Tifa - FFVII (Can't stand her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Rinoa - FFVIII (she annoyed me so much)
Squall - FFVIII (Only towards the end when he turned into Mr. Mushy)
Kairi - Kingdom Hearts (I just wanted to slap her)

Rinoa from FF8 and that young girl from the first Kingdom Hearts game. ANY female character who cant' pull her own weight in a game isnt' worth playing.

GeeForce Jaxaelin Uh, worst female in terms of personality? Uh, Maiev from Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne I guess. Stalker whore. Shewassoannoying. D:< URGH~ Me ahtes her. She was so obsessed taht it was nearly sick. I know, right? Everything about her just screamed to me "SPACE FILLER!" That, and she was so bad she managed to get the WHOLE FRIGGING CAST to hate her by the end of the night elf campaign. At least, those who didn't hate her already. Stupid b***h. ):

Me I honestly think that Princess Peach is the worst Zelda's cool especially as Sheik. But Krystal from the Star Fox games can ba a pain too.

See, I always LIKED Marle from Chrono Trigger. I mean, she gets some good ice-based spells that totally rock, not to mention the combo she does with Lucca (Antipodes 1, 2 and 3), and her healing magic is top notch. Story wise, she fills the part of the girly girl. Lucca and Ayla are there to suppor that with brains and brawn, respectively.
LOL Ayla's 'magic' is more annoying; she gets that stupid healing kiss that makes her look like a tramp.

I'd have to agree with the few people that said Rinoa from FFVIII. Though I don't hate her character completely, she was rathering annoying. Shion from the Xenosaga series could be rather whiny and wishy-washy at some points that I wanted to slap her.

Sure, she isn't physically that strong, but hey, neither am I. She did try to overthrow a government here. Sure, didnt' have all her plans together, but she tried. I think Selphie was a far worse, air headed character in that particular game. But yeah, I agree with the Kairi comments - what a truly lame character. She was one of the few major reasons I can't stand KH...there are a few other issues though as well. Lyon in Suikoden V also bugged me - she reminded me too much of a puppy dog lapping at your heels.

Tifa from FF and her in ehrgieze, she just really sucked in that game, Navi from LoZ (what she was a female and extremely annoying), I think of more later, right now it's too early in the morning.

Lilabella The most annoying character is Okuni from Samurai Warriors...Her voice is soooooo obnoxious, and she can't attack for anything. dont dis okuni! her english voice suks yes but her japanese voice rocks and her attacks are cool!
