique the user will circle the opponent and letting out bursts of chakra to gain speed and leaves clones in the wake. They circle to confuse the opponent and while they are confused the clones will attack the opponent one by one, or in a group.
Stage 5: Stage of Understanding Chunin Description: After getting down the basics the user finally adds a weapon to the mix. The weapon of choice is a sword, but any will do. This allows for multiple deadly strikes that anyone can be fatal. The sword comes later in training because the user must exert extra chakra in order to replicate their weapon since it has no chakra points. It cannot duplicate the effect of custom weapons they would act just like a regular weapons.
Training: The user practices attacking with a sword for 5 posts. Then creating clones with them holding a weapon for 5 posts.
Techniques: Simultaneous Slash Rank: C Type: Nin-Kenjutsu | Offensive Description: The user swings their sword while releasing afterimages in the wake; this causes several swords to follow in the path of the first one. So when the first one hit, the rest follow making a single slash feel like many.
Multi-Slash Rank: C Type: Nin-Kenjutsu | Offensive Description: The user swings their sword but instead of releasing the afterimages behind the first, they have it above and below making it hit one person in several places at once, this is also great for multiple enemies.
Stage 6: Stage of Aggression Chunin Description: At this point the style is understood, now all there is to do is improve of the basics. The user pushes their bodies to the limit in physical, mental, and chakra. The fruits of this are the ability to produce multiple clones at once, to turn one person into a squad, to turn one person into a force.
Training: The user will stand still as they practice releasing chakra from every pour of their body, which will take 5 posts. The user will then practice releasing chakra from their body and molding into clones, this takes another 5 posts.
Techniques:
Block and Slash Rank: C Type: Nin-Kenjutsu | Offensive/Defensive Description: A technique used for both defense and offense. When the user is attacked they will move back and forth quickly but then block the attack, an afterimage clone will pop out of both sides of the user and attack the opponent while all their momentum was placed into the attack. This can also be used when the user attack and the opponent blocks.
Attack from Everywhere Rank: B Type: Nin-Kenjutsu | Offensive/Defensive Description: A technique used for both defense and offense. When the user is attacked they will move back and forth quickly but then block the attack, two afterimage clone will pop out of both sides of the user and surround the opponent in a pentagon stance as the 4 clones will attack the opponent while all their momentum was placed into the attack. This can also be used when the user attack and the opponent blocks.
Stage 7: Stage of Power Chunin Description: A quote once told to the creator of this style, “Two in harmony, surpass one in perfection.” This has been taken to heart and incorporated into this style. The user now uses two blades instead of one, the user will train with these weapons until wielding them is as simple as moving a finger. While this style doesn’t add anymore moves, it increases the deadliness of everything else.
Training: The user will now wear weights twice their normal weight and simple practice attacking with one sword and following up with the other for 10 posts.
Stance:
Ambidextrous Type: Passive Description: When wielding two weapons, the user is able to effectively double the number of strikes against their opponent, making them an extremely deadly opponent. (Allows the user to use two Kenjutsu, Nin-Kenjutsu, or a combination of the two every post. The combos must be reasonable given that each attack is being performed with one of the two swords. Because attacking so quickly with both arms simultaneously is quite exhausting, the stamina cost of the second technique used is increased by 2 points. For those with the Combo specialty, they may use one extra Kenjutsu/nin-kenjutsu technique in each post)
Wall of Blades Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu | Offensive/Defensive Stance Requirement: Ambidextrous Description: Weaving their blades about their body at incredible speeds, the user creates a deadly barrier around their body, protecting themselves from Kenjutsu of equal or lower rank. This technique can also be used offensively, striking at the opponent half a dozen times in a matter of seconds while allowing little room for a counter-attack.
Stage 8: Stage of Perseverance Jonin Description: The body has reached its limit at this point, the user has reached the peak of speed, and any more muscular increase will just end up slowing the user down. Any attempts to increase speed past this will result in muscle damage and tearing. Though refusing to subcome to human limitations the creator of this style borrowed a move from the ration element. By using the principles of the Electric Overdose Jutsu, the users infuse their muscles and body with chakra, but instead of increasing their weight they decrease it by about half. This allows the speed of the user to double and if forced to triple, but that is when damage occurs.
