Kain hadnt thought about that. Nor did he think of any names yet. Not just yet. He scratched his goatee where it still itched and moved his icy blue eyes elsewhere in the room for the moment. He didnt even seem to put much thought into it. Not the naming part. "Of course...I vould love to teach zhem. Anyzhing for you." Kain gave a gentle nuzzle which turned into a rough one against Akita's cheek. "Zhe names... Zhose vill come to me vhen zhe time is right." Kain moved a little bit from his position next to Akita to sit up next to her. He targeted Akita's belly and closed in for a hug around it. A part of him wanted to keep it warm. He rubbed and kissed Akita's belly to pay attention to the group while the bundle was still in a group. "Ich werde Sie bald sehen, meine Lieben."
Vempyremon looked away a little from the door, then towards the steps. Lance made his way besides Lanie and scratched his head a little bit. He was expecting a lecture for not being able to protect Akita or Lanie from Kain and waited to see what the next plan was. Vempyremon seemed almost through with it. She didnt want to deal with it any more until Akita recovered from the birth. She said nothing and just motioned and threw her hands towards the ground showing that she didnt want to have any part in their scheme. Vempyremon slipped inside past the busted up door to exit to her room to rest finally.

Akita smiled at Kain's acceptance to teach them, "I would love nothing more than to help with that task but we know I am not capable." It somewhat stung to know she wouldn't have much of a hand in teaching her children about flight as she tucked her 'gimp' wing under her as well as she could. "Yes, names is something that will come in time. I have a few ideas in mind though in preparation for that." She held still and closed her eyes with a content smile as Kain spoke in his native tongue to young. They'd grow up with both tongue around them, they'd probably end up understanding more than Akita in the end. She giggled softly, "I'll have to try to learn German alongside the children."
Lucus shook his head, he was at a loss. It would be wrong to hunt down Kain for Akita. And it would be wrong to tell Akita about what had happened. At least at the moment. "Come now.. Inside." Slipping past the door he got inside and ruffled Lanie's hair catching sight of Lance. "Did anything else happen while I was away?"

Kain bit his lip for some reassurance of his nervousness. Some people like to argue that Kain wears lipstick. By how many times he bites and sucks on his own lip out of anger and stress, it would have worn off by now if it WAS lipstick. It was a true mystery... Kain held his head close to Akita's stomach as if trying to listen for anything. A small noise or a meep or some kind of movement, all while he looked at Akita with her eyes closed...or what he could see of her with her breasts in the way at his angle. He twitched his nose a little bit at the awkward view.
Lance stood there but didnt exactly know what to say to his father under the pressure that they were under already. "N-no..." He kept his head bowed low. "What of the door?" A part of him wanted to touch Lanie, too. But seeing Vempyremon back down and Lance angry from the door, he just wanted to stay simple and dark.

Akita had been laying there with a content look for some time before her face gave a slight shift to show some kind of displeasure. "Hn..." She mumbled, if she has drifted off to sleep during that time her nap was obviously over, "Kain.." She gave a quick and sharp breath, shifting a bit to try for find a new position that would be comfortable without moving too much. "Kain.. Please..." She winced a bit, she didn't want to alarm him but that was pretty unavoidable, "Kain please.. please call a doctor.. somebody..I think.. I think they've decided they want to meet their father."
Lucus ushered Lanie over to Lance and sighed. "Your mother is a bit scratched up and stressed but fine otherwise.." He looked over his shoulder at the door and made a bit of a sour face. "I have nothing I can do about it at this moment. I'll have to go place a call. Once I am done that I will see if your mother wishes for my company. I shall see soon son." Lucus gave a small nod before making his way down the hall towards his office.

Whether it was a joke or not, Kain didnt take it too lightly and immediately brought his head up off Akita's stomach, looked at her and saw the sudden discomfort within her expression. His eyes nearly popped out of his head, if that were possible and quickly, very suddenly burst out of the room with some new regenerated energy that wasnt there before. With a gigantic leap, Kain jumped from the top of the stairs to the bottom and raced to undo the two tiny door locks and yank open the door, nearly off it's hinges, and cried out "HILFE. HILFE!" Most coincidentally, Abel had been waiting outside to get in and Kain ended up screaming in his ear. Before Abel could react to nearly going deaf, Kain grabbed Abel by the collar and shook him until his mask fell off. "Holt einen Arzt." Again, Abel couldnt react before Kain gave him a shove to get going so he could climb back up the stairs to get by Akita's side. It took him several tries to try and climb up the stairs, stumbling over his knees and eventually resorting to climbing up the rest of the stairs on hands and feet to hurry to get back into the room.
Lance turned around to step away from the doorway, when he was stopped by the sudden loud shouting that even he could hear from all the way over there. His ears twitched and turned his head just slightly to see an orange and white blob run down the street. He didnt know what was going on, and cocked his head to the side instead.

