With my planned broadcast, I think I'll simply contact Professor Xavier privately for sanity's sake. Arrow, I'll wire a copy to your JLA Satellite, if that's acceptable. But for the abridged version, It seems that most of IO is officially in custody... or dead. All of you did what was necessary to save lives. Unfortunately, approximately half of the one hundred and forty tests subjects did not survive. Forty-eight survivors have been recovered of which thirty-nine are still in ICU recovering from their transformations. The other nine survivors seem to be fully stable with extra-ordinary abilities and powers. With the count of seventy-two dead teens, there are twenty missing and not accounted for.
There seems to be close to eighty unaccounted for IO personnel that have appeared to escape out of nearly three thousand IO personnel and operatives. Of those not captured or dead, there are noted high-priority targets. First is Ivana's Baiul's second in command, Matthew Callahan aka Threshold. This man is a psychotic megalomaniac possessing telepathy and telekinesis. Then we have a married pair of scientists, Jack and Rose Summers. These two seem to enjoying tinkering with other people's genetics with the zeal of Dr. Josef Mengele. Another notable IO head missing is their big computer genius, Jimmy Zorn. This man is a former field agent that took direct part in a program known as Project Stonewall. Project Stonewall recruited, trained and handled programmed assassins. Before Stonewall was shut down they were enacting a operation they referred to as 'The Olympus Sanction' -- were the Teen Titans were targeted for assassination for coming across one of IO's operations. In addition to Zorn, one of the Stonewall assassins is also in the wind, a man known as Daedalus. We're still trying to piece together this man's past, but we think Daedalus was recruited for Project Stonewall from South Africa.
I would like some help trying to track these dangerous people down. With the exception of Callahan, their last location was the Nevada base of IO. Callahan was last seen in Gotham in a raid on Wayne Manor of all places."

 Skye shrugged, when she looked up to Daniel, "Not sure. We can check in with the boss, and find out if there is anything else to do. If not, we could hang out. I guess you'll need to find out more about this ... reality." Walking beside the spider-themed hero, the SHIELD agent stretched her arms over head head and bent herself to side to side and front to back.

Skye shrugged yet again. "not entirely sure what the Boss Man has in mind. He mentioned Brooklyn, so he may be referring to one of the studio apartments that he has in reserve. That could be used for some like you and be converted into a nice bachelor pad. Coulson might even set up a cover for you like an being an artist with parents footing the bills. This isn't his first rodeo."When reaching the command center, the 'Boss Man' himself greeted the pair, "Good, you're back. Goodspeed and Simmons are already working on the samples you retrieved. Well done. If you like Mr. Walker, we could discuss the matter of your living arrangements. Then, if you've a mind to, I could give you another assignment."

An unauthorised atmospheric entry had been picked up on radar & was a large ufo carrying about 2 dozen crew members.
It landed and lasered a hole in the ground near the rural new jersey/new york border.

Coulson shrugged at the question, "No eyes on any Spidermen at the moment. However, you said you need a place in Brooklyn. I actually found a possible place for you on Gerritsen Ave that borders Marine Park. Does that sound like it would be good for you?"

(Some time later....) Acting Director Phil Coulson walked into a secure conference room onboard the Helicarrier U.S.S. Nimitz. Already there, was one of his up and rising agents, Alexi Romanov. Alexi sat with his... new partner/lover. Coulson wasn't exactly sure. The lady in question was literally a woman out of time by the name of Sun Shang Xiang who was a princess from a Chinese kingdom during one of the warring states periods that China endured. The Director sat down across from the couple and slid a file over to Alexi, "I know that you have been busy helping Miss Sun get acclimated to the 21st century, but I really need you to go back to work. We have a possible lead on one of the escaped scientists from International Operations -- a Dr. Stanic Ivar. Dr. Ivar is a geneticist of the same mold of Dr. Josef Mengele. He 'specializes' in developing mutates out of normal people, and he seems to follow that goal with sadistic glee.
"I have been receiving reports about disappearing homeless and sightings of 'beast men' in Central City. Also, we have a possible sighting of Dr. Ivar there. That's where you come in. Agent Romanov, I need you to go to Central City to investigate this. If it is Ivar in Central City playing 'Dr. Moreau', put a stop to him and bring him in. Even if it isn't Ivar, something is going on there. Find out who or what is going on, and put a stop to it. Any questions?"

"Oh, if Mom and Dad could see me now." He thought with a chuckle. Well...he loved her, yeah...which in of itself was a weird feeling that he'd never thought he'd feel.
With a sigh he looked as Coulson entered the room. With a nod, he listened to the man as he contemplated the mission that was set before them. It was rather...straightforward so there wasn't a need to ask too many questions. "I imagine if things hit the proverbial fan, we should call in for backup or is it just us? Anyone of use in the area?"

Acting Director Phil Coulson grimly nodded, as he leaned forward, "Shouldn't be a problem. I'll have May fly the reinforcements, when they're needed. Depending on what you find, I could easily send a full squad of assault agents, possibly with either Agent Skye or even Songbird. I want you to be absolutely sure of your target, before you call in the Calvary.
Also in case there is any leaks at Central City Police Department as there seems to be virtually no action being taken by them, you and Miss Shang here will be going in alone to sniff out any info. I DO realize that you can both take care of yourselves. Also, I might suggest that you and your 'girlfriend' drive into Central City -- with you acting the part of an investigative reporter from the likes of the National Informer. We actually have an agent on the inside of the Informer that you can use as a contact, in case CCPD and possibly others get curious about you. Anything you'd like to adjust or tailor for this op?"

"I've spoken to both Madame Web, and the Beyonder. Neither of them really know why this dimensional collision is going on, nor can they help us fix it. So, any new missions?" Phil Coulson turned at Daniel's entrance, "Glad you could join us, Walker. Please, have a seat." Motioning toward one of the chairs, the Director waited for Daniel to take the offered seat before continuing, "Have a 'research' project for you. With us busy trying to clean up the aftermath of I.O., we need eyes on a few things going on. I was about assign an agent to look into this, but if you're up for it... I'd be grateful. Been hearing a rumor about the Gotham mafia, the Falcone Crime Family. That they are shipping in arms and armaments from AIM. I would like you to go find out what they're taking to Gotham and if it's something we need to be worried about."