Training: The user removes all weights and will just stand still as they focus on intertwining their chakra into their muscles and focusing on making their body lighter, this takes 10 posts
Light as a Feather Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu | Supplementary Description: By using the principles of the Electric Overdose Jutsu, the users infuse their muscles and body with chakra, but instead of increasing their weight they decrease it by about half as well as increasing flexibility. This allows the speed of the user to double for a short duration. (Increases speed by +2 ranks for the duration of a single attack, making that attack significantly harder to avoid; does not require hand-seals; cool-down of 3 posts)
Real Afterimage Clones Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu | Supplementary Description: Because of the users new found speed, they move so fast that they create real afterimages in their wake. These are merely illusions though and cannot cause damage what so ever, they are mainly used to confuse the opponent into attacking them thinking they are real.
Stage 9: Stage of Control Jonin Description: Speed has been mastered at this point, but now it is about controlling it because power without control leads to destruction. The user now works on being able to go from standstill to high speed, once this is learned the user works on releasing clones from a standstill position to high speed. This is more of a tactical approach, watching the battle field as your clones attack. The user is also able to keep their clones out longer than previously.
Training: The user remains still and just focuses on pouring out chakra fast and precise for 5 posts. They then focus on creating clones that can last longer than a few seconds which takes 5 more posts.
Advance Afterimage Clone Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu | Supplementary Description: These clones are the same as afterimages clones though they last longer, up to 3 posts as opposed to the 1post of the original. These clones can block with their weapons but once the weapon is hit once it disappears and once the clones are hit they disappear.
Twin Sword Kill Rank: A Type: Kenjutsu | Offensive Stance Requirement: Ambidextrous Description: A personal favorite of the creator. The user will remain at standstill and take a stance with their two swords in order to keep the opponent watching them for movements. Suddenly they will go from standstill to high speed and appear right in front of the opponent with swords ready. They will stab forward with their sword right at the opponents heart at high speed, if the opponent happens to dodge they will then attack with the other sword aiming at the heart at full speed since the opponent will most likely not dodge far enough out of range.
Stage 10: Stage of Mastery S-Rank Description: The final stage of the style is by far the most deadly and powerful. This level of the style may only be taught by the creator and master of this style Kiyoshi Hyuga. The user afterimage clones have become so advance that each clone can make a clone, allowing for a deadly surprise though once a clone has made a clone both disappear in a matter of seconds, though that might be all the time that is needed.
Training: Like the previous stage the user releasing chakra to create clones, but then those clones need to release chakra as well to create clones of their own which takes 10 posts
Master Afterimage Clones Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu | Supplementary Description: The final level of the clones, they act as Advanced Afterimage Clones, but with one major difference. They can create their own clones. However when a clone makes a clone, both clones disappear in 1 post. These clones can block with their weapons but once the weapon is hit once it disappears and once the clones are hit they disappear.
Twenty Swords of Death Rank: S Type: Nin-Kenjutsu | Offensive Description: The ultimate technique of this style. The user will circle the opponent at high speeds releasing clones as they do and they are running to. The clones then make more clones that circle the opponent in a smaller circle in the opposite way. While the opponent remains alert and confused suddenly the user is surrounded by 5 of the user that form a pentagon around him, the clones are less than 2 feet from the opponent and they each take a sword and stab downwards aiming for the neck and shoulders, take their other sword and stab upward aiming for the legs, then from the gaps between the clones 2 blades on each gap shoot out totaling 10 more swords. Five of those swords aim for the chest right where the heart is, and the other five aim at the between the ribs where the major organs are. The speed of this is compared to the 7th gate, however after this move is used the user moves at -2 speed ranks, if done again the users muscles rip and they are unable to continue fighting. It takes one full week to recover without the aid of a medical ninja.

