my mom and dad cant get enough of it wen i put i cd in my stereo and put it sorta low volume they tell me to turn it up or i get grounded lmfao rofl rofl

buzzybugg that and they are old and the general population of parents are not used to bands like lp , korn etc..they prefer bands like the beatles My parents listen to the older rock bands (like Led Zepplin) but they do like Linkin Park.

my parents love lp because there use to me listening to death metal and all that stuff about killing and thign thenthey listen to them and there like what a change it is soo nice lol

My parents hate LP. They don't want me listening to it cuz it somehow inspires me to talk back to them a lot. But it shows how I actually feels! They can be dumb

Parents don't always have common sense by the way.....Sometimes they don't know how much LP can help us. Yes, for the majority of things parents know what they are talking about. But if my mom told me not listen to Lp i would say "******** you b***h" and then BLAST Linkin Park (and im not a rebellious kid either)Yeah I understand, Some parents don't exacly know how to be parents. Or sometimes they over-react, under-react, underestimate, hold the bar of acceptance too high for us to make, and seem stupid, but alot of them try so i just let off. And Yes, I also understand that not LP (no intended offence) but music in general helps you in MANY ways, And I would do the same thing if my parents (mom) wouldn't let me listin to slayer

My mom freaking loves Numb/Encore and Breaking the Habit... but she doesn't like the "Loud" stuff, and my Dad loves the music Video for PTS.OF.ATHRTY and BTH

my parents dont care i usually have LP music blasting out 0f my room but one time i was with my friend and her mom and i had just gotten the meteora cd (this was a long time ago) and when dont stay started she was like wat the ******** we literally stopped in the middle of the highway she was like
"maria wat is that"??????!?!?!?!?!
i was like.... MUSIC....
she was like thats the devils muci and w/e they have subliminal messages if u listen to them back wards she then asked me if my parents let me listen to them i was like yes and she was likes im going to have a talk with them...but i guess i learned my lesson next time i go to my friends house and when her mom is driving us to the mall or movies to bring my cd player so i wont bother her but i odnt no wat the big deal is i find that stupid
to me linkin park songs have true meaning... not like that spanish music she always listens to....(daddy yankee) and a bunch of reggeton....arghhhh!!!!!i hate it...

well luckily my parents don't care wat i listen to as long that it ups my additude in things cuz when they had a voice over my actions i was rebelling cuz i smoked pot and was a meth addict and i did a lot of crazy stuff didn't go to school and a lot of other things but i went to rehab and stuff and changed my whole life... biggrin