Akita had sat herself up somewhat. The blankets of the bed forming a kind of nest around her, she'd ended up pulling them close trying to get comfortable. She now lay there with her hands on her stomach taking slow and deep breaths trying to calm her self and prepare for what was to come. Ever so often she'd let a soft cry slip. Somewhere in her head she imagined what to come would feel worse than the loss of her arm and wing, at least those limbs went numb after some time.
Lanie slipped away back to the door and stuck her head out to look down into the streets. "Somebody is being quite noisy.." her ears perked up trying to listen for what the voice was saying.

Kain made it back into the room and fell next to the bedside. He wasnt a doctor and didnt know how to help. The only thing he could have given was, of course, support. And while Abel was out fetching a doctor, Kain did just that and made an immediately grab for one of her hands with both of his own. "Atmen...Atemzüge." His reassurance may not have been much, but the time that it took for the doctor to get there, it was surely worth it. It felt like forever in the small amount of time, as everyone sped up their movements to act quickly. What other doctor would have possibly been there quicker than Cameron? Despite what he knows and what he wont say, this was just another routinely drill for him.
Lance kept his eyes on the scrambling scene in the streets. He kind of figured what was going on, but it was not his place to get involved or feel interested. He grabbed Lanie by the hand, having to kneel down a bit, to get her attention and lead her off. "It's nothing... Lanie, would you like to play Scrabble?" Despite her answer, Lance led her off anyway. There was nothing more to see on the streets.

After what seemed like forever Akita that 'trial' was finally over. She'd done it. She lay there, exhausted and yet still smiling as she look onto her young which were nestled beside her in the warmth and security of the blankets. "I did it Kain.. we did." She whispered softly, reach out to carefully stroke the ears of one of the babies, "I'm a mother.. finally a mother.." If she had the strength left in her she'd have cried. Right now all her body wanted to do was sleep though.
Lanie's ears perked up to Lance's question, "Scrabble? Sure!" She was still learning how to spell some of the words properly but doing something that forced her to spell, what better way to learn. In a Royal's household after all it always seemed like a game of trying to impress those around you, learning how to spell things proper quickly had to help Lanie in the long run.

It was a tensing, traumatic experience, but now that it was over, it was a huge relief, and if Akita didnt die from all the work she had to do, Kain would have from his weak heart, no thanks to that frightful stab wound. But the relief felt great; Kain felt great, with his mouth open slightly and focus intently on the new little puffballs on the bed. If it werent for Cameron stepping forward, Kain would have stood there all day, looking dumbfounded. And if Cameron werent a doctor, Kain would have strangled him by now for what he started to do; Cameron reached over to the massive bundle and picked up one of the smaller ones of the group ever so carefully. He tilted his head a little bit an examined it close, being able to hold the thing with just two hands, despite how small his hands were to begin with. The one's head he held felt almost limp, but it squirmed lightly but kind of weakly. "I'm worried about this one. You may have to watch it." Cameron only had to use one finger to pet its head, which was still soft and brittle. "Of course...with a big litter, there always has to be the weakest one. This one didnt seem to get enough nutrition while the others took it all."

As tired as she was Akita watched the doctor handling the small child. She couldn't help but feel that it was her own fault since in the end it was her body that was nurturing the children. "Thank you for the warning.. She will be watch closely.. And thank you for your help Cameron.." Akita's words were no more than a whisper as she fought to keep her eyes open. She of course wanted to stay awake and spend time with the little ones but there would be plenty of time for that once she'd recovered of course. Akita made a small muffling noise as she half buried her face in the pillow. Sleep had finally won.