Naibuhi {Dance of Inner Fire} I'm not really knowledgable on how seals work, are the ones on the body 1 time or not, because that would dramatically effect the power of this style Sozofuin [Seal of Imagination]: not so much a problem with this as confusion, so this seal is used to make the other seals on the body useless? I don't see why that would be helpful Kyoka: Hikui [Augmentation: Lesser]: just wondering if i could get a more concrete increase on power, like is it a half-rank, less, more? Yashi Danso Mai [Dance of Thrusting Palms]: about how much force is behind this thrust, will it send them like 5 ft back? 10? 20? Ashi Kyoka [Augmentation: Feet]: What self-inflicted strain does it prevent, just from the augmentations caused by the seals or... Futago Ude Kyoka [Two-Handed Augmentation]: two rank increase in power is pretty extreme imo, at least for a C-rank technique Tsuin Ashi Kyoka [Twin Leg Augmentation]: same issue with the Two-Handed Augmentation Fujin no Mai (Dance of Blades): Does this require the use of a seal, and if so where is it on the body, or is it on the weapon itself? Kyoka Jigoku Mai [Dance of Hellfire]: I assume this is essentially just a more powerful and costly version of Augmented Blasts: Release? If not can you explain the difference aside of course from the negative side-effects Again, not super knowledgeable about seals, so if anything I said doesn't make sense please just explain how it works

Lance Fulgurant Naibuhi {Dance of Inner Fire} I'm not really knowledgable on how seals work, are the ones on the body 1 time or not, because that would dramatically effect the power of this style The seals on the body have to be activated in order for the any of the style's techniques to be used. The seal activation is a once-per-fight thing, but once they are activated, they stay active so the style can be used. The techniques themselves have chakra costs pertaining to their rank.Sozofuin [Seal of Imagination]: not so much a problem with this as confusion, so this seal is used to make the other seals on the body useless? I don't see why that would be helpful TBH, I got the idea from this: "Root is an extremely strict group and each member of the organisation has a cursed seal imprinted on their tongue by Danzō, near the back of their throat, which will paralyse their entire body if they try to speak anything about Danzō, rendering them unable to speak or move; this is to prevent interrogations for information or betrayal. The seal disappeared after Danzō's death." -Narutopedia
It's a defense mechanism type thing.Kyoka: Hikui [Augmentation: Lesser]: just wondering if i could get a more concrete increase on power, like is it a half-rank, less, more? Half-rankYashi Danso Mai [Dance of Thrusting Palms]: about how much force is behind this thrust, will it send them like 5 ft back? 10? 20? The amount of force behind the technique depends on how much chakra the user puts into it, so E-rank is 5 ft, D is 10 ft, C is 15 ft, etc.Ashi Kyoka [Augmentation: Feet]: What self-inflicted strain does it prevent, just from the augmentations caused by the seals or... Ahh dammit. I forgot to add that part in. Because of the amount of raw chakra being released in order to use the style, the practitioners experience rapid muscle degeneration and chakra burn if they use techniques beyond their rank. Not saying they can't use techniques beyond their rank, but if they do, it damages the body.Futago Ude Kyoka [Two-Handed Augmentation]: two rank increase in power is pretty extreme imo, at least for a C-rank technique Tsuin Ashi Kyoka [Twin Leg Augmentation]: same issue with the Two-Handed Augmentation B-rank then?Fujin no Mai (Dance of Blades): Does this require the use of a seal, and if so where is it on the body, or is it on the weapon itself? Chiefuin [Seal of Wisdom] is required for the practitioner to be able to use the dance of blades. If the practitioner is using the style as a hand-to-hand combat style (no weapon used) then the effect is about the same, but done as a melee touch attack rather than an attack wielding a weapon.Kyoka Jigoku Mai [Dance of Hellfire]: I assume this is essentially just a more powerful and costly version of Augmented Blasts: Release? If not can you explain the difference aside of course from the negative side-effects Pretty much.

Other than that I think it should be fine smile
