Looking at the seal, Luo waited a moment before nodding. "That seems like the best course of action. Try using one of the sleep genjutsu on him if at all possible to get that close to him. But if not, this is a feasible method of subduing him during the process. Where the hell are those other students by the way? This is a severe waste of my time, and I can literally feel paperwork piling up in my office."

LT laughed, "Yea i really dont know, but where ever they are at, its not going to bode well for their exam by showing up late. It seems like i have to learn a sleep Genjutsu then."

Luo sighed a bit nodding. "Nemuri. By placing your hand on the target, you force them to fall into a deep slumber. I'm tempted to just fail the rest of the kids and go about my day. That's at least what sensei would have done." Luo looked down at the papers in front of him. Their old sensei was stern, but within reason. Luo often believed it was the man's attitude and zest for life that got him the position as Mizukage.

LT laughed again, "Your right, i think you should fail the rest, we already have three genin who have passed, thats one squad ready. By the way, where are they?" LT shuffled his notes and finished his own paper work. He got up from his chair and filed it with a clerk out side and came back in. LT nodded and seemed to be in thought before answering Luo, "Sometimes, i miss the old man, but every now and then, i see him when i look to you. Your a strong leader Luo, the mist needs you."

Placing his hands on the table, Luo stood, gathering his papers. Walking towards the board as Tares filed his paper work, he wrote in large letters, "Any academy student who is currently reading this announcement has officially failed the first genin exam. Come to my office when you are ready to take your life as a shinobi more seriously." Signing his name under it, Luo smiled a bit as he heard what Tares said. "He was a good man. It angers me that he was killed over a political coup, but I've already gotten the revenge I sought so I have to move on." Turning the lights of in the room, Luo looked at Tares in passing as he muttered to him with his head bent, "Thank you." As he walked out of the room, Luo could see his secretary coming for him like a hawk. His foul mood suddenly returned with a vengeance, the voice of his sensei seeming to speak through him as his actions were the same he'd seen in the man before he was killed. Putting his hand up Luo muttered, "Stop. I have more important things to do than to be berated by my own secretary. One, who's job entails alleviating the amount of work I have to do, and the stress that this job gives me. However, you have only seemed to give me double the work necessary for my job, and have stressed me to the brink of firing you. Now, I am asking, no demanding that you change you're demeanor immediately, lest you find yourself unemployed. This is my first and final warning." The woman seemed stunned for a moment before scoffing and turning around with the stack of paperwork she had. Walking up the stairs to his office and hanging the hat up, Luo sighed. He wished he'd done that sooner.

(MWUAH, HA, HA, HA.... yes and no, that's certainly part of the reason, but the main reason is so that I'll be able to say "well I was trained in stealth so I'm actually better at it than so and so" I won't be as good at stealth as someone who picked stealth as a shinobi type, or even someone trained to be a hunter-nin, but I'll be better than the average shinobi, and just post however you want, I don't expect you to comment on everything that happened)

After he saw the Mizukage leave his office, Yamatano quietly stepped in to see LT sensei about to leave as well. "Umm, LT sensei, may I talk with you for a moment?" Yamatano asked.

"Lord LT, I just want to let you know, that as long as you are my teacher, I will strive to never be a disappointment to you." He said, bowing low to LT. Normally Yamatano wouldnt do something like this out of the blue, but Yamatano had seen all of LT's dissapointed looks, his skeptical glares, and, more recently, he had heard most of the conversation that had been about him between LT and the Mizukage. He knew LT didnt like his eccentric behavior, but above all else, he didnt want any bad feelings in his squad, whether it be student-student or student-sensei. If LT didnt like Yamatano because he didnt meet his expectations, the Yamatano knew he would just have to exceed them. "As a shinobi of the mist, I know It is my duty to be a productive and responsible shinobi. The title I have been given, White Fang, it is a big set of shoes to fill, but I am more than up for the task. I know that from now on there is no room for mistakes, thats why I intend to make none. I intend to make my clan proud to call me a member, my village proud to call me a shinobi, and hopefully, make you proud to call me your student. LT sensei, I will not fail your expectations." Yamatano said, once more breaking into a low bow.

LT's brown eyes turned into the blood red glare of the Sharingan. As far as Yamatano can tell, LT seemed to disappear from his seated position and reappear right in front of him instantly. With one hand LT grabbed Yama's collar and hoisted the boy off of the ground so LT and Yama could see eye to eye. "Yama!.... I am so very proud of you, and i am honored to have you as one of my students. As far as your duty goes, I expect nothing but the best from you, as the bare minimum." LT set the boy down and patted him on the head. "I have high expectations for you, and i know you will not fail me, but that is not the reason why i am hard on you. I dont want you to meet my expectations, I dont want you or Kai, or that new girl in your squad to meet them at all.... I want you to surpass them. I want you to be better than the ones that came before you." LT sighed and wiped a smudge mark from Yama's mist head band. "The reason why i am so much more strict with you Yama, is because when i was little, my best friend and squad mate was from the same house you were from. He had the same attitude and demeanor that you do.... I guess what im trying to say is i dont want what happened to him, to happen to you."
