The fact is, plainly, no one is able to use natural chakra as it is. What you want is quite different from what's fact: natural chakra is different from human chakra. So, it's not a matter of wanting Sage chakra or not. It's simply because there's no other option. I brought up the statue business only because it's a prime example of a very bad effect even when only intaking natural chakra as it is. So, as Sage mode isn't looking to exist, then no, people aren't able to tap into natural energies as they please.
Chakra absorption technique already exists.
Actually, Kouri, Dragon and Phoenix contracts is an ancient ban. I asked Kenk way back then. He allowed me to have Kousei, though, but as for contracts I had to settle for Genbu instead. Even though dragons would've so fit the Senju as Uchiha is represented by the phoenix... =|

Sasuke has the Hawk summons... close enough to the phoenix. So maybe Uchiha have Hawks? And if I had a uchiha, I wouldn't argue against banning Mangekyou... I actually find it annoying. Though, I wouldn't mind seeing Izanagi being used... And Senju could have... Komodo Dragons? Okay well I had finally chosen a clan I wanted to be part of, but the problem is, I can't find the owner. Iida Clan. It says the owner is MitsukiNeko, but I can't find them in the members listing or even general search. Do I just pm the person who posted it, then? sweatdrop ((It was posted a while back)

If you want to join an unowned clan, you have to be prepared to be the new owner of the clan. It's not as ~~OMG~~ as it sounds, you just have to be responsible for accepting new members and maybe thinking up a clan story and stuff like that. You also have to post your clan up for tweaking when we start doing that XD

Okay so like, I see you have some closed forums, and I got the most awesome idea for one of them, SUMMONING WORLD.
So, when ever a summoner goes to the summoning world, they just go to Mount Myōboku thread, or what ever and just rp there! ^^
You get me right? o-o
Oh and, according to Narutopedia, you can actually walk, via secret paths, to Mount Myōboku O_O So, Summoning lands are in the human world... Meaning the Summoning World would actually be "Summoning Lands" But uh, summoning world sounds better XD