Despite the angry look Kain was giving Cameron for touching his child, Cameron hardly felt offended or fazed by it. In fact...it was Cameron who decided to return the angry glare with a squint. He knew how guilty Kain was, but knew he wouldnt have remember a thing. It was a little staredown between the two before Cameron spoke again, "...Kain." Kain made a gesture towards the sheets to put the kid down but Cameron shook his head, keeping his eyes on Kain just because he was still wary of him. "I want to at least see if I could make this one healthier in the mean time. You are...welcome to come with me if you dont trust me." Despite Cameron being trustworthy, he didnt trust Kain at all right now, and in the back of his head, he thought "...I'm not about to let this clumsy fool into my lab." Kain shook his head as well as a response. He wanted to stay there with Akita and the new children and didnt want Cameron taking that one anywhere with him alone, even though he may be right to try and help it. Even though, Akita was conked out now, Cameron spoke quietly to Kain, and Kain alone, "You have to make up for what you did sometime. I advise you let me do this." Cameron may have been a creepy guy...who experimented on others for his own pleasure and experience, but he'd never harm a child. Even his silent glare with darkened, tired eyesockets was kind of nerve-wrecking.

Akita slept. And slept. Her body needed it greatly. Akita herself had no idea how long she's been out for when she opened her eyes slowly, the entire world seemed to be fuzzy. "Kain..?" she sat up some, propping herself up with an arm while she rubbed her sleepy eyes. "How long has it been...?" She still felt like she could have slept more but she'd awoken to a terrible sting on hunger since she herself hadn't eaten anything since before she left for Lucus' manor with Ooy. Carefully she sat in all the way, making sure to be careful in case any of the little ones were around her. She felt so relieved, and about 50 pounds lighter.

Kain had pulled up a chair the moment Cameron left and just watched Akita while she slept. Surprisingly, he was able to manage with bottle feeding while she was out. They didnt seem to move much either, as they were tired too. All tried to kick and push each other away to stretch out. For those few days that Akita was out, Kain was fully entertained. But...still worried. "Zhey're all safe...But zhat doctor took one away." As if it were becoming a nervous habit, Kain pet his goatee, stood up and made his way over towards the bed to kneel down next to it. "Bist du gut?"
In the lab, with Abel, Cameron was sure to watch over the one newborn that he took away for the meantime. He got kind of worried for it, and couldnt help but try to work a vitamin supplemented drink, of course, which was milk with a few more vitamins involved. He made sure to give the right kind of dosage for such a recent newborn. Abel was just there to make sure he didnt do anything naughty...which he didnt look like he was going to do. "N'aw...My niece is so cute. It...it is a girl, right? Nephew?" Cameron didnt respond to Abel, and picked up a small cell phone after giving some more goodies to the child and dialed some number. However he knew the number to the manor was beyond anyone's knowledge right now.
At the manor, after being able to have a good rest, Vempyremon was the one to answer the call on a cell phone. She slept for about the same amount of time that Akita did, but she was lively as ever at this point. She answered and immediately went to seek out Lucus who may or may not have been tending to his door. Whatever the circumstances, Vempyremon managed to find him and hand him the phone which containted Cameron on the other end. "This. This is a phone. It's portable and very easy to use. Oh yeah, someone wants to talk to you."

Akita gave a soft flick of her ear, "The small one he said may be unwell..?" Akita frowned a bit, not so much because it'd been taken, she knew the infant was in good hands. But because she was curious as to how it was doing. Akita shook her head a bit and gave Kain a soft smile. "I feel much better than before that's sure." She peeked over at the little ones, they were small fluffy and adorable. "I.. I wasn't awake long enough to find out how many of each.."
Lucus stared at the 'portable phone' before he took it from Vemp's hand and held it up to his ear, "Hello. Lucus. What do you want?" He really half expected to be talking to himself when he took it and began talking into it.

"Fünf. Sechs counting zhe other one." Kain rest his head against the edge of the bed, keeping himself down below on the floor and acting inferior to Akita by his low sitting stance. He reached out to the nearest one and gave it a touch; meaning for it to be a pet, but it was more like a poke. "Er heißt...Wolfram" It was the little blue one that stood out amongst the rest of them with bright colors. That name seemed to ring a bell, and it felt like it fit when Kain looked at him just right. With his head on the bed, Kain looked up at Akita, which almost seemed like he tried to give puppy dog eyes, curious about what she thought.
Of course, it was Cameron on the other line, still with the other child that he's been trying to revive a little bit from it's weak status. He gives Abel a sort of eyeing look. He's not used to anyone being in his lab that isnt there to be treated. "Oh...Yes, mister Lucus. I have called you to tell you that Akita has already given birth. This does not mean you can inform her of the horrible news so soon because of this. You may, perhaps, want to figure out how you're going to actually say it. I will be there to make sure you dont exaggerate what really happened. I would still love to keep an eye on Vempyremon."
