He had done what she wanted thought the light blast from Torrent waws an unexpected factor and it hurt like crazy (Am I allowed to say hell? would anyone be offended?). At least Sinestro thought she was down, while he was focused on Torrent she slowly levered herself onto her hands ignoring the pain and lashed out a sweeping kick to Sinestro's knees as he staggered she lurched to her feet and drove her elbow between his shoulder blades using her body weight to force him to the ground. With that she leaned down next to his ear and "Screamed" (Cried gives the wrong connotation so I'm using this word)

 Torrent created a wall of light and solidified it just in time to stop the beam. The beam caused the wall to crumble and sent Torrent back a few feet. That was a pitiful move on Torrent's part. Torrent got up and walked about 5 yards from BC and Sent light over to heal her wounds. Once he was done he flew up in the air. The air was his domain.

 Sentry stood on the roof watching the events unfold before him. He was looking on and waiting for a time in which he might have to step in and help. If this group could handle themselves ok he was reluctant to get involved straight away. At the moment he felt no need to move.

 Tempest laughed as she moved her legs around, getting the hang of it once again. she stopped and took a deep breath, and then turned to see the small group fighting. she saw a pretty wall of light fall apart, and saw the man with wings had been staggering a bit baclwards. she thought this amusing and then mumbled to herself."Now that ive become free, time to show my fun with such glee!" she said, right before she whist into vanishment, and then came behind the man with wings. she then grabbed hold of the wings, at the middle, and giggle. she pulled the man bacwards fast, him barely to keep up with her feet if possible. she continued to pull him back a few feet, and then quickly whirled her arms around, swinging him with her as she began to spin around. "Pretty bird boy dressed in white, lets see you REALLY take a flight!" she yelled, before going into great speed while spinning, and stayed in place while triwling around, feeling the mans weight lunge towards the side. she wasnt going to let go of him jsut yet. not until she picked up enough speed with it. Trista saw the dark blue girl pick up the man with wijngs and then tried to send somethign to her, but she went too fast, and now she had the mans wings and was swinging him around.not good... i cant get her without risking burning him! she yelled in her head, trying to figure out what she could do for that

Sinestro was not expecting such an attack, but at least his ring was keeping his brain from leaking out of his ears, dulling her sonic attack. He conjored a gag and forced her away from him so he could stand. What was Hayden doing?!
The Psycho-Pirate was annoyed that the hippie in a cape was ignoring him during the fight-you just don't DO that sort of thing, it's impolite! He leapt from his platform to stand right infron of the yellow and blue man, and tried to stare him down. "You too good to get involved in this, buddy? Or are you...afraid? Think that void'll mess thing up if'n you lift a finger? Then WHY are you even here?!" He demanded, as his mask changed from friendly to fear to rage.

 Torrent gasped as he was spinned suddenly. It was that woman he freed she would pay. He shot light at the ground in a continous beam and it shot them up like a rocket. He span and threw her at the ground. He shot two beams at her and solidified them.

Daredevil nodded at her and started for Psycho-Pirate. Just then the fast girl caught his attention again and he cursed under his breath. Just what they needed. The kid with wings seemed like he could hold his own for a little while. He turned his attention back to Psycho-Pirate, who had positioned himself in front of Sentry now. He'd have to deal with him first, then the girl. He quickly made his way towards the two, then lept behind Psycho-Pirate.

Tempest felt herself flying n the air, when she knew she wasnt supposed to, and saw that the man had thrown her down and was shooting beams of lihgt at her. she fell to the ground, and looked up to see them coming straight at her. she gasped, but then flipped back to her feet and sped out, just missing them, but getting a bit off-balanced and almost tripped. she cursed herself under her breath and then stood up straight, figuring out what she would have to do next.Trista saw Tempest come back to the rooftop and then her arms caught on fire and it grew bigger. she sent fire blasts towards the girl, but then saw it missed and went again and again, trying to distract her if anything.

Psycho-Pirate turned around, face-to-face with a new foe-the one in red. 'Even if his cowl has roswe-colored lenses, that won't help him against me!' he thought, turning the expresion on his medusa mask to one of crushing sadness...

She should have smashed that ring when she had the chance. Now she had to come up with a new plan...but it would be hard to tell anyone since she was gagged. Maybe she could get sentry to... YES! it might just work she spun around and gestured franticly at him both to get him away from Psycho-pirate and get his attention.

 Sentry stared down the Pirate for a moment, he got a knot in his stomach, and he fought back an overwhelming wave of anger that rolled over him.
He turned away and out the corner of his eye spotted the Black Canary motioning him over. Within the blink of an eye he was over beside her pulling off the gag.

Torrent smiled at Trista. He wouldn't let her die no matter what. He was waiting for Tempest atterntion to go to Trista. After that he would strike

The Sentry's attack in his construct put Sinestros' will directly in contest with the heroes' stupendous strength-concentraiting on keeping the gag in placem and thus both hindering her comunication skills and her sonic ability exculded the thoughs of his other current constructs-sich as the temporary protective aura that the Psycho-Piarate was wearing...(but sinesrto's own aura was still in place until a mental comand to dismis it was issued)

Tempest came to the side after seeing that the fire-girl was attacking at her, though her attacks were easily slow and didnt work at all. she giggled at this, recalling when she had beaten the snot out of her earlier.She then disappeared again and reappeared behind the girl, knocking an elbow to her back as she came from behind her to in front of her, bein careful with the flames on her hands.Trista felt a pain in her spine as she staggered forward, letting out a small grunt from the hit, and then looked to see her right in front of her again, sending yet another fist at her.
she flew her hands in front of her, they still being on fire, and felt the punches on her, though she didnt hear Tempest yell form the fire.
Shes going too fast she thuoght to herself

Daredevil could sense that there was something around Psycho-Pirate, and assumed that it may have been a forcefield of some kind. He'd just have to try and break it. He sensed Sentry fly away as he gave a powerful punch towards Psycho-Pirate with the end of his billy club.
