BLacKeMoSAdneSS: alright a couple things
1. what is hoton? do you mean hyouton (ice release) or doton(earth release) if it's hyouton then you have to app for the bloodline, if it's doton that's fine, but you can only start with one element, and medical jutsus do count as an element in this guild
2. you do not start off with any jutsus except for the three starting ones given in the skeleton, also are the three jutsu that you listed actually in the guild? if they are customs please submit them to the custom jutsu sub-forum
3. Your weapon, when you say it's "like a boomerang" is it a boomerang or what, if it has any extraordinary abilities you will have to submit it to the custom weapons sub-forum, if it's just a boomerang don't worry about it though
And no you do not have to have a flak jacket unless you want one

just a few issues
1. Your chakra level would be low since you don't have a bloodline or clan
2. You can have up to three elements, of course if all you want is raiton that's fine too
3. I didn't see your app for the snake summoning, if you want to be a snake summoner you will have to app for it first
4. Jutsus: you have Raiton mastered which is correct, but you also can have up to 30 other jutsu either elemental or non, but of course if you would prefer to learn thme in the rp, that's fine too

Born and raised within Sunagakure of the Hidden Sand Village. Talyon was the only child born to her parents, who were not ninja's but worked within the medical facilities. Talyon entered into the academy to train in the ways of the ninja. A couple weeks after she entered the academy Talyon wondered in the desert playing with her friends. As they played Talyon ended up falling into a hole within the sand and had fallen into a kind of cavern, inside the cavern was nothing but a large scythe weapon. 4. shinobi special skills: you have to ask for these and it wouldn't be things given by your bloodline/clan or shinobi type or anything like that, it's skills unique to the character itself, also any poison coating you want for weapons will have to be apped for in the custom weapons forum
5. jutsus: you will only start off with the three basic jutsu given in the profile skeleton

I've changed her to academy Student and also I only posted what Elements she would have. I haven't posted up any Jutsu for the Elements so she hasn't learned anything, I only posted two elements to show you which ones I'll be using.
For battle strength I didn't mention her being faster then anyone, she's just faster then normal because of her class and One Hit Critical means that her first strikes are always her most powerful.
Shinobi skills... You have to apply to be Smart (Tactician) an Affective fighter with a weapon and flexible (Assassin)? That just seems kind weird because none of those are very special and they all match with her Ninja type/class. I've also removed the poison because I wouldn't ever use poison. But I'll change it to match her bloodline if what I have is still wrong.

only a few issues: 1. your chakra level would actually be high, all demon hosts and bloodline/clan heads have high level chakra 2. you also do not start off knowing any taijutsu styles, though you can choose to start off with the three starting jutsu on the profile skeleton

Ah okay. Do I get rid of the basic Doton jutsu too? And I edited everything else.
