EDIT: Really? No one wants to guess this one? What if I add that he loves soccer(football) and asks the Quidditch referee to give someone a red card at a first year Quidditch game.

Dean was the artist. He was the one that offered to forge Uncle Vernon's signature for Harry's permission form for Hogsmeade, but Harry had already told McGonagall that he didn't have a signed form.
Dean believed he was Muggleborn, but Jo said on her website he was really a half-blood.
Dean was Ginny's boyfriend. I would've thought that HBP beat that idea into everyone's head as Harry agonized over the fact.
And who else would shout out, "Red card, ref!" at a Quidditch game?
Anyway... Does someone else want to post up a clue? I'm tired right now, and I can't think of one off the top of my head.
