Xanthos looked up at Rin and smiled sheepishly. "I'm perfectly fine, you don't have to worry. My stomach is just upsetting me right now." He chuckled and looked up at the building.
Jaxxon rolled his eyes and started pulling Xan into the restaurant, nodding to Micha. "Don't lie Xan. You're acting like you smelled, saw, tasted, or sensed blood." Jaxxon listened to what Rin said and became even more confused. How do you feel thoughts?

"Alright."Rin said out loud as she walked through the door and into the resteraunt.
I don't know how to describe it really.It's sorta like I pick up on your emotions and figments of thought.Than I put them together and get words I guess.I mean I used to know but now it's just habit. Rin thought to Jax as she shrugged her shoulders.
"Table for,"Micha paused to count."Five please."Micha said to the waitress.
With a smile Micha followed the waitress to their table and pulled out a chair for Ann.

Tylor had enough of waiting and stepped into Kikyo's office, his anger quite apparent in his movement. As Tylor walked forward, he stopped in front of Kikyo and leaned over to meet his helmet's eyes to her's and spoke with frustration.
"Is this how you deal with your problems Kikyo? By just telling them to go away? By firing them?"
In Tylor's mind, Kikyo was still a child and at times her rule was questionable in certain situations like this one where it seemed she was just having a temper tamptrum. Tylor couldn’t stand to see people fired for what he put forward, so he openly said.
"If you should get rid of anyone Kikyo, it should be me since I was the one to put the act forward."

Ann raised an eyebrow at what Jax said. Saw, taste, and sensed blood? Maybe it's the whole vegetarian thing. Shrugging at the though, she let Micha guide her to the table. She smiled at his gesture, "My, aren't you the gentleman." Taking the seat, she looked over at everyone as they took theirs. Ann never expected meeting such a group when she left her apartment this morning, and all because she was thirsty.

This in turn was a good thing for PAAB since with Tylor's leave; it would no longer have ties to Kikyo directly, though it would cease to get government funding. PAAB was still very much part of the government, but during the time when Kikyo wasn't the leader of humanity, PAAB acquired several laws that made it quite difficult to change any PAAB related issues and even the laws that protected them. Tylor was a key figure in PAAB and if Kikyo fired him, he would only be fired from his duty being her bodyguard and not fired from PAAB. During PAAB's first few years, it managed to absorb a large amount of government power from both the FBI and CIA, giving them external immunity. Internally, PAAB was weak and could easily be brought down by a high ranking PAAB official from the inside. Tylor worked stressfully to make sure no PAAB officers were weak to Kikyo's influence and Tylor had personally made sure he had their support over Kikyo's to secure PAAB. There was still several under the table ties PAAB had with the FBI and CIA that would legally give money indirectly to PAAB, but operations would be slightly hindered because of Kikyo's actions of firing Tylor.
Tylor stood up fully and saluted Kikyo before turning around and leaving her office. What Kikyo had said did affect Tylor slightly since he didn't truly know if he judged Kikyo on her leadership or her age. That didn't matter anymore; Kikyo wasn't Tylor's responsibility anymore, though he still felt obliged to protect her. Tylor didn't know why, maybe because Kikyo reminded him of her; they both had similar personalities, as well as being head strong. These thoughts were pushed aside; Kikyo was no longer an asset, but a liability. This was going to create problems since now PAAB needed to go on the political defensive to stop Kikyo from tearing the organization a part. There were plans for such a day like this and Tylor would have to set them in action to protect PAAB. The plan consisted of several agents doing the organization's duties and plans; while the rest of the PAAB agents’ would keep an eye on the officers to make sure their influenced wasn't affected by Kikyo. Tylor opened the final door out of the building and as if on cue, a PAAB transport drove up to the sidewalk and opened up. Tylor stepped inside and issued the hand sign for go, causing the transport to close and drive off down the road.

Kikyo's gaze drifted to the window. She sighed and slumped down in her chair, as her head slammed down on the desk.
"Great! I just ruined any possibilities on having a semi-normalish life! UGH!!!!" She yelled, a little frustrated. "I shouldn't have taken control of the human race..."
'You took an opportunity no one else could get.' a voice in her head reminded her.
"Yeah right..." she sighed, trying to think of a way to get all the paper work done in time for when they'd be needed.
'If you say so...' the voice answered in reply.

Rin sat down to Micha who was sitting across from Ann.Already she was picking up and the differences in his mind.She was trying to pick it apart wihtout him noticing.She took a deep breath and decided to let it drop for now.Slowly Rin released the slight grip she had on his mind.Rin sighed out loud as she felt those strange urges for blood lessen and than disapper.
"Thank you."Micha said blushing slightly as he took his own seat across from Ann.He leaned back in his chair with a sigh.Than he felt something in his mind let go.He immediatly sat up and looked at Rin.Who is she?He thought now able to sence the power coming from her.He quickly relaxed as fast as he could.
"So what'll it be?Lunch is on me."

Jaxxon took his seat and watched as Xanthos sat next to him. He looked at his brother and could see him get a slight tint of green in his face. He grabbed Xanthos and pulled him on his lap and looked around the table. He wrapped one arm around Xan's stomach and one hand over only his nose. He leaned forward and whispered in his brothers ear. "Don't breath through your nose. We've worked on this. You'll be fine." He smiled at the others and slowly took his hand from Xan's nose and wrapped that arm around his brother's stomach as well. "Ah, we'll pay for ourselves. I don't feel comfortable ever being indebted, no matter how little. No offense intended."

Tylor now made his work at the PAAB headquarters out of town, the same place where the camps were being built. Now that PAAB was no longer connected to Kikyo's office, there were no longer political barriers stopping the camps. PAAB bought up the land and already had a license for it, now the camps were being turned schools by PAAB for the Abnormally Gifted. Camps couldn't be built to force freaks to join, so schools that would pay not only to teach them, but to provide guidelines on appropriate uses of their powers and abilities. This was PAAB's plan B just in case Tylor had failed convincing Kikyo otherwise. Using state of the art teaching and learning technology, it was PAAB's hope to instill decency and morals into all freaks so their powers wouldn't harm other individuals or be used to exploit the public system. Some of the methods used could be considered cruel, but none were lethal or physically threatening.
Tylor was going to work at the first school to be built as a standard instructor, but he didn't like the ideas PAAB was coming up with. This school plan sounded too forgiving, it needed to be stricter in order to instill morals. There was obviously something greater at work that PAAB had planned, but Tylor failed to see it right now. This same project was started a long time, but back then it was a training program to train freaks into a task force elite, made for taking down other freaks. Tylor was part of the program and he was there when the program failed; would this one fail too?

Kikyo decided that doing paperwork was over rated. She was asked by her secretary of when she decided this. Kikyo responded with,
"Shortly after starting." that got her secretary in hysterics. When she went home, Kikyo looked at the clock. Another half hour before the paperwork from firing half her workers would be needed at the working agency. She looked at Tyler's form and sighed. His was going straight to PAAB headquarters. She then yelled out in frustration. She had fired her only trusted messenger. She kicked her desk and threw half the pile of papers on the ground.

[Sorry. Long story sort, random mother's day vacation. But I'm back now.^^]
"Uh...well...I....um...." The conversation was bunching so much Ann couldn't speak up. She had enough to pay for herself and maybe another person. But she figures that if Micha really wanted to, then she might as well enjoy it. She looked at the menu for a bit. The first thing she noticed was the price of the meals. She wanted to speak up, but figured that Micha made up his mind about paying. So the next task to tackle was what to eat? "Yeah, I need a minute too." Ann finally said, she figured that the least she could do is to get something that didn't cost so much.
