"I'm ok, just... can't move..." Zen muttered, almost in an embarrassed squeak. Ky rolled her eyes and made a swish of her staff to clean Zen up to how he looked before the transformation. "there, now you don't have to wait for your hair to grow back to make out with her."

As soon as Javor released him and left, Akutenshi fell into a sitting position, placing his hands on his chest. He frowned, staring down at himself. He didn't seem to care there were still a bunch of monsters running amok at the moment.
At least, until one came straight for him. Jumping to his feet, Akutenshi attacked the thing. It looked like he was merely slashing the air, but it was only when the thing was inches from Akutenshi's face did the thing split in two. Seeing that was a more delayed reaction than normal, he cursed inwardly at himself. The effects of part of his soul getting ripped out, as well as Javor pulling out a bit of his magic, were starting to show.

"It's...ah...it's okay," Angela said, unable to look him in the eye. Especially after Ky restored his appearance and made a snarky remark about the two of them. Damnit! Why was everyone making fun of them? Angela tried to wriggle free but Zen was rather heavy and she was completely pinned beneath him.
She couldn't get that kiss out of her head which was frustrating because he wasn't Zen--only it was. Kind of. But not. She could feel her face burning. "I...um...I know that wasn't you before so...please don't worry about that." Or ever mention it again. Ever. Let's just pretend it neeeeever happened.
Despite what she was saying, her mind was going in a completely different direction. She was still rather preoccupied with the part where Aetra had claimed kissing her was an 'unexpressed desire' of Zen's. And the part where Zen had previously said Aetra didn't lie. She was trying very, very hard to ignore this but it was rather difficult with him actually on top of her and their faces mere inches apart.

(( rofl Angela needs to look out for getting mono xD))
Demons are not particularly intelligent. One would have expected them to notice random members of the mob falling prey to a large white bird, but Basti got ignored for the most part. He had narrowly avoided being grabbed several times, but overall, he had been able to thin the herd unmolested. However, his wings were growing tired, and he was covered in whatever it was that passed for blood in a demon's body. Deciding to fall back briefly, he drove his beak into one more set of eyes before wheeling around to return to the group.
When he set down, he noticed that several things had changed. Des was nowhere to be seen, but there was a fireball about as wide as Basti was long hovering around Cheeva. Surveying the rest of the group, he saw Zen (now back to his regular appearance) laying on top of Angela, both looking rather sheepish and red-faced. The bird cocked his head in curiosity, wondering what in the world had happened to create this predicament.

Cheeva shivered despite the heat Des was giving off. That wasn't a good sign. She chewed her lip and silently cursed herself. She'd gotten carried away again. Things had happened too fast. She'd forgotten how drained she'd been. With a little sigh Cheeva fell, face first, into the ground.

Des saw Cheeva fall and did the equivalent of a fireball frown. That is, there was absolutely no outward difference at all because, well, fireballs can't frown. Period.
He wasn't sure he'd completely recovered but he couldn't protect her very well in this form so he'd have to try. His flames flared outward spiraled to the ground as his demi-human body rematerialized and stepped out of them.
Glancing down, he noted that the wound in his shoulder hadn't fully healed but his body had neutralized most of the poison. He wasn't in the best shape but he wasn't exactly helpless either.
He knelt beside Cheeva. He still wasn't exactly why he was so determined to protect her--considering she hated his guts and had threatened to kill him. And had hit him at least twice. He smiled slightly. But she was amusing and interesting. Especially for a mortal.
"You still awake Kitty?" he asked, unsure if she was unconscious or not. He gently rolled her over to check.

"I'd get off, but I literally can't..." Zen muttered, trying to hold up his head. He doubted he could stand.
Asaiyo finally wrenched him off Angela, nearly falling over while Zen grabbed at one of his arms to stay partially standing.
"We better get back inside, and freeze over Kall." Zen told Ky, who nodded. "Some rest would be nice..." She added, and offered to help up Angela.

Cheeva rolled her eyes. Unfortunately it was hidden by the ground. "No, no I'm not Des. I'm truly enjoying the little nap I'm taking in the...whatever this is. Yes, I'm enjoying my intimate new acquaintance with the ground." She tried to sit up but her arms simply shook and she face-planted again. "O-ow..."

Angela accepted Ky's hand and pulled herself to a standing position and right around that time was when Aku's seal wore off and her powers fizzled slightly and reluctantly returned to their sleeping state.
"Damn," she muttered, wincing slightly. "Thank you Ky."
**
Des grinned slightly. "Well, as much I hate to interrupt an obviously private moment between you and your new best friend, I really don't think this is the right time for you two to get to know each other."
He pulled Cheeva to her feet and then into his arms, despite that his shoulder was screaming in protest at the idea of carrying anyone--regardless how small she was.

Akutenshi decided it was time to go deal with Toshi before he did anything he would regret. Glancing around, he spotted him not too far off, still holding onto Inutai quite protectively. He frowned and stood, quickly marching over to him. Without so much as a warning, Akutenshi quickly knocked out Toshi and took Inutai from him, who seemed to have fallen asleep. As soon as Toshi was out, his wings disappeared. With a heave, the man managed to get him onto his shoulder, still holding Inutai with his other arm.
He made his way towards Zen, Ky, and the others and simply said, "Could someone take Inutai? It's rather difficult carrying two people at once."

"I'll take him."Ky said, taking the boy off of Aku before poofing everyone inside Tintagil, but still outside a building. She didn't know her way around too much, and only made it up the stairs to the rose wood double doors of Zensekai's home. The courtyard below had many lairs of stairs and platforms she was glad they didn't have to walk up. The doors opened for Zen, and Asaiyo proceeded to drag him inside the overly decorated lobby. Ky laughed at Zen, and asked "where's the rooms in this maze?" "Upstairs, on the third floor, on the left... that's the suites..." He mumbled, feeling woozy. "And where do I dump you?" Asaiyo tried to haul him up a winding grand staircase across the lobby. "4th floor, that's my floor. You can take an elevator you know..." Zen pointed to one from the lobby.

Javor looked around with great interest as he followed everyone inside. These people were funny. Though they looked kind of beat up. The bird man was fine. Angela was fine, the unimportant blonde lady was fine and the man with weird red hair was fine (he had this very strong urge to go and mess up his hair just because he was wondering if it actually felt like real hair). Everyone else was either damaged or unable to move.
"This place is quite shiny," he observed.
"Just who the hell are you anyway?" Angela asked, glaring at him.
He frowned. "I'm Javor. I think I said that already." He looked at Ky and Aku. "I said that, right?"
Des ignored Javor. He didn't know what an elevator was but he inferred from Zen that it could get up him upstairs fast and he really wanted to rest and find a place for Cheeva to rest. So he headed in the direction that Zen pointed.

Akutenshi thanked Ky as she took Inutai. When they moved locations yet again, the man glanced around the lobby in amazement. He was stopped, however, by Javor asking him something. "Oh, yes, you did," he gladly replied. He wanted to go exploring, but decided to follow Des instead. He needed to put Toshi somewhere to rest, after all. "Wait for me!"

Basti stood up, wondering why he hadn't shed his feathers earlier. Oh. Right. The blood, etc. that he was covered in didn't smell nearly as bad to him as a bird. That, and now his clothes were covered in it, which wouldn't have happened if he'd had the sense to get washed before changing. He wrinkled his nose at the smell and looked around at their new location, which was pretty much just inside.
"Yeah, it is pretty shiny...When exactly did you get here, anyway?" Basti cocked his head and glanced curiously at Javor.

Asaiyo hit the button on the glass elevator in a hidden corner or the lobby. He was glad it was quite large inside, with mirrors on the walls and total of around 12 floors, some of which needed keys to be gotten to.
"4th floor right?" "Yeah!" Zen wriggled, showing him which button it was, since they were all in his language. Ky came in with Inu, and looked at Javor. "Why are you still here?"
